So Far so Good..... This past weekend was my 2nd visit to Sister Nails for SNS.  I was pleased on both occasions with the work my nail tech, Tammy did. She's quick and very thorough.... not to mention  her hand massages feel amazing. The nail salon  is clean and the customer service seems great thus far. After booking my appointment I received a txt message confirming the appointment which was a plus for me. My nails came out good but Henry was really rude! He does do good work however. Didn't really like the vibe of the place even though the girls were sweet. Parking is a Bitch to find and you have to pay if you go to valet. Don't really recommend it to people if you're looking to be welcomed lol. Read Less

I don't get my nails done very often but ever since I started coming here... I'm hooked Holiday did my nails and styled them based on my lifestyle and cut them short enough for me not to scratch anyone as I am an optician and work with patients on the daily and have to adjust their frames and have my nails all up in their face  I'm so very happy and pleased with  Holiday's service and everyone else who works here as well. I am super pleased with the experience I had here. I made reservations for my friend and I and they were ready for our appointments and busy but nothing felt rushed. The girl who did my nails had a little essential oil diffuser that was going which was cute. My nails needed a lot of TLC because they were more than two weeks grown out, messed up and peeling accompanied by a broken nail. She did a great job. I love that the nails are thin as far as thickness of the nail bed, I don't like when my nails look like a bump of acrylic. Also she was efficient with her time and easy to talk to. This place is alright. I just came in for something basic. Since I was desperate do get my nails done/fixed. Made an appointment at 12pm. Got seated. But didn't have anyone get started on my nails till 12:35. If you're falling behind, I totally understand. But let me know. Once we finally got started, The Guy was very cautious when taking off my broken nails. Which is good! But when it came to him  drilling/smoothing out the Acrylic. He was a bit all over the place. As soon as I got home. I noticed my nails are not even. Length and thickness wise. Some of my nails are thicker. And some have a weird hook shape. My left thumb nail is longer than the other. (Which is hard to type this out because of it. Lol) This place is alright. If you want something basic. But if you are as extra as me,..I wouldn't recommend this place. Read Less

Really bummed. Came here a few weeks ago and Holiday did my nails. She's great at acrylics... I have been bouncing around from salon to salon trying to find someone who can do sturdy acrylics and nice designs. And I thought I found her. My design last time was super nice, and it lasted most of the 2 weeks. I had rhinestones put on and with the amount of work my hands did in the past couple weeks, only a few rhinestones fell off which I expected. So today I went back again for a fill. First of all, some of the lady customers in here are so venomous. You walk in and they stare at you clutching their high end purse, acting like they are the queen of the city. No. If you have a customer base like that, that's my first turn off. Secondly, the girl Holiday doing my acrylics today was just very rude. I wanted the marble design and she said I HAVE to do gel. No I want regular polish, can I just do one nail gel? She asked her boss or someone and she said no, I have to do all gel. Makes no sense if I want one nail marble I have to pay extra for all 10 fingers. Stupid. So I just said paint my nails and do a line of rhinestones on ring fingers. Well she rushed through my nails, painted quickly, didn't say a word, rushed through my design and left. Look, I don't mind paying extra for things I WANT. Like if I were to come back next time I'll get gel cuz it's for a more special occasion. But I didn't want it this time because it just wasn't necessary. They want to upcharge you and say you have no other choice. I thought I had found my new salon, even if it meant driving from Brentwood to get there. Well nope. She rushed through my nails and did such a thick coat, I'm about to head to the store to buy acetone and nail polish to redo what I paid her to do nicely. I moved to the area not too long ago and tried many different nail salons. I liked each place, but none of them really blew me away/ there was something that didn't make me go, "yeah this is my spot"....until I tried Sisters. Iv been here about 5 times now, and each time I absolutely love my nails! Iv brought three different friends here and they also love their nails too. My nails can last a solid 3 weeks and I'll receive compliments up until the day of my fill too. I also really like how they have a little parking lot that comes with free validation under 2 hours. Henry takes care of me each time and he does a great job! If I request a design another woman does that, I dont usually catch their name but they all do a really good job! The only thing that didn't blow me away was when I got a pedicure... iv only gotten a pedi here just once, and it didn't really stand out to me especially for the price. I'll probably just stick to going to a place that chargers a little less for a pedi but for my nails, Sisters is definitely my spot! Also, they do get full so call ahead for an appointment. Sometimes their phone will be busy so you'll need to call back (which can be a bit annoying especially if you're limited on time but eh) so call a few days just in case! Read Less

Sisters Nails Spa is my current go-to nail salon. The only thing that I dislike about this place is how busy they are but it's because they are really good so they are packed with appointments most of the day.The salon is located on the 2nd floor of the shopping plaza with Sansai so it's not super visible from the street. There is parking in the outside lot and also underground, which is free with validation.I highly recommend making an appointment as they book up most days. I have called around 1pm-2pm before to be told they already booked for the day. I really like Kim for gel manicure. She takes her time and pays attention to make sure your nails are perfect.The price is not cheap but comparable to other nail salons in the area. They take credit card for payment but you can only tip in cash. Read Less

Had an appointment at 11am. Didn't get service until 20 minutes later. I was told to sit down and didn't get a chance to pick my colors for my gel mani. Finally after sitting there for 20 minutes I got up and got my colors. My mani turned out ok. Not enough glitter and my thumb's polish isn't down to the cuticle. I probably won't return as this cost $36. Pretty high as this is the normal rate for West Hollywood Sunset area. Read Less

I just found my new spot in the valley ! The entire staff here are so nice accommodating and very professional exclamation point they know precisely what to do and deliver a great result! This is the only nail salon I will go to in the Valley! They do a great job with a basic manicure but they also do amazing intricate designs! The staff is so nice and they are efficient! I have gone with and without an appointment and I was seated quickly both times. The place is small and simple but it does not smell of nail polish and it is relaxing! Read Less

This place is amazing. The WHOLE staff is so friendly. They listen to you, it's super clean and its family owned. It's a little gem in Sherman oaks. Great prices, Quality Work. For the people that know me know that I've been going to one place for a while but I decided this year to go somewhere else and find something totally different now and I love this place.
