My first visit was amazing. My nails cameOut perfect until two days later, a chip of acrylic on my nail came off. I contacted the manager and was told to come in and see the nail repair technician. So I came in, the technician wasn't as friendly as I thought, she had the "I'm an expert" attitude. She was definitely sloppy with my one of myNail all because she did it so fast thinking she did it perfect. It was quite disappointing. I contacted the manager again and was told to come in AGAIN! I've only came to salons to get my nails done about 10 time in my life and never have I had a chip off my nails until this shop. It's the nail repair technician that made me not want to come back. The good thing about this shop is they do the 3 days guarantee to fix your nail.  Lost the attitude and take a real good care of repairing your customers nails, they willCome back. I've been getting my eyebrows done by Cris for a few months and she is amazing! I have THE WORST eyebrows ever and she recommended Castor Oil. They are growing in better and then she shapes them perfectly! She's super sweet and very personable! Love her!!! Read Less

And I'm so sorry to say I can understand what they are saying to me and we can have a conversation (if your a chatter) I'm really on the quiet side.The customer service here is more than 5 stars. You gals at the front desk are so freaking friendly and welcoming to new clients :-) The chairs to get a pedicure look adorable, their chandelier i wanted to run away with it and place it in my dining area. Amazing place Liz did an amazing job on my acrylic nails she is so nice and she takes her time I love that!! Very clean place didn't have to worry about any infections (very big deal to me) didn't get the girls name that did my toes but she is also very nice and did a great job on my toes! Superb customer service!!The salon itself is looks great! The pedicure bowls are so cute.  It is spotless, which made me feel extremely comfortable, I've found myself in some pretty grubby salons lately .  This place is immaculate.  You get to choose which scrub you'd like for your pedicure and their polish selection is great and organized .  My manicure looked great and the polish with the fairy dust is so pretty.  A few days after, the tips started lifting, but when I went back in they fixed it with no issue and my nails look even better.  I will definitely be back and I really recommend this salon.  It's a great vibe and they do a great job! Love this place! Very clean and the gals, starting at the front desk are all very sweet. I usually go here for a pedicure with Jasmin, who is incredible. Lately, I haven't had the time to get my manicures because of my crazy work schedule, so I usually go to other places that are convenient for me, even though the work and the quality wasn't that great.I was able to finally take some time for myself and book a gel manicure with Donna. I loved her positive attitude and her energy. She was very meticulous and took her time. Usually at other nail salons, I've always felt rushed by the people working there. But, yes, I know I'm overdue for an appt :) **I had a great first experience at the Polished Nail Lounge, and will definitely be a repeat customer! The place is clean and cute, and people are friendly. I'm thrilled with the result of my nails. Maniva (spelling?) started me off with the manicure in order to work with me on my limited schedule, and she was very thorough and efficient.Jasmine complete the experience by doing the gel polish with ombré effect (which is rare to find someone skilled with this in gel). I'm loving the vibe, ambience and cleanliness of this place! What a beautiful and welcoming place. The owner is very friendly and greeted me with a cup of coffee made to my liking. I came in a little stressed and leaving relaxed! We all need some self pampering and nothing is worse than coming in stressed and leaving stressed.I love how clean and sanitary this place is. The only problem I had here was how many COLOR choices they have! So many great colors to choose from I was overwhelmed lol! Donna, the girl doing my pedicure was very pleasant to speak to. I've been coming here for about 7mnths never a problem until today. So disappointed. I live so close and I was so happy with the service and cleanliness. Today I finally talked my daughter into joining me after months of trying to persuade her to give your place a try. I made 2 pedicure appointments for 1:15 one for me and one for her. I told the lady to start with her and she insisted on beginning with me saying the next girl would be with my daughter in a few minutes. No one communicated anything. 30 minutes later her feet still in the bowl she got up and left me here. Unacceptable customer service. When I approached the desk and asked what was going on I was told they didn't know that another pedi was booked at the same time. I explained that I was a regular customer and my daughter was going to be but not now. Receptionist didn't really seem to care. Didn't offer anything except excuses. I love my nail lady but not sure I will be returning either. Also my manicure apt at 2 wasn't booked with Andrea like it normally is. And now she's gone for the day. I have got to say, I've been having the same person do my eyebrows but since my work hours changed I can't get to her before her day ends anymore and I've had the same man do my nails for the past 3 years at a different salon and they haven't changed colors or added any services since then so I decided I needed to look around..... Im very very picky with my nails and eyebrows so I'm sure all of you know the anxiety I had trying a new place! I have GOT to say, from the time I walked in the door the staff is so welcoming and helpful they are very thorough while setting appointments so they can book the time correctly..... It's very clean and I love the vibe... The music is great and the girls are all amazing! When they are not working, they are learning new styles and techniques either on themselves or one of the other girlsCris did my eyebrows and she knew I was nervous and she made me very comfortable and did such an amazing job! Andrea did my acrylic fills and when I say amazing.... I mean she is the BEST! She is FAST but very great quality! Smooth and a very natural look she is my new nail tech from now on, Jasmine did my artwork (I did marble on my ring fingers) and I can't wait to keep testing her skills! Liz is the best ever! Just left my pedicure with her. She came highly recommended by the owner over the phone, so needless to say I was very excited. Liz paid attention to detail, she was so thorough, great conversation and honestly made me feel right at home. The owners daughter, I'm sorry I didn't get your name helped me with the perfect color choice. It's all of these little details that make me a life long customer! I will gladly recommend Polished nails lounge and team to all my friends and family and anyone who will listen! It is so clean and feels very elegant, yet still so welcoming and humble.
