I LOVE this nail salon. They're so polite and Lily and Le always do a good job on my nails! I've never gotten an attitude or felt rushed, they have plenty of staff. I recommend this spot for sure! not only did I receive the fastest manicure pedicure in my whole life, but I got my toe cut so bad it hurts to walk on! When i tried to discreetly express how I felt to the front desk they yanked the lady out of her current service to come apologize to me.. and it was the most awkward thing I have ever gone through. if a client is telling you someone just cut their skin, you do NOT continue to smile and charge them for that service. I struggled with how to rate this nail salon because I either LOVE my experience or i'm disappointed. My last visit for a mani/pedi with a friend who has never been there before was not a good one. Her experience was actually good, but mine was not. My manicure took half the time as my friend's did. The paint did not go to the edges of my nails. Within TWO DAYS my manicure AND pedicure had chipped. Very disappointing. I always bring friends, but it's so hit or miss that I feel bad when they leave with a bad first impression. If I get nail technician, Stephen, I'm so thrilled. He is amazing with gel and ombre glitter fun. I will always go back for him. Read Less

Wow what an amazing experience! It's "another" nail salon in Ventura- so you know the competition is high!Everyone was so nice, we had a 10am appt and were helped right away.Last minute I decided I wanted to do acrylic and was feening to get chrome nails but could not help but debate it up until the last minute- of course they encourage you to do it ($$$) but I didn't feel unnecessary pressure and in the end I did it and IM SO GLAD I DID. Rose gold chrome is where it's at- take a look at the pics! Paul was my technician and he was AWESOME- I absolutely hate the feel/sound of nail filing but he eased me through it was confident about what he was doing that I felt so comfortable! I brought my 3 girls here last week for a fun day of pampering (and much needed hair cuts) and it was well worth the drive we had. The place is absolutely beautiful and glamorous looking, the staff greeted us immediately and their service was superb! They were friendly, engaging and accommodating. You can tell everyone here loves their job, kids and making people look and feel their best. I had my 19 month old with us and she ran around freely and she and her sisters never go...t bored playing with wands, feather boas and sparkly mics. I also really appreciated the fact that actual children's music was playing (we've visited many places that were supposed to be family and kid friendly but are playing inappropriate music). My daughters were very happy with their manicures (which were very well done!), their French braids and the pretty crowns they received and my husband and I were also happy with the services (our girls have thick girly hair but the staff handled it well!) and it was all very affordable!
