Just had my nails done for $30 (sign said $28)... She swore black & blue it was $30, I didn't care, it was only $2 but then she did the worst job ever and she was so rough and luckily my skin is fairly tough from bartending, otherwise I'm sure my skin would have been cut since she was filing that along with my nails... It's sad because when I first came here a year ago their service was great and the staff were friendly... It's gone downhill. The only organic thing they use is Zoya nail polish coconut oil and a lime to clean your nails - nail polish remover, base and top cote are all regular toxic brands, and on top of that it was the WORST nail polish job ever!!! (still charged $44 for basic mani/pedi + asked for tip) Came back home, removed all the polish and did better job myself! Very disappointing! I would not recommend this place. Read Less

I'm sorry to say that this is the worst manicure I've ever paid for. The woman who did my nails butchered my cuticles and made three of them bleed without apologizing. My nails look like they were painted by a child but I didn't even bother asking them to fix it because I wasn't confident they could. I went with a friend and her manicure was equally as sloppy. Went in last week at the beg. of the week, walked in and two girls were getting their nails and toes done and there were only two girls working that told me they would be done soon and help me, they didn't event get up. They then told me to come back 30 min later, came back an hour later and they still told me to wait and it would only be 10 min..wrong... they then made me wait another hour before I left, I had tried two other salons and they were booked/busy but had at least 5 technicians this place had 2 and didn't just tell me they were busy the rest of the night they wasted my time and when I asked for the powder they wouldn't give me a deal even though it was the days with the deal and had me waiting 2 hours.. Awful! Do not come here! I took my mother and my best friend and none of us were happy with our manicure. I did gels and it chipped and bubbled the next day. I decided to treat myself today and get my nails done. When I walked in greeted very nicely and taken care of right away. It was pretty quiet but busy visually. I thought everything was Organic that they used but it isn't. Maybe Zoya was the only environment friendly nail polish they use to maybe seem Organic? The lady was nice a little rough with my cuticles. When it was time for my nails to dry they kind of rushed me while my nails was drying under the fan, the lady came over to touch them and said, "they fine". This place is cute but the last two times I've been there my gel nail polish had started peeling after two days. I paid $35.00 for chipped and peeling nail polish. In addition the woman doing my feet kept glaring at me because parts of my feet were sensitive. Don't go here. Read Less

I love this place for a few reasons...1) it is never crowded. In fact, it's pretty empty, which make me nervous the first time, but after numerous happy visits...I think it's safe to say this place is just a new place that needs a to build a customer base. Hence, my Yelp review.2) coconut oil and lime wedges. Never have I had a salon use these two wonderful things in unison. I looooove coconut oil so they got my vote immediately. 3) the staff is very sweet and attentive. Their attention to detail is meticulous and sometimes it takes a little longer but it's worth it. 4) the decor is adorable. The place has the capacity for like, 30 simultaneous pedicures in beautiful queen like chairs and you sit under a pergola of vines. 5) prices. If you want a regular mani/pedi they offer a great deal. I'm more of a gel mani girl so that plus a special spa pedi ran me about $50. You can totally get cheaper options, but I spoil myself there. Highly recommend :) Read Less

I went to Melrose a day before my sisters wedding to fix the hack job I had received the day before by another salon near by. The ladies there were so nice and did a magnificent job removing and redoing my nails. They looked great and were done so well everyone thought they were my real nails. This is my second time here and both times have been one of the best nail salon experiences I've had. Seven and Vivian we're excellent and I will be back to see the two of them again. Seven says he works Thursday, and Sunday. I like that this place isn't very busy, because it's very relaxing and quiet. The gel manicure and upgraded pedicure came to about $64 without tip. Vivian gave my a painless pedicure with 10 minute massage that almost put me to sleep. She has a very nice touch, firm but not too firm. Last time I was here was a month ago and my gel manicure was still flawless, minus the regrowth. There isn't a ton of parking with it being Melrose, but there are a few meters to the front and side of the building. Read Less

Really love the place. I don't live in the area but I have been here a few times already since I am back and forth in town. What I like most about the place is that everyone is so nice and professional. Techs are all qualified for the job and very easy to communicate with. The one who did my nails today took time to make sure everything was like how I want it. Modern and clean equipment. Very reasonable price. Really lovely place! I felt relaxed and the staff was very accommodating and thoughtful. This was my first mani-pedi and I will definitely be coming back.
