Tried this place today for the first time. It was kind of cold and quiet but they sat me right away, and gave me a mimosa which was awesome. I wanted to get some really nice chrome acrylics for my best friends wedding this Friday. At first it was going well the technician was really nice and I kept trying to explain how I wanted my nails and she told me it would get there by the end. It took two hours to do my acrylics, i couldn't even stay for the pedicure to be done after because usually places do them at the same time. My nails are not bad but they're still very thick, not how I like them shaped but I felt bad to keep asking for them to be thinner it seemed like that was as good as it was going to get. I was still like kind of excited because I was getting chrome. She pulls out the chrome I picked and it looks way more gold but I wait to see. Still looks super gold but at this point I'm not gonna redo it. Just now I'm noticing they just look like gold glitter, only the first two nails actually reflect like the chrome. Lots of stuff all over my cuticles from the chrome and the clear coat which doesn't look super clean. I paid $70 and I wanted to cry for a minute because they're just not what I wanted or hoped to achieve in the end. I didn't throw a fit or anything I left and tipped but it just seems like it's really hard to find good acrylic places these days.
