Best nail salon experience I've ever had!As a test to see how long their gel manicure would last me, I haven't gotten my nails done in almost four weeks. YES, FOUR WEEKS. I've provided two photos as proof of how long lasting the gel manicure was and I'm definitely not lying because you can see the nail growth. SO WHAT IS THIS JOSEPHINE MAGIC?!! I work at a restaurant, so I'm constantly washing my hands and putting them through so much that I even found it a miracle it lasted beyond two weeks. I really wanted to love this place because the customer service I got first time around was really great & they have a huge selection of colors. But I thought the place was a little pricey since I paid about $75 for a full set gel which is what I pay for a full set gel & a gel pedicure at some places but I don't mind paying more for great quality. I'm a psycho when it comes to nails & have been getting acrylic gel for four years now. So I'm aware to take breaks from acrylic to strengthen your real nails. Well I took a break for about 2 months. I moved to this area recently and I am desperately looking for my new nail salon. I got the stiletto shaped acrylic with this beautiful chrome. Two days later one of my nails cracked in half & was charged $6 to fix it... which kinda irritated me since it was $75 to begin with so it should've lasted more than two days & it's usually on the house @ any place I've gone to if it's that recent of a damage. Instead I got scolded to be more careful. It's been about a week now & I've had another two break. One really painful because it cracked in the middle of my real nail, but was still attached and I was bleeding through the crack. I had to just glue it in place and glue the other one back together myself since the original price I paid was $75, than another $6 to fix the first breakage which brings me to a total of $81 wasted on acrylics that didn't last even a week. I called Monday to schedule an appointment with Tanya. Tanya actually answered the call and confirmed the appointment with me for 10:15 am on Tuesday. However, I was unable to meet at that time    due to unforeseen circumstances. So, I called less than an hour later and asked if there was as an opening. Tanya stated, "oh I'm just the receptionist today, today is my day off."  I said, " I scheduled the appointment with you and confirmed it." They fit us in super last minute, called my phone when they saw us searching for parking, made sure we got a parking spot. The pedicurists were very kind, happy and sensitive. The front desk guy was so nice he even bought a doiley from one of the older woman clients selling her work.  My mom and I walked out very surprised at what a great experience we had so last minute. Jimmy did a great job on my mani/pedi! This place is my go-to spot for nails. They do an amazing job and don't charge a fortune. Always clean, nice staff and very professional. I absolutely love this place! After going to several nail salons in the valley, I can tell you that Josephines nail spa is a true gem!Some of the things I really enjoy are the TVs and movies that they play, their cleanliness, their professionalism, and their prices.No matter who your technician is, you will get a thorough service. I love that they offer massage for one dollar per minute, making it a true spa experience!They put covers in the tubs when you get a pedicure, and always use new/sanitized supplies.I love the patients and genuine time taken to do my nails every time... I just had my first visit to Josephine's Nail Spa this morning and was absolutely blown away by my complete experience. The ladies here are very kind, professional and extremely skilled at nails! If you communicate and tell them exactly what you want they will give you just that! I had originally gone in for a Classic Mani/Pedi combo ($32), but once in the chair and realizing how overdue and unkept my nails and feet were (working like an animal and overdue 3 months for a mani/pedi lol), I decided to go for the Blissful Nails Combo ($45) which included full callus removal, foot scrubs, and cooling gel lotions which my feet were desperate for!I had Le doing my nails and Amy doing my feet. These ladies are perfectionists and left my hands and nails looking just perfect! I have NEVER had such quality time be spent to perfect my nails, while at the same time being efficient. These ladies wasted no time, but make sure you leave satisfied. When I came in, I had a Pinterest picture of some funky multi-colored fall nails which I hoped would not be too complicated. Amy helped me match all of the colors to their collection and communicated to Le exactly the style I wanted.I am just absolutely obsessed with my nails!!!! I cannot wait to go back to Le and Amy, knowing I will be taken care of! Just an FYI ... always call in advance and make an appointment because they get SUPER BUSY! They do take walk-in's but usually all of their chairs are full, especially on a weekend like today! Thank you Josephine's! Tanya is the sweetest little thing! I got my nails done at this one place near where I live on the west side and they totally screwed everything up. I've been getting my acrylics and gel done there for a couple months and it was always decent until yesterday. I remembered josephine's from when I used to work in the valley and so  I headed over there today hoping just to get the hideous color changed. I totally rolled up after closing and tanya was kind enough to let me in. They have a great selection of gel colors and I was so grateful! Instead of rushing through my color change, tanya took her time and paid meticulous attention to fixing all my nails so that they actually looked like they were supposed to and all had the right shape.
