My feet needed some help, and by the reviews of this nail salon, I decided they would be the right choice. It's a small nail salon off Ventura Blvd. Make sure you are really looking for it when driving by because if you't not paying attention, you will drive right by it.The parking lot was small, but there is plenty of street parking. Make sure you get there a little early in case you do have to find parking else where. When we walked in, we were greeted and sat and the spa pedicure chairs immediately. The chairs were really comfortable! Probably one of the most comfortable chairs I have sat in a while. That's because my butt didn't fall asleep, haha. Right when we sat down, we were given a cold water bottle. How nice! Also, there were signs all around the salon with free Wifi! Nice touch Finger Nails! Also, I liked that they gave you a sheet with different pedicure options, all varying in price.The ladies who helped us were great! The place is small and intimate, which I enjoyed. The problem is I have ugly feet and I know it's an issue, so when it gets out of hand I like to get my feet cleaned.4.5 stars with plenty of reviews made me wanna check this place out, it was also the closest to my location (at the moment) so I decided to give it a shot.Made an appointment, walked in a few minutes early and was greeted and sat in a comfy massage chair . I noticed free wifi signs throughout the shop which is great (no data being used here) and was given a cold water bottle as soon as I sat down.This place definitely lived up to the yelp hype - staff was welcoming and did a great job on my gross feet, I found them to be extremely clean and hygienic. I liked that they weren't too pushy about offering the upgrades (its offered but not sold and repeatedly asked), they let you know how much the additional charge would be and give you a price sheet to look over.Pretty decent experience and will definitely visit soon!! Best prices and best mani/pedi ever. Their gel easily lasts 3+ weeks without chipping/peeling. Their acrylic gel prices are good too and they last such a long time. All the girls in here are so nice and friendly too. Definitely call beforehand and make an appointment because they're usually busy. Even though I moved out of LA, when I come back to the valley I always make a stop back here to get my nails done! Read Less

My experience started out great. I was first handed a free water bottle by my lady and she actually made good conversation with me (without talking about me in a foreign language to the other employees throughout the process). Then it all went down south when she made my cuticles bleed not once but THREE times people! After the first time, I even asked her to not do that buffing motion on me anymore but she continued to do it and simply explained that my skin is just sensitive. This is the first time I've ever been told this mind you. She then looked me right into my watery eyes, softly apologized, and then proceeded to put a burning liquid on it that made me want to throw in the towel right then and there. Maybe I just got got unlucky today..On the plus side the gel manicure was only $25 and she did actually paint the entire nail nicely. However, I am uneasy about giving them another chance. Read Less

I told them I had a $50 budget and they worked with me to give me a pedicure and a pink and white full set!.Lily did my nails and it looks great!. She gave me exactly what I asked for!. And not only was she great at what she does (as she's been doing it 10 years)but she was very nice... I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done!. Read Less
