It has been a full month since my manicure at Color Camp and I'm shocked but thrilled that my nails are still in incredible shape. Not a single one has cracked or fallen off, and it feels like whatever the gel is made my nails healthier and stronger. They've lasted long enough that the very tips and edges are only just now starting to fray. I loved the experience -- it was so easy to pick out the art that I wanted because they have a clear menu of options. Of course you can customize further if you want, but their options for their "seasonal looks" were on trend for the summer and were exactly what I was looking for anyway. I also appreciated the care that my nail artist Hannah K took with my Rose Quartz mani and she's so talented that now I follow her on instagram. Great new place with clear booking and options. DAMN! Had a great experience at color camp! I got a candy-apple green super gel that lasted a month and my nails grew out beautifully. they did a great job shaping the nail and the finish was glossy perfection. the space was totally gorgeous - crisp and white and pretty and it was just a pleasure to spend an hour there. i felt like they really took their time to make the finish on my nails the best and the whole experience was lovely. definitely recommend!!!!  The nail artist who did my nails was so relaxed and sweet and I ended up chatting with the other nail artists... felt like chill fun girl-times in there and I can't wait to go back! I absolutely love this place! The owner is incredibly nice and helped me pick out my nail art because I'm so indecisive. They have a ton of really innovative and cool styles of nail art to choose from and they look different in every color. Erica did my nails and her attention to detail is amazing! The location was so pretty and clean and their wall display for nail art and colors was so cool how it was magnetic! I got a hard gel fill and art whoch took approx 2 hours and I think they came out very fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a girls date to get manis. Read Less

I loved my experience at Color Camp - I don't typically get salon manicures but I was so happy with my super gel polish I'd consider keeping it a usual thing if Color Camp was closer to my home. When I do get gel polish it typically lasts around two weeks for me, the super gel has been on my hands for three weeks and still looks great minus the growth of my nails. I love that this salon only uses cruelty free nail polish brands like NCLA and BioSculpture. They're in a great location close to my place, and they do great nail art (Nakira did some amazing marble nails with gold foil on me today). Had my first appointment yesterday and will 100% be coming back. This place is a really stylish, clean nail salon, reminiscent of Valley or Paint Box in NYC. All the nail art and effects were trendy and chic. I got actual dried flowers in my manicure (picture below). For a pro-experience, try out this chic new nail parlour, where the focus is the art of the manicure.  I tried a fun foil design and am loving the super gel (stays on longer and is good for your nails).  They fixed a large crack in one of my nails that would have threatened to immediately destroy my manicure. LOVED my recent manicure at Color Camp! Beautiful space and brilliant concept. I went with a simple but very cool design with small gold studs and I have never gotten so many compliments. The best part? One week after my appointment my nails looked as if they had just been done (even with white polish, which sometimes discolors). I am SO happy this place exists. The people are great, the space is cool, and the manicures are perfection. I got my nails done yesterday and have already gotten an insane amount of compliments. PLUS I went bowling two hours later, and my manicure (plus nail art) didn't chip at all. They have regular polish made just for Color Camp. And then they have these great gels and super gels. I got a super gel (it's my first time doing any kind of gel, and it's incredible--never going back to regular polish). YES. Yes, yes, please believe me when I say this your final stop on your search for the best manicure in LA. Aside from the obviously cool space with a clean, minimalist vibe, it is clear that the technicians are very carefully selected. These people know nails, and if there is somehow a design that they haven't already thought of, they will let you get creative. The location is super convenient (close to The Grove, but not affected by the craziness) and I've always found metered parking right out front. Two words: SUPER. GEL. Color Camp is a unique, affordable and bespoke nail bar that specializes in gel - there's nothing like it. The concept is so well-thought out and the space is gorgeous. The nail art is highly customizable and there are a ton of beautiful colors to choose from. Additionally, another great thing is that the website is well-designed and lets you book and schedule services easily. It's been so annoying for me to have to call nail salons to find out their availability and it's been difficult for me to find a place that is clean, reliable, and affordable.  I've finally found my new spot! LOVED my experience at Color Camp! I started using super gel (rather than regular gel polish) last year and my nails are much healthier than they've ever been. It's so hard to find a good place that does super gel well so when I heard that there was a salon opening specializing in super gel, I was stoked. I'm now obsessed with Color Camp. Service is friendly and the salon is impeccably clean. My nails look amazing and they even have a cute wall in the back to take pictures of your manicure against. I'll definitely be coming back. I LOVE this place. It's so cute, the people are super sweet, and the nail art is actually AMAZING. They have beautiful custom colors from NCLA for regular polish, and then the top gel and super gels. My nail artist put a priority on making sure my nails were healthy. We talked through things I could do to make them stronger. Then she gave me a perfect manicure!
