THREE TIMES.... Three times my daughter have visited here to have services - (first visit - full set/ pedi and fill/pedi, second visit full set/ pedi and fill/pedi as well as waxing and this last time just a wax) ... each visit these were the most rude, unprofessional, snide and unkind humans we have EVER experienced! Terrible. Came in for a shellac polish removal. I said 3 times that all I was removal and didn't have time for a manicure because I had to catch a train. They removed the color and filed my nails and charged $18 claiming I should have told them I didn't want a manicure. My hands are dry, my nails are not smooth, I don't have any polish on (not even clear) and the "manager" came out claiming I had a manicure. I refused to pay $18 and they said $17- telling me it was my fault. What a joke. In hindsight I shouldn't have paid them that much. $12 would have been fair. Total joke. I'm not one to write many Yelp reviews, but this place finally deserves one from me! I really don't like looking for new nail salons, because you never know what you're going to get and can end up spending a good amount of money on a poorly done job. I was so happy to find Forever Nail Spa! The prices are good for the area (I believe a gel manicure is $30) and my gel usually lasts for two weeks of normal wear and tear, which is much better than any other place I've been. The salon is clean, the technicians are nice, and quality is consistent. I never have an appointment and have yet to be turned away (could be because I go at weird times though). They aren't super speedy, but I'll trade that for consistent quality any day. Definitely recommend them! Read Less

Forever Nail Spa reliably delivers a quality gel manicure and long-lasting pedicure. Their technicians are thorough and I'm always pleased with the shape of my nails. I ultimately stopped going to them, though, because of their dated color choices for regular polish (their gel choices are OK). But, I would probably go back if I were in a pinch, or if they updated their polish options.I highly recommend setting an appointment, as they can get quite busy and I regularly saw clients without an appointment turned away. I'm sorry to say my go to nail salon has taken a dive.  The place isn't as clean, the owner's family's kids are there a lot.  They are mostly cute but often screaming for attention.  It's not relaxing to be there any more.  I feel more like I'm in the way.  The male manicurist's hands are rough and I've ended up with a few cut and irritated cuticles both times I had him.  The last time my daughter and I went for pedicures she couldn't even carry on a conversation because the lady was so rough.  Although they spend a lot of time getting everything just right I'm sad that the quality has decreased so much.  Gotta find a new go to salon. I got a fill and the lady was not gentle with the filing tools and cut my skin along the cuticle on multiple fingers. Now, my cuticles are covered in mini scabs as you can see from the photos! I had an appointment at 5pm and they close at 6. She took longer than an hour but made my friend and I feel awkward and uncomfortable for still being in the salon as they were cleaning up. After a positive pedicure experience last year, I came back for a gel manicure. This time, however, I was not as pleased. A trip to the nail salon is supposed to make you feel pampered, but I felt dirty. Despite his attention to detail, the man who did my gel manicure had incredibly clammy hands, and like other reviewers have stated, they do not use new files and buffers. I don't know if the tools have been sanitized either. He got the job done and I am satisfied with how it looks, yet for $30, you can easily take your money elsewhere. Read Less

The place is clean.  They don't mind if your kids sit in a massage chair while you get a pedicure.  The massage is usually very good.  They do a good job shaping the nails.  The paint doesn't chip for 2 weeks which makes me very happy.  They have relaxing music playing quietly in the background.  A soothing experience.  Very consistent over the long run. After a few disappointments at my prior go-to salon, some very tuned-in friends told me about Forever Nails. I visited the spa for the first time as a walk-in almost three weeks ago, and my toenails still look almost perfect (one tiny chip). I go there regularly for more than a year, and I love this place. It is quiet, the staff is very nice and not in a rush. They really take the time to do the best job, so don't go there if you are in a hurry...I also recommend to take appointments.The place is clean and the instruments seems to me well sterilized (autoclaved). Most inexpensive nail salon I've come across in a long while, with $13 regular manicures and $23 regular pedicures. My gel French manicure came out to $35 - probably a good $10-$20 less expensive than I'd come across anywhere else in the Bay (including Oakland, where this same set runs me around $45 sans tip). I was also impressed by the gel color assortment and the pedicure chairs, which I did not sit in but looked very comfy and professional. No plain buckets here! Just lined jet foot baths. Finally, they had lots of employees, which meant they had the capacity to work on 7-8 people at a time. I imagine this leads to shorter wait times. I was even able to walk right in and be seated immediately on the day before Thanksgiving, when apparently everyone else decided to get their nails done. My only wish was that they had a better array of nail designs, which I admit I'm a sucker for even if they can be gaudy. Read Less

My second time here and loved their service. I did a walk-in and told them I have only 40 minutes for a shellac. They did an amazingly quick job and did not compromise on quality. Have I not written a review yet?  Because this is my go to place now that I am doing acrylic nails.  First, I am obsessed by these nails which I finish off with gel.  Being someone who has never had nice nails, this is the most wonderful treat.  I have dry, brittle nails and I use my hands a lot.  So I have never been able to wear nail polish nor have nice nails.  I go to Tiffany and she does a great job with my nails every time.  I go to her every 3-4 weeks to get the nails filled and new polish.  The cost is $31 for the fill and the gel.  Pretty standard based on my experience.  Hey, you get what you pay for, right? I'm blown away by the great service of this place! I found Forever Nails on yelp and chose them for their 1) price 2) convenient location 3) ability to take me in in such short notice.  What I enjoyed about my visit is how meticulous my technician was (Whitney, I think is her name).  She took her time and I really appreciated that.   To my surprise, they also use hot stones to massage your legs...What a treat!  Their massage chairs are very good too.  I will definitely come back here! I really like the girls at Forever Nails. I think they do a great job and the prices are great too.They do everything from gel nails, regular manicures, pedicures to nail design.What I like about this place is the amount of time they take for any service. I never feel like they are in a rush and trying to get to the next client. They rarely turn people away and give pretty accurate wait times.Personally, I recommend getting an appointment. I do a lot of walk-ins but appointments are better if you like a certain nail tech.I usually get a French pedicure and they can last me two weeks without a chip!Occasionally if I messed up a nail, I've gone back in and they've fixed it for me. (Repairs need to be done within two days, I think)Though everyone is great and does a wonderful job, I am extra fond of Tina for pedicures.
