Update: her customers are insulting me on her behalf.I have been a loyal customers for years until the manager Jenny refused my credit card.
She said she wanted cash, and I didn't have enough. She told me this AFTER my pedicure and manicure were already in process. NO SIGN POSTED. I explained to her I needed to use my credit card as my bank account is low as a CANCER PATIENT She would not accept my credit card regardless, and now they have lost a customer. She got angry and aggressive insisting I had enough cash in my purse. I am a cancer patient as she knows, and my budget is tight. Customer lost and I highly recommend you pay with your credit card or Debit card only so fair reporting is done with the IRS. No empathy and not nice.
I'll charge my nails elsewhere. I sent her $69 dollars as a business transaction on Venmo and she insisted I give her an extra $2 since it wasn't sent as a gift. I took the $2 in cash out of my purse, and placed it on the counter. I rarely write a bad review. I requested a refund on Venmo is @Chau-Tran-72809 that was denied.

I explained to her I needed to use my credit card as my bank account is low as a CANCER PATIENT She would not accept my credit card regardless, and now they have lost a customer. I suspect tax evasion since got angry and aggressive insisting I had enough cash in my purse. I am a cancer patient as she knows, and my budget is tight. I visited this salon right after work, it looked a bit busy and they still took me in right away. I got to have Kathy work on my nails and she is amazing ! i asked for nails with a design and she was excited to do it. She was extremely concentrated and took her time. I cannot wait to come back ! :)

Let me start off by saying I have been a loyal customer of Cassidy's since I moved to the area almost 2 and a half years ago. I found Cassidy's on yelp, and it quickly became my one and only nail salon I would go to! Most of the girls in there do a great job, and are very personable and really take pride in their work. It was also a bonus that they have a stamp card loyalty program that I would quickly fill up and reap the benefits of that $25 off! I really enjoyed my bi-monthly gel manicures and pedicures, and I am so sad to say that after today I will no longer be a customer. I went into today just to have a regular manicure, with no polish, and a gel pedicure and for the first time since coming here I was nickel and dimed for my business! The girls charged me $50 for a gel pedicure and a simple manicure WITH NO POLISH, not even a clear coat! Normally I pay $47 for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure, so when I asked why I was being charged so high I was told two different things: 1) they charge $5 to take off gel color 2) they charge $3 to take of gel color. The two girls had two different answers, and neither of those prices was on their menu! Now normally I don't get upset over $3 but when I am clearly being scammed I say something. The girls were clearly trying to up-charge me over some bogus service of removing gel color. If they had actually done the math right according to their charge it would have been $17 for pedicure + $10 gel color + $20 for regular manicure + $5 gel color take off = $52. Therefore they clearly just added some made up charge to my purchase, but didn't even have the common sense to do the math right. And to do all of this to a loyal customer of 2 years! Again, I know it's only a couple of dollars but it's the principle, and clearly Cassidy's has no sense of loyalty so I'll take my money and go elsewhere. Also, look at the pictures of my nails. Do you really think that is worth $50?

I love the way my nails come out! I only let Van do my full set she takes her time and makes my nails look beautiful!!! In my opinion she the best. Jennifer does my toes she makes my feet look clean and really does everyone a good job of getting all my dead skin off because I get major runners feet from exercising. I wouldn't go to any other nail place. The service is great and so are my nails. I would definitely recommend this nail place and these two wonderful ladys.

I love the way my nails come out! I only let Van do my full set she takes her time and makes my nails look beautiful!!! In my opinion she the best. Jennifer does my toes she makes my feet look clean and really does everyone a good job of getting all my dead skin off because I get major runners feet from exercising.
