Today I went in for a pedicure before work this bald man did my makeup pedicure.NEVER EVER GO To Him ,I Told him that I had acrylic on my big toes and if he could leave them very square and short for a natural look.he began soaking my feet in water a barbicide drop was placed into the water but not onto his tools.I asked him is he could please disinfect is tools with alcohol because it was obvious the barbicide at each station had never been used and was in its full strength based on the color.he went through the motions of shaping my nails.the I asked if he could nip my cuticles he then began drilling,then started to file my big to nails inward and crocket by then it was clear he was not going to do my nails the was I wanted them . On the right foot he left my acrylic veryyyyyy lumpy.then I told him that the acrylic was lumpy pointing it out he said “it’s on and began to polish over the lumps (I had white nail polish so everything showed soooo badddd) .by the time he was done I saw how he had left the corners and even half of my baby toe fully unpolished .I will definitely never return again

I like my nails but she did cut me and it hurts but that comes with wanting acrylics I guess, no biggy I found it odd on how argumentative and rude the technician was, probably having a bad day? ( been there but I treat my customers great&polite; even if my days going horrible, because IM ON THE CLOCK$$$$$) Anything I requested she'd contradict ?? Like, excuse me I'm paying you hmmmmmm?? The price is not bad! I would come here again but with someone else!

I went here on Wednesday (2/21/18) with some of my clients from work. We waited a long time. My clients who just got gel manicures were not satisfied. They felt like their fingers looked no better ...
I went here on Wednesday (2/21/18) with some of my clients from work. We waited a long time. My clients who just got gel manicures were not satisfied. They felt like their fingers looked no better than what they could do. My nails came out just how I liked them. Although when I asked for a specific color one of the younger staff got irritated and told me no. Which was disappointing. I settled for the color they gave me. But later made them stand out better at home by myself. But the woman who did my nails was amazing and sweet. She listened to me. It was great for the price. I just wish my cuticles were given a little more love. But I'll give it a 4. They worked well with how much they had to accommodate so fast.

I love this place!Colorful Nails has a great color selection - regular and gel - and they have some holo colors.Their prices are extremely affordable, which helps me leave a larger tip :-)I come here ...
I love this place!Colorful Nails has a great color selection - regular and gel - and they have some holo colors.Their prices are extremely affordable, which helps me leave a larger tip :-)I come here regularly for a gel fill on my acrylics. I've gotten a pedi here too, and I loved the hot stone massage! Heidi is my go-to, I always ask for her! I've always left satisfied when she does my nails. Why it isn't 5 stars:My only gripe is that quality is inconsistent with the staff. I have left slightly dissatisfied with the shape of my acrylics (not "coffin" shaped as requested) and polish (lumpy/uneven).

LOVE my nails. I went in needing a fill and repair bc the salon I had gone to prior to this used low quality products and my nails lifted and popped right off. I wish I had gotten my nail tech's name ...
LOVE my nails. I went in needing a fill and repair bc the salon I had gone to prior to this used low quality products and my nails lifted and popped right off. I wish I had gotten my nail tech's name bc she did such a good job. My nails look very neat and even. They are also very sturdy without them being chunky. There were only 3 women working, but they are really good with time, so I didn't have to wait very long without an appointment. I only paid $27 + tip for a fill and repair for 3 nails with gel. It's so nice to have a good nail spot this close to my apartment.

Heidi is the only one I trust w my acrylics. She is wonderful... I go 2-3 weeks w no lifting...
And Anne... I think. Does my toes... Some of the other girls are just rough and careless.

Skilled manicurists, incredibly low prices. Conveniently located in Belmont Heights, this no-frills nail salon offers a variety of competitively priced nail and waxing services. $10 acrylic fills, $15 spa pedicures. The cozy interior is rough around the edges, but very clean and comfortable. I came in at 9:30am without an appointment, and was helped immediately. I was seated at a pedicure station, while one really friendly lady did my toes, and a super grouchy lady did my nails. The spa pedicure was incredible. Hot stones, immaculate paint, and one of the best foot massages I have had in a long time. I was not really bothered by my manicurist's bad attitude, but she seemed to rush the job, and I had to uncomfortably point out small mistakes she was making. She did an excellent job of filling and filing the acrylics, but all of my nails were a slightly different shape. The French paint job looks good, but is far from perfect. I paid just $37 for a spa pedi and French fill, but would happily pay a bit more for some additional attention to detail.

I went to this nail salon and got a full set of acrylic nails. The job and price was ok. But a week later, two of my nails popped completely off. It wasn't even time for my next fill. They use cheap chemicals, and they don't have a wide selection of designs. I suggest #1 nails on 7th/ Redondo Ave.

I went here on Wednesday (2/21/18) with some of my clients from work. We waited a long time. My clients who just got gel manicures were not satisfied. They felt like their fingers looked no better than what they could do. My nails came out just how I liked them. Although when I asked for a specific color one of the younger staff got irritated and told me no. Which was disappointing. I settled for the color they gave me. But later made them stand out better at home by myself. But the woman who did my nails was amazing and sweet. She listened to me. It was great for the price. I just wish my cuticles were given a little more love. But I'll give it a 4. They worked well with how much they had to accommodate so fast.

I wish I had gotten my nail tech's name bc she did such a good job. My nails look very neat and even. They are also very sturdy without them being chunky.
