I took my 4 year daughter here to use a gift certificate she got and the lady doing her nails was being rude and talked bad about my daughter right in front of me to her coworker. The lady doing my daughters nails even turned to me and said, " I don't know why you wanted to get her nails done." I told her in a kind and calm manner that I do not appreciate the way she was treating and talking about my daughter. She then proceeded to repeat the things she was saying and was trying to justify her behavior. I was so upset that I walked out without my nails being finished. I called the owner the next day and she seemed less than apologetic and also said I was partially to blame for this whole incident because I "knew" the woman didn't want to do my daughters nails. I was given a birthday gift certificate and I've been coming here ever since I love the way they do my nails! My nails last up to four weeks before I have to get a fill and they still look great! Everyone does an excellent job here!!Louise Read Less
