I came here for a gel mani and pedi on Sunday since my nail salon was closed. I read such good reviews online but WONT be returning ever again. I asked for coffin shape and showed the manicurist a picture. She didn't listen and made them square round. I told her again to make it coffin and showed the pic and she ended up ruining the length of my long natural nails (grew them out for this appt). I then told her to leave it cause I didn't want them to get worse and it took 10 min to reshape them at home. As that was happening, my pedicurist CUTS ME! Not just a little cause sometimes that happens, but so deep she tries to hide it! She proceeded to put intense pressure to keep the blood from showing and it was burning when she put it back in the bath with the lemon. She continued to put pressure as she put on the polish and at that point it was pulsating. I can't believe how bad the service was, I even took a picture when I already hate looking at my toes. Have to say this place is just ok, the seats are very uncomfortable, low to the floor.., the pedicure was ok.They don't speak very much English, they offer various types of pedicures and you can choose, the prices start at 25 and go up from there, if you want any extras they go up! The owner of this place is super rude. She treats her customers like trash. I recently visited the salon, I love their work but she has no right to talk to people the way she does. Will NOT be visiting them again. I understand the holidays are busy, but while getting my nails done I witnessed the owner of the business rudely telling customers who called to make an appointment that she's too busy and then yelling at other customers in the salon. Nancy is absolutely amazing when it comes to doing nails. Her salon is very clean and very calm. Nancy did my nails for my wedding and they were so beautiful! I chose this salon based on the great reviews but sadly I cannot give them a great review. The website said they were open until 7 pm on Sunday, i arrived at 5:45 and asked if they accepted walk-ins? I was greeted by , whom I'm assuming is the owner, a male who reluctantly said "yes" & shooed me to select my color. After selecting my color, i was sent to sit in the chair where 3 nail technicians started working on me. Only one nail tech greeted me or asked how I liked my nails shaped, as is usually the custom. They were all talking amongst themselves & laughing. Usually, I 'm not offended but I had to ask "what's so funny?" The only nail technician who initially greeted me said " You are Queen for the day!" Because I had now 4 nail techs working on me (another tech joined) I replied "no, you just want to go home." She said "we close 6 pm on Sunday." I told her not per your website. Anyway, i felt rushed, even though I told the nail tech working on my right hand I like my nails square shaped, she ignored me because she was too busy talking and cut my nails below the nail bed, even filing it hurt when the other tech tried to make what was left of the nail into a square shape. My nails were never soaked to soften the cuticle, only cuticle remover was applied & it hurt while it was being filed. I asked for my hands to be soaked and again I was ignored. When i was done, no one said anything they just all got up and went into the back. I stood there waiting for someone to cash me out. I said to the owner, "next time if you're closing just say so. My appointment was rushed!" He replied make an appt next time, we close at 6." I showed him the website with his address & hours, which stated they closed at 7. I just had the pleasure to enjoy this salon. I called ahead & scheduled an appointment. When I got to the spa, I was greeted & seated right away. I decided to go with lavender pedicure. It was amazing & I was so relaxed. My girl did an amazing job with the cuticles & shaping of nails. I am very happy about coming here. Going forward this will definitely be my go to place. Total of $71.Th lady didn't ask if I was happy with my nails before she put the top coat - it needed one more coat (she only put 2) you can tell the unevenness of the polish when you don't add additional coats. My toes... the two big toes are the ones you want to focus on the most - one nail is significantly longer than the other - have to cut it myself now. And the polish on the end gets are fairly light compare to the rest of the nail. Nice people but quality is still pretty premature. Read Less

Love getting my manicure done by Nancy. I remember the first time getting my manicure done by Nancy i was scared because no one can EVER clean my cuticles as they need to. After Nancy was done with my manicure i was in LOVE with my hands once again. Nancy is the "ONLY" gal that can touch my hands and I wouldn't trade her for anyone else. Nice nail spa with added extras-mimosas and foot bath options.  Lots of colors to choose from and even an area where kids can entertain themselves while waiting.  Overall, the service is alright, but wish they spent more time massaging legs and feet for the $45 and the chairs don't give the best massages either.  I would be willing to give this place another shot, but there are so many other places in town to try. I love this little hidden gem! The relaxing flower petal soak is delightful. They are nice (a little on the quiet side) but friendly. I love that you are offered tea, coffee or a mimosa while you're having your nails done. The atmosphere is clean and there is a nice waiting area with kids toys. I love coming here! Read Less

I called this place earlier and they said they accepted walk ins. I show up and noticed they had a play area with toys all over the floor for kids.... which was a huge turn off. I felt like I was at a daycare. As soon as I walk in this lady shouts at me and asks me what I need. I tell her I need a manicure. The owner seemed nice, but the lady who did my pedicure completely rushed through it. I was waiting for 30 minutes after my sister got hers done and we started at the same time. This is the most amazing spa and nail salon! I would come here every day if I could! Peaceful music, beverages, very clean, awesome service, so many gel colors. I won't lie, I haven't even gotten my services yet. But I walked in and Nancy asked "can I help you" I said I'm running a few minutes late to my appointment. She said "well you can sit and wait then since you were running late". The whole salon looked over. It was incredibly embarrassing. Also, when I called to make my appointment earlier, she hung up on me the first time. I had to call back. Since I started typing, a nice gentleman walked up and offered me a mimosa, almost apologetically, which was nice. We will see. Right now I feel like a bad child that's been shamed. Worst experience ever. My daughter was getting married the weekend we visited and we had 7 girls in our party and half wanted acrylic nails and on their yelp description they did not put they do not do acrylic. We assumed they did them because they are a nail salon. The female owner blamed us and still wanted to charge us even though we weren't getting acrylic. A little torn about this place, I really want to like it and do love certain features (mimosas and hot rocks during my pedicure, yes please!). However, I had a pretty poor experience here a couple weeks ago. Several months back, when I was in for a pedicure, I asked about large groups for my upcoming wedding and they told me they would gladly accommodate a large group so we made a reservation for seven of us about a month before so we could all get our nails done the day before the big day. My mother-in-law made the appointment for manis and pedis and a few of the girls decided not to do both but most of us did. I understand that they didn't love that but they were able to call in one of their regulars and as this was taking place midday on a Friday I really don't think they turned any business away and were busier than they otherwise would have been. I am happy with my manicure but the polish they used on my toes was apparently not going on smoothly so they grabbed another and went over it rather than starting over - the color is much darker than I expected (not sure if they grabbed the same color) and the texture is like a wrinkled piece of paper, they really should have started over rather than just trying to cover it.Their prices are higher so I expected better service and at least an attempt not to send me out with screwed up toes the day before my wedding.They also seemed super annoyed that they were several of us despite the fact that we weren't doing anything obnoxious. Only a few of us had mimosas and we only had one. The gal who was doing my fingers also started talking smack to me about one of my friends in the group to me. She may not be your cup of tea but that's pretty freaking unprofessional if you ask me.Everything else for the wedding went off without a hitch and all my other vendors get rave reviews so I'm lucky that this was the only hiccup but don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Very nice and welcoming. I love this ambiance compared to other nail saloons. It is pretty upscale and you don't get that viet people talking. They don't really talk and we can really relax. Their massage chairs are so relaxing and you get to stack your feet in a pretty water bowl. It massages your calves after. You get a stone massage with the pedi. Customer service friendly. Compliments of mimosa, water, tea, or coffee. You also get a warm rice bag to put around your neck. Fast and convenient. Nice place and decor.
