Love the many variety of spa packages they offer. There is always soothing music playing and there is a waterfall on the wall, so this offers a level of peaceful comfort as well. I only go for pedicures, and the chairs are massaging while I chill out from a long day on my feet. The relaxation that I achieve when my session is complete, is like no other salon. Let me just start with if NO stars was an option I wouldgive none. I don't normally get my nails done out here but I have been getting my nails done for about ten years and I've never had such a terrible experience. It already started off bad from the beginning. The lady who was doing my nails was very rude and demanding. I told her I wanted my nails shaped round and I didn't want her to cut them because I liked the length. She told me that she needed to cut them because they would break. Anyways, she fought me on it for a few minutes and made me feel very uncomfortable. At that point I was already pretty upset but I can be kind of a pushover when people are rude to me because I don't like confrontation. So I just stayed quiet and got my nails and toes done. As I went up to pay they told me my card wasn't working. They said my chip wasn't working and I needed to pay in cash. I told them I didn't have cash and that was the only card I had on me. So the guy who worked there as well started to raise his voice and told me again for the 5th time that my card doesn't work. So I said "okay I understand . What would you like me to do? I can go to my bank really fast and pull out cash?" And the lady who did my nails and possibly the owner came up and said "you need to leave your keys and your phone so I know you are going to come back." Now you guys let me tell you why this was so wrong. I AM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!!!!!! It was also passed 8pm and dark outside. She actually expected me to walk to my bank (which was 4 miles away) or around to try and find cash back somewhere. So I told her that wasn't going to happen and I would never not come back to pay. I was very insulted and I couldn't believe how rude and mean she was being. So she said at least three more times that I needed to leave my keys and walk somewhere. Anyways to wrap this up I ended up leaving my shoes and purse with them as I walked over to luckys in the foam flip flops to get cash back. I've never been yelled at or disrespected like that in a business . Ever. I will obviously never go back and I would hope no one else will be treated like that from them again. Read Less

I will not be returning to this place !! This place is over priced and Amanda is rude I was looking to find a nail salon to do my nails for a wedding and looked online and found this place I regret going is over priced and the quality is not what I expected. Read Less

I tried many nail salons in Livermore and this is the place I always leave happy. I had a few people do my nails here and everyone does a good job. I don't like to wait so I always make appointments and when I get there they take me right away.I like coming here! Read Less

Andy always does a PERFECT job. I always get a ton of compliments on my nails thanks to him. I've been going to him religiously every 2-3 wks for over 5 months now (for acrylics). Never cuts me, knows what I want and more importantly great at his job. None of them are very social, but that doesn't bother me. They have the news on all the time, so I just catch up on that.
