Let me start by saying that I like the way my nails turned out- not the best work I've had done, but no real complaints there... HOWEVER! I made the ultimate mistake of allowing one of the girls to do my eyebrows. I loved my full, thick arched brows! After getting them done here, I kid you not- my eyebrows were only half the size they were when I first came in. When I told the woman I didn't like them (not much I can do about it now) she started smirking at me saying that's how I already had them  and that she had only "cleaned them up" and how's she's done this for 10yrs. I've had my eyebrows on my face for 26 years- I KNOW what they looked like before I got them destroyed. I just wish she would've said she's not in the mood to do my eyebrows or had someone else do them, because now I have to wait at least a month for them to grow out again. Read Less

I've been to a few nail salons in the area and this gel manicure - while more expensive - lasted much much longer- over 2 weeks. I'm very happy with my manicure and the service. Today was my second visit and I had a different nail tech, but the results were still great. Love how good my cuticles look. Maybe it was the techs in the bad reviews? I dunno - but I'm happy. This is the BEST nail salon in Livermore. The ladies that work there are so nice and will do anything you want. They take great care with me and my daughter.  They dig out my ingrown toenails and keep asking if everything is ok. If at anytime I don't like anything that will redo anything, color etc. if I chip a nail days later, I go in and they fix it at no charge.  I've been to every salon in town and won't go anywhere else! Wouldnt give a star at all for this place. My first time trying it here. Usually go to livermore hair & nail but they were closed today. Had a manicure & pedicure done. Freakin paid $60 for one lady to injure me "removing my ingrown" accdg to her and the other one making a mess with my manicure. Gosh, would never come back here! Not recommended to anyone at all! The gal that did my nails rushed through it. She was very unfriendly and she did a horrible job. A little pricey too for what I got. I also don't like how you have to take money out of their ATM machine to pay them if you don't have cash. Yes, they give you the dollar back but my bank still charges me for taking money out of a non-Chase ATM. They don't offer to reimburse me for that fee. I will not return to this nail salon again. Asked if they did SNS powder. They looked confused, said yes, then acted like they couldn't figure out what to do. Got a pedicure, which was fine except 45 minutes after it was done they still weren't dry and they got messed up. Awful job on my nails!!!  The black lines on each finger were horrible. I kept mentioning thatthe lines are not straight, some too thick and some crooked, she got black on the white tip and I had to keep pointing it out.  She kept putting more polish on to correct all the mistakes which make the nails look thick and heavy. I told them I didn't really like them and all they said was"sorry". I wanted them done for a wedding I'm going to tomorrow and am very disappointed.  I spent a lot of money on this.  There is a large sign on the wall "no refunds" that should have been my first warning!  Will NEVER go there again !!! I was shocked at these reviews I just read. I didnt read them before I went in, just now on yelp to post my 5 stars. My opinion hasn't changed, this place is awesome!! I had the pleasure of having Missy do my manicure. Not only did she do a better job at cutting my unruly cuticles then any other salon in town but was super sweet! She threw in some add ons becuase I didnt need the works on my manicure. Other places in town have always charged me full price even though they only spent half the time. Worst customer service. This was my first time getting nails done here and Honestly they made me regret choosing them. They did such a bad job on my nails. My nail was bleeding I wasn't happy with overall result. I picked Barbie pink matte color and it looked nothing like matte. The lady who was in charge while the manager was gone was super confused and didn't know how to make her customer happy. She had a lot of attitude and wasn't sure about pricing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because they are pricey, unprofessional, they don't do a good job, and really bad customer service. Overall I had a terrible experience. Read Less

Love this place.  Ladies are really nice and very personable. They have two locations in town and I have been to both locations and love their services.  I can say they're prices are a little more on the pricey side due to the additions they add hot wax,  hot stone massage,  hot towel after they apply a cooling gel to your skin,  and a exfoliation scrub.  If your having a stressful week,  come here because they will wash all your worries away.  I leave feeling brand new and refreshed. I was worried about coming in here after all of the negative reviews, but this was the only salon that I could find I pen on Easter Sunday. I'm happy to say this place was great! I came in with really damaged nails from acrylics, and they did a wonderful job covering the damage with a really pretty gel manicure! I paid $65 for a gel manicure and normal polish pedicure, which is comparable to what I've paid at other places. My nails feel great, you would never know how damaged they were! Read Less

Terrible service! I called the day before for a 10:30 AM appointment and ended up waiting 30 minutes for the girl to run in late! She rushed through my nails which when I was done noticed were all uneven. I didn't have time to sit and wait for them to fix it so I paid and left. Not even one week later an entire nail popped off, not broke off, literally popped off ! So I went back and they said 30 minute wait... so I went to their other salon and the lady did a shit job on my  supposed to be flare nail. It doesn't match the other nails at all. So at work this morning before I head back to the nail salon to tell them about the shitty job they did, another nail pops off ! 2 nails !!!! Not broken just pop right off. DO NOT GO THERE !!!! Terrible. I've been to this nail salon before but this was the worst experience yet. I got a gel mani and pedi and to get the most customers possible they kept starting each person and then leaving part way through to take a new customer. I don't mean leaving while my nails were soaking or drying. I mean halfway through filing a nail or shaping or painting one they'd get up and leave for another client. The woman doing my manicure only stayed to finish when I said I'd pay for what she did so far but said I'd have to leave if she couldn't finish because I had things to do. They finally finished after and I was charged WAY more than ever before. The work was done so I couldn't argue and I went ahead and paid. Halfway to my car the woman who rang me up literally chased me to the car saying they undercharged me. I don't know how that's possible for the price I already paid. Strange thing was when I said I'd have to go in to the ATM to get more cash she bargained for "whatever cash I had left". We settled with what I had because I really had to go but I felt taken advantage of. Not a day later the polish on nearly all of my finger nails cracked. Two days later the nails started breaking. My moisturized and trimmed cuticles are shredded and dry where they weren't before. Worst manicure I've ever had but of course there is a big sign saying "no refunds" so I can't do anything about it. My nails look awful and I have to spend more money to get them fixed or wait until the paint wears off (which should take weeks being gel but at this rate won't be long!). I had been going here for years and loved it. The employees are nice and they do a good job. In the past 6 months or so I believe the price has gone up 3 times. It is now $30 for a pedi! Outrageous! I feel if they added on more to their pedi service it would be understandable for the price increase, but it's the same basic pedi they have always done. I have been a longtime customer of Jenna for my hair and she has always been the absolute best! So, when it came time for my wedding it was a no brainer to have Jenna do my hair as well as my bridal party. She did an amazing job and it looked beautiful all day long!!!! She listened to what we wanted and created a masterpiece!! I would highly recommend Jenna!!! As well, Tara did all of our make up and it was stunning!!! I would highly recommended Tara as well! NEVER going back to this place again! They charged way too much, $70, for a mani/pedi. Both services done together took less than an hour, I told them I didn't want massages, and they still charged me full price. The nail tech kept hurting my toenails, filing down so roughly, and cut my cuticles.  I told her she was hurting me but she kept going over that same spot! The chairs are very old, torn and disgusting. They eat in front of the customers, smacking their lips and chewing loudly while they speak to each other. I just think that's so rude!When it came time to pay with my debit card, they wanted me to use their ATM machine for cash instead. I had seen other customers paying with their cards, so why couldn't I? I said no, I didn't want to use the ATM. The tech very rudely snatched my card and told me to use cash next time. DIRTY, NASTY, FILTHY!!!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! stopped in here on my way home and regretted it as soon as I sat down. The lady that helped me was so rude and extremely rough on my fingers. While my fingers were being tortured , I was noticing how dirty this place is. Paint everywhere, dust, fingerprints, previous customers nails on the tables etc. The lady that was helping me would throw things on the ground instead of putting it in the garbage. I even seen another lady mop the floor with the same hand soap customers use to wash their hands!!!! Whatever happened to mopping the floor with pine sol..or bleach? ??? These people should take pride in their business and maintain it properly!!! It really surprises me that their doors are open due to their filthy establishment and lack of customer service!Oh and the best part is I tried paying with my credit card and she said to use the 3rd party Shady looking Atm machine in the back. When I told her it's a credit card she said that she couldn't take it but then changed her mind and said there will be a fee if she took it if I'm not going to use their Atm...NO THANKS!!! paid cash...took my change...and left!! I got engaged the night before Christmas eve, and my mom surprised my sister and I with a manicure at Beautiful Creations. Chrissy and Melissa were so friendly and did an EXCELLENT job on our nails.
