I came in on a Sunday not sure of their hours and they took me right in for a pedicure. Come to find out they were supposed to close in 20mins! Not one complaint from them. STAY AWAY!!  I would avoid this place, there are many better salons in town. I came in w/ a Pinterest pic,  nothing too hard & they said they could match it,  but toward the end they said they couldn't do it and just painted my nails a solid color and even messed that up!! It was sloppy, bumpy and they didn't paint the sides of my nails! They also cut 8/10 of my fingertips, it was the most painful manni of my life! They were closing and couldn't fix it,  so I came back the next day for a refund. They were extremely rude when I  asked for the refund and all of their 5-8 employees started gathering around me and they were all gabbing my hands,  looking at my nails,  but none of them asked,  they just kept grabbing me. On top of that they were talking sh** about me in their language and rolling their eyes at me. After 20 mins. of this they finally gave me my refund,  in which they took $20 out of their pocket and threw it at me and said, "Dont come back!" BTW my total was $35, so they shorted me $15, but at that point I was alone and scared so I just left.  It was the most invasive and abusive situation I've ever been in,  all for asking for a refund on a clearly,  noticeable, terrible nail job,  that all my friends and family said was the worst they've ever seen!! I remained calm w/ them thru the whole thing, never raised my voice or got rude and they told me to never come back... like I would after all that!!  These people are crazy, STAY AWAY!! Read Less

First time I went here and they did an amazing job on my nails I just moved to Oregon but I am originally from Olivehurst California but I have lived in Oregon for the past three and a half months and I have not been able to find a nail salon that will not mess my nails up or that does not do a crappy job I come back to California for a visit and I go to Lincoln get me started to get my nails done and Perfect Nails did such a great job my nails are beautiful and I am 100% satisfied so I recommend Perfect Nails to anybody that is in the Yuba County area or in Lincoln Read Less

This place does not stand by their name "perfect nails." I had the worst experience here. The lady who did my nails kept getting up to take care of other clients and she left me hanging about 3 times. She even talked on the phone while she was filing my finger and she cut me. I attached a picture to show. After the 3rd time she got up to wax some guy I wanted to just walk out but I already had the nails glued on and they were so incomplete. I expressed my frustration and she said she was sorry and she would focus on my nails now. I was hoping they would at least come out good since I was already frustrated. They are so uneven and look so bad. She charged me $40 and I just went back and asked for a refund and she gave me back half but I just wanted to write this review to spare someone the hell I just went through for the last 2 1/2 hours. Worst nail place. All the workers rush through doing your nails. Even though the crew is friendly they do not put effort into your nails. I got a gel manicure and they did not use the uv light not several layers so you can see my nail through the polish and my nails were jagged and rough. Not smooth. I just moved to Lincoln and I had tried another place in town and was very unhappy. Today I went to perfect nails and had the best experience. Nancy was the technician who did my pedicure and she was very thorough and did a fabulous job. I got the spa pedicure which included a paraffin wax, salt scrub and mask. She spent a great amount of time doing the massage which is always one of my favorite things. Nancy was also so sweet and talkative and was a joy to be around. She made the best impression on me and for that reason alone I will always request her. I also had a manicure which Lucky did and he did a great job on my nails.  I have natural nails that I like just clean and buffed to a shine no color. His massage on my hands and arms was a nice from Massage which felt great. I will be back every month to be pampered by the wonderful folks here at perfect nails. Read Less

Wonderful service. The first time I came they let me come in late straight from work and even though they closed at 7 they still took me. This is my second time here and they are busy again but I made an appointment. I got the deluxe because I love everything it comes with for the price it's definitely worth it! I went in to get a fill and one day later my nails were lifting. I had a horrible experience inside and had to tell the nail tech how to go from glitter to pink/white since they thought white would cover my hot pink tips. My littler sister and I came here for a girls day last week and we left very disappointed. The people are nice but the work is not. I had a specific design I wanted and I was told by the male employee that did our nails that he was able to do the design. I mean this in the nicest way possible but my little sister could have done a better job with the design. I appreciated the effort but what really upset me was that the design I wanted required 2 black nails on the middle finger and on the finger next to the pinky with a beautiful design, but he accidentally painted one nail black and the other a really dark purple that was very noticeable in the light. I was told it was too late to change and I was shocked. I ended up paying $40.00 for my fill and color change and $50 for my little sisters. The work was horrible and he wasn't even willing to change it even after he admitted he had made a mistake and painted one of my nails the wrong color. I will never go back to this place again. I had to go to a different shop right after to correct his mistake and ended up paying $65.00 total just for my fill and color change and another 75.00 for my sisters! If a mistake is made or the customer isn't satisfied with the design they are paying for you try to fix it, not dismiss the issue and say you can't do anything about it. Read Less

I made an appointment for my 7 year old daughter and her 3 friends to have manicures for this afternoon to celebrate her birthday. The staff were so welcoming! They sang happy birthday to my daughter and made all of the girls feel extra special. It was such a fun experience and the quality of the paint/designs was top notch. Came here after work for a pedicure. Didn't know this place existed but surprisingly , they've been here for seven years now. I just wanted the basic pedi. I had the French tip which added $5 to the basic $22 price. The basic pedi lasts thirty minutes. I thought the overall pedicure was too basic and not enough buffing, sanding, filing, and trimming. My tech, was very friendly and we had a long convo. I know for sure that if we weren't talking, I would have had a less than stellar service. She went over parts of my feet she had already done, just because we were deep in conversation. Overall, although the gal was nice, and the paint job was great, my feet have had better pedis. This is my new favorite spot in town. All of the ladies are so sweet and welcoming. I've never been to a place where they were so appreciative! I went in and it was rather busy, waited about 15-20 minutes to get a pedicure. When I finally got seated I got the deluxe package. More people started coming in but Vivian did not rush my pedicure to get other clients seen which was nice! It was very relaxing and just what I needed. Today was my second time coming here and there is a reason I am a returning customer.  I only get pedicures  because I work on hard surfaces and my feet need pampering. I was completely surprised by this place. I had been going to a salon in Roseville for nearly the last 10 years, but for Mother's Day, my husband and son got me a gift certificate for a VIP mani/pedi. I was totally treated like a queen by everyone in this place. Everyone was so friendly and HONEST. I was getting ready to tip and they told me that my husband had already covered the tip when he paid for the service. It would've been extremely easy for them to take advantage of me, but they didn't. You don't find that type of honesty anywhere. I will happily go back to this salon from now on. It was wonderful! This salon is a life saver. Nancy replaced my botched manicure I got from a different salon last night. Gel French manicure came out perfectly. I've been to this salon before and Kaylee did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Vivian did my eye brow wax and she did an awesome job too. I knocked down a star because I find it disturbing that they don't put a towel on the pillow when they do the waxing (praying no lice or what not lingers from the previous customer) my fault for not insisting they put a towel.Looks like the previous bad review had the same experience I had with a different salon. I hate to generalize but maybe stay away from guy manicurists and look up the 3 ladies I mentioned above and you'll be good to go. Read Less
