Worst set of acrylics I have ever had done! Had an appointment and still took almost 3 hours. The person kept leaving while they were doing my nails to take care of other people... every nail has slant on the right side and straight on the left and the gel polish is spottie. The person missed a lot of spots with the acrylic and when I pointed it out they just made excuses. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The man was manhandling my wrists and hands for a hideous French tip and the woman broke one of my toe nails after I asked her to do a French tip on them too. I still got French tip on my hands but I can see the nail polish I had on before coming in! I usually don't splurge on nails but my husband is coming back from his det on active duty and it's our one year anniversary and when I told them this (I wanted my nails done very nicely for his arrival/anniversary) they did NOT care and were incredibly rude. The first time I went, they guy i had did a good job. Only thing I was unhappy about was the callous removal. This last time I went was horrible. The guy cut my big toe, polish was so sloppy to the point where the nail tech beside him went back over a few toes after he left me to dry. On top of that, my polish didn't even last a week! Not sure what has been going on here, but there are a bunch of new techs there, and though they are very nice, they don't do very good work. Disappointed for the first time. I come often and today did it for me the short lady with tape on her face was rude and the guy on table #5 hurt my finger and they randomly starting asking $5 on top of what the "normal" price for shape. The customer service here is usually very good but your experience truly depends on who you get as your nail technician. Unfortunately I didn't get someone great today. I went in for a mani & pedi the gentleman that did my mani pedi did not do a good job on my nails but my pedi was good. Only thing was after he painted my nails and toes he didn't say anything and just got up and went in to somewhere else. Finally after about 20 minutes I asked if I was good to go he asked if I wanted to put my nails in the dryer. I declined and paid my 43$ and left. Read Less

On 12/10/2016 I had my eyebrow waxed Tina Luu from Super Spa Nails. When I walked into the building I was asked what I needed. I informed them on my needs and Tina said to walk to the back of the building to the room on the left. When I walked in I saw a chair/reclining chair and a bed, I stood there for a few minutes waiting was Tina because I didn’t know if I was to lay down or sit. I couldn’t tell if she was washing her hands or what because she was helping another customer with a pedicure prior to coming into the room. When Tina came in she asked me to lay down and began working on my eyebrows right away without question. When the process began, I closed my eyes and felt was the hot wax applied first to my right eyebrow. I thought at first that the wax was unusually hot, but dismissed it thinking that I was sensitive to the heat since the last time I had my eyebrows waxed. As soon as she tore off the first strip from my eyebrow, I just felt a painful burn sensation, but thought it was normal due to the sensitivity previously mentioned. I noticed that she stopped a few minutes to get cotton and start wiping my eye with some kind of liquid. I noticed that she did wipe several times then continued on. After she was done waxing my right eyebrow, she suggested that I get my eyebrows waxed several days prior to my event so that my make-up will blend better with my eyebrows. I found the suggestion strange because my eyebrows are typically red and irritated after waxing, but not for very long. Ms. Luu proceeded to work on the other side. I bared through the pain thinking all is well. When she was finished I looked my eyebrows and it appeared to be more red than normal and felt very painful. I went to the lobby area to pay and she suggested to me again to wax my eyebrows days before so it is not red. As soon as I walked out and felt the cold air on my face, the painful burn increased. I rushed to my car thinking it all just normal and drove away. While driving I couldn’t bare the intense pain and looked to see what was wrong. As I looked in the mirror I saw the redness of the burnt areas with missing pieces of my skin from the waxed areas. My skin felt raw. I saw piece of cotton stuck on the raw area and wiped off the piece of lint. When I looked at that piece of lint it was reddish pink and appeared to be blood stain. I rushed home and had my husband take pictures immediately. Since it was already later in the evening and I still couldn’t fully see the extent of the damage this person had done, I went to my event. After getting home I washed my face avoiding the affected areas as much as I could and treated the affected areas with Neosporin. On Monday 12/12, I missed work to go see my primary doctor. She confirmed that my face was burned and skin was ripped off from the burn. She referred me to the Dermatologist who I saw later on that day. The dermatologist gave me 1 cream for the burn and an ointment to keep infection away and suggested a sunblock with high SPF so minimize the sun damage in that area. I called and went the establishment on Monday 12/12 to make them aware of the situation and to get the license of the esthetician, which was Tina Luu, License Number Z92180. I was told that the manager Vicki is not back until Wednesday, 12/14. She called me on Tuesday 12/13 and apologized about the situation and was told that Tina will not be waxing and that this is not the first time she had done this. Vicki, the manager, stated to me that Tina had the same incident happen to another client before. The manager Vicki was rude, questioning the doctor and dermatologist of their diagnosis and said that I would have just give you a cream. My medical insurance claimed the injury and this nail spa refuse to pay back my insurance company. Vicki refused to give me their insurance information to claim my medical bills. Read Less

Went to go get my nails done, I was assigned to a seat right away. The man that did my nails was kind of rude when he talked. The nail technician was rude throughout the entire service, he was not gentle at all with my nail, he kept filing my left third finger so much to the point it started to get tender, and I hinted for him to stop, he kept filing until it bleed. Went for acrylic nail removal. Woman ripped half my real fingernail off, then poured antiseptic into the open cut. A different person then came over and tried to put gel nail polish over an open cut, which fell off almost immediately after I left, and I still had to pay full price for the manicure!. I will never again step into this establishment . I ask if they take appointments  , no .. Ok how long until I can get in I ask . She stated I don't know , I said ok approximate how long . She continued to be rude and said I can't tell you were very busy. This is the place you want to go if you want a no nonsense mani pedi. They did a nice job and get people in and out quickly. Prices are reasonable as well. I gave it 4 stars because I prefer a longer massage and not to feel rushed in and out when I get a pedicure but other than that the place was clean and the chairs were nice. Read Less

I was just at this nail shop I am in from out of town visiting my mom we stopped in to get our nails done my mom like many customers  has a favorite we asked for "Vincent" and was told he would be in by 2 then asked for the owner was told she would be in by 11 so we asked the owners husband if he can do our nails. "He said NO I won't do ur nails because u don't like how I do them" we never said that nor has my mom said that before, he just assumed since we didn't ask for him. Wow, is just about all I can say. We came here because it was close by and they were close by. That's about all the good they have going for them. I haven't had someone be so rude to me when I am oaying them. The girl doing my pedicure rolled her eyes at me because I told her I was ticklish and guess what, I am. She also hurt me quite a bit and I told her, and she didn't seem to care at all. I will never come here agaon, at their prices I deserve someone who will at least be nice and not continue to hurt me. I've been going here for several years and although I have had a couple times I wasn't very happy,  I still really like this place. They only really have one girl who does designs other than a simple flower. Also expect to be there for an hour or more if you do anything other than just paint, I don't mind this because it's relaxing and their cars are awesome. Read Less

I've been to this nail salon a handful of times now. I was always pleased with the performance and over all atmosphere of the salon. Today was an absolute turning point, and the reason why I will never be getting my nails done here again. So I originally had acrylic nails and I went in to get them removed. So he begins working on my nails, of course the procedure is painful so I pay no mind. He comes to one of my nails and it is so painful I pull my hand away. He tells me it's okay and continues. My nail begins to bleed excessively. So I immediately ask for the manager. This is what made me so upset that I wanted to scream, she told me that accidents always happen. That I was not the only person that this happened to. Disgusting customer service skills. Once they cleaned me up I realized that they have RIPPED my nail off. Customer service is everything. Everyone is nice except the owner I was a loyal customer for 5 years and her attitude has forced me to not want to do business with her. Getting my nails done should be relaxed I shouldn't have to debate how I want my nails if I'm paying good money for them. I love this place! They're always friendly and I never have to wait long. It's nice and clean and their quality of work is great. Bad enough that you have to pay 12 extra bucks to get gel when you getting a fill. The polish starts chipping off on 3rd day and I paid it no mind until on day 6 almost the nails are mostly chipped. I usually go to Lucky Nail Spa, but they were closed today. I decided to try Super Spa.I called at 11:30 to see what the wait was like and she told me 20 minutes. I then told her that was good that I would be there in 30 minutes. She said that is Perfect!! Then she said she would go ahead and write my name down which was awesome!....So I show up at 12 and waited until 12:30 ended up leaving because I have to go to work this evening and mani/pedi generally take an hour or so. I felt bad I had to leave :( Down side was the quote time was incredibly off.The up side is everyone who was leaving had beautiful nails, plus when I called she added me to the list which she didn't have to do. A regular mani/pedi cost $30 btw, not to shabby but I will probably just stick with Lucky Nail Spa. Read Less
