Horrible experience! If you do decide to go here I suggest NOT going to the male with the mole on his right cheek. He did a terrible job on my toes. When I took a look at them when he said he was done, I had to tell him fix 3 of them. One was bubbled, the other had no nail polish in the corner, and one was just sloppy and not cleaned up. I should not have to point out these errors. I asked for a nail design on my big toes and he said it’s too late because they closed at 5PM. First of all, you should not have accepted me at 4:20 for a pedicure if you weren’t going to produce quality work and if this was his quality work he should not be working here! Another worker ended up coming up to me while my feet were drying to see if I wanted my design still and they ended up doing it!! The flower design was cute. You know what I love about this place besides the fact that they do absolutely great work? I love it because the owners and staff are, flat out, the loveliest people ever! I always enjoy tagging along with my girlfriend because I don't feel awkward sitting in such a place, as many boyfriends and husbands typically do when accompanying their ladies to such places. Additionally, Henry's attention to detail and level of care can only be matched by his genuinely positive personality. They won't push you to get this or that, but rather find and suggest that good match, which matters greatly because you typically end up walking out with what you desire rather than what was forced onto you to please others. As a cherry on top, they are the embodiment of the American Dream. I got to know them personally and they arrived, perfected a craft, established themselves, and love being here to do what they do best. They are great and well worth the trek for me. I came in here on a whim. I was in town and needed to get my nails done bad. I found this salon on yelp and chose it because of the good reviews. I was so impressed with the service and the outcome of my nails. I got a super basic acrylic gel manicure and Jennifer did an amazing job for only $40!!!! they seem fairly nice, but she cut my finger this week, they didn't give me a discount or anything. your supposed to soak off the fake nails, not rip them off. plus its rude to talk in a different language the whole time when your customer does not speak it. Read Less

14 yr old daughter got her thumb sliced with an electric drill/file and so they put some ointment abd a bandaid..... charged her full price for a painful event. I went back and asked for insurance incase she needs medical care and she replied no and while I was there she was talking to another employee that my oldest daughter didn't pay for her eyebrows getting done in front of all the customers to here. Horrible the person cut my finger with the drill and I still had paint nolish under my acrylics and had paint nolish all over my finger nails and refused to give me my full refund and my balance was 52 dollars and they. Hands DOWN the WORST experience EVER! The technician got upset with me because I would not allow her to clip my SNS (a type of overlay) off my nails. I asked her to please soak it off to which she replied "That will take too long" After she prepared the solution she man handled my hands for the remainder of the manicure. Awful.  This place is filthy.  Disgusting.  I don't know how they pass Heath inspections.  The towels are stained (including the hot towels they use as wraps so god knows what is growing on them), there is stuff everywhere, people sitting around eating food at the tables and sleeping on the couch at the front of the store.  I asked for shellac but they only had gel.  The guy doing my nails did a horrendous job.  They are all uneven and all over my fingers.  I had to come home and file the clear gel away from my skin (which every other place has done).  Two of my nails had gel that looked like it cracked and shrunk on my nail from the UV light.  Instead of redoing it completely, he wiped what he could off with a towel and put more gel on top of that.  I kept asking him to fix it but he insisted it was fine.  I will never go back and I highly recommend you stay far away from this poor excuse of a nail salon. I hate to even give this place 1star! Ive never done a yelp review and usually dont but i dont want anyone having to deal with what i am dealing with because of this place! This was only my 2nd time here and it only confirmed i will never return. It is over priced. The guy didnt do a good job on my acrylic nail for the 2nd time and for the 1st time this visit i did ONLY a polish change. Hands down, best manicures and pedicures I've ever had. Even better than some well know spas in Vegas! All of the nail attendants are extremely attentive and go above and beyond. The shop is very clean and prices are very good. I drive 45 minutes to get pedicures here when I could do it in my own town. No one can beat their service. It's worth the drive! Read Less

Excellent pedicure, lasted 3+ weeks. Make an appointment or specifically ask how long the wait will be. If you walk in, they will not turn you away, and you could end up soaking your feet for 45 or more minutes until they get to you. Read Less

I've been here twice now, and I've been happy with my nails both times. The first time was for my wedding and I got a lot of compliments! If Henry is available go to him, he's friendly and funny. The rest of them are pretty friendly too. I'm giving four stars instead of five just because it is a little pricey. I paid $35 with a $10 tip. Read Less

This was my first visit here, and it was an excellent one. I called to see what time they opened, and Henry said I could come in at 830 if I wanted, which was 30 minutes before opening. Henry did my pedicure, and let me tell you, the best one I've ever had. He was polite, skilled, and I felt really comfortable. I hate people touching my feet, but he made me feel so at ease. Best pedicure EVER !!! Don't let this place fool you . I'm a hair stylist and have had  a lot of great pedicures from friends , but Cami took so much time with my dry cracked feet . Very clean and staff is friendly.  I go regularly for pedicures and recommend Henry.  He is very precise and friendly.  The prices seem a bit high as the term "spa" is used in their title.  To me it's not really a spa, but I am happy with my pedicures and they last longer than other places I have tried in town.
