Omq I came here for the first time they charged me 29$ for my coffin nails john as trying too charge 60$ don't go too him or thm I brought my own polish and he tried too steal it saying he bought it this weekend anyway literally 3of my nails broke within a week and he tells me none of his customers ever came back in a week he doesn't know what I do I literally work with paper all day so they shouldn't be breaking in a week I ask for the nail repair they charged me 3$ for thn I ask for a fill which was 20$ plus the 9$ got the nails when I should've jst got an entire set done aqain in a week I wouldn't recommend them or him at all Read Less

Great nails BUT THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 40 minutes then tell u they have an app!!!  Maybe they should be a little more honest so consumers can decide iffff they want to wait!! Very upsetting !  I will nvr go back and neither will my family. !! Read Less

The place is disgusting and dirty. My nails are done poorly. And my nails hurt from too much filing on my real nails. Not many color options for gel nails. I had to remind the guy to actually do a manicure instead of just changing my nail color. Read Less

Absolutely, horrible!! I went to a nail shop in Palmdale, CA and received a gel manicure. I live in Lancaster (pretty close to Tip top nails). I decided to go to Tip Top nails to get my nails redone without gel polish. I was charged 5 extra dollars to "remove the gel polish"  and they ruined my nails. They used a nail drill to remove the gel polish instead of soaking my nails. My nails are worn down, brittle and I had to keep cutting them. My goal was to grow long and healthy nails, but unfortunately it will take months to reach my goal.Another observation, This nail shop discriminates against persons who are only receiving a manicure. They will make you wait significantly longer to be served if someone else walks in who wants more than a manicure. I know this is a business, but they do not truly care about their consumers. Let me start off by saying this, the place is a bit run down and has improvements that need to be done. First things first, the space itself is big and there is no crowding. When I walked in there were two ladies waiting to have their sets done. I was able to be sitted right away due to me being the only person having a pedicure done. I immediately noticed that their nail polish section needs help, but I took my own polish anyway so whatever. They have signs up around the nail polish station that state that if you drop it, you pay $3 for the bottle. (And, you can tell some people have dropped nail polish because the evidence is on the wall). The lady that attended my feet was nice and polite. But, let me just say that she had me guessing. When she was done, the job was perfectly fine. My toes were shaped evenly and the polish was applied without error. The price of my pedicure was $17 with $5 extra for callous remover, so my damage was $22. Now, let me also say this, they are not fancy when it comes to pedicures I guess because they were not shoving services down my throat like the salons do in LA. No sea salt or sugar scrubs, paraffin wax, hot rocks, clay mask...nothing nada zinc zilch nuthin okay. It looks like they throw down when it comes to your full sets and designs, gel nails, etc. Now, in order for me to return and remember you as a business, these are the type of services that you offer. The lady being absent-minded and simply forgetting to mention these is not good for business. As the consumer, at least give me the option to decline versus not having the services at all.They only real complaint that I have is the moldy water smell near my particular spa chair. Rose is the only saving grace at this place.  I have been coming to her for years and she is the reason why I come back.  I came in after a long day at work and I am a walk in so I am expecting to wait which is fine.   I am acknowledged by Stephanie the owner and I let her know that I am here for a pedicure and that I would like Rose to do my pedicure.  She said that is fine but there would be a little wait.  I sit down and I am there for 45 minutes and simply ask Stephanie how long it would be for Rose and she says that Rose has appointments all day and asks if someone else can do it.  I told her I have been waiting 45 minutes and if she knew Rose was booked allDay she should have told me.  She snaps and tells me to go talk to Rose.  She was able to fit me in but don't tell me there will be a wait knowing she is booked.  I am 33 weeks pregnant.  I don't have time to deal with this.  Stephanie is a complete b****. I enjoy the pedicures here! And it's honestly not a big deal to bring your own nail color if you feel their selection is limited. I want to try acrylic nails with them but I'm not sure if they use real acrylic versus MMA Acrylic which is cheaper but toxic on your nails. Any inquiries of that? Read Less

I'm really confused about all the negative reviews, when you come in as a walk inyou can't expect to get service on demand, my suggestion is to make an appointment. I have been coming here for years and I guarantee you that this place is not a dirty mess like people have been claiming. Second time ive come here to get my feet done. I always have john do my nails. Hes an amazing nail manicurist.  My nails never lift or pop off when he does them. Stephanie rushes and jer nails lift. No as for my pedicure.  First was by rose a yrar ago,  2nd was by rose just 5 days ago. Day after my pedicure about 24 hrs later, my ankle was really sore.  Didn't think of it. By the next morning i could barely walk on my foot and ut swelled and was red with heat. I had initially thought i was gut by something.  The swelling wndedup going up to my knee and hurt so bad. Also i have eczema and did have a flare up on my feet that i previously scrstched prior to pedicure. Let and foot hurt do bad went to the eer and was diagnosed with celluliti^ s ( skin & soft tissue bacteria infection). This was due to unsterile equipment being used on my feet or the foot basins was not properly clean and sterilized. Luckily i went to er on time cause the nkght i hot home from hospital my right foot began to swell and show signs of infection. I have been coming here for almost a year and I only let ROSE do my pedicure or manicure. I love it , well the way she does my pedicure she takes her time and knows exactly what I want. I always take my own polish since I'm picky. Once I got by someone else and I refuse to let anyone else do my pedi/mani. Read Less

This is the worst nail shop I have ever been in the whole place was very dirty needs to be clean please look at the photos I took .Unfortunately the health department does not come to place like this every day because if they did this place will be close it's so sad  some people will put there hands and feet in spa that are dirty not me .I will drive 100 miles to be safe . I waited forever & the lady didn't cut my somewhat long nails short before applying acrylic, so you were able to see my actual nail under the acrylics. she did the wrong design. & I went home with cuts in 2 different places. Read Less

Let me start by saying worst place ever.I have been here twice hoping that the 2nd time might have been better. Well no. I went in trying to get my nails done and a pedi.Only to get charged $16 for a 7 min pedi even though I waited for 20 minutes. Not only was it short and unpleasant but the female that attended me was extremely rude. She rushed everything only because they got more customers an hour in a half before closing with only 4 workers. That wasn't a reason to give poor service. Never going back.Over priced for no reason.
