This place is way too over priced and not friendly at all. I was charged $55 for a full set and pedi. I don't remember the ladies name but she never spoke to me other than asking me what I wanted and giving me my price. What I got done was short coffin shape nails acrylic no gel and they said $35 which is way too much and then charged me $20 for just a regular pedi. I'll never go here again & I would never recommend this place to anyone.I didn't know where to respond back to you April C. so I'll do it here. This not my first time having my nails done I've been to numerous shops, I get my nails done on a regular basis and have so since I was a young girl so with that said my comment remains the same you charge way too much! Ashley G is awesome First off i wanna say they ask you to wash your hands before setting down not pick yiur color lol.Ashley  gave me the full set that I asked for. I love that my nails look natural and she took her time with me there was not several ppl waiting for one person there is more Than an enough staff and i love that it does not smell like fish lol. I'm so happy that after months of trying out different nail salons that I finally found Time Out Nail Spa. Staff is friendly and attentive. It also helps that they're fluent in English lol. Prices are very reasonable. I love that they're appointment only. Read Less

Walked in due to reviews. I am new to Lancaster. Place is dusty and dirty. Tools were rusted and foot tub had dark oily ring around them. The conversation between staff is completely inappropriate, not professional at all. Was cut 3 times w a nail file and to stop the bleeding i was applied a "liquid bandaid " .... It was super glue. Didn't finish my appointment and only finished my manicure.  She said my nails were too short and it was difficult for her to work on. Paint selection is mostly L.A colors and chipped off after 1 day. Not going back. Read Less

SAME DAY BREAKAGE.. And as I forgot to mention in my previous review and was reminded when they responded to mine saying I came at them with "cusing" which was not the case..  my experience in the actual poor excuse of a "nail spa" was filled with the workers commentary FILLED with cursing. I arrived for my appointment a little early so there was a bit of a wait which was fine. My nail tech started cutting my cuticles without soaking them and caused several fingers to bleed (which hurt) and was also on her phone responding to messages instead of finishing with my appointment . Some of my nails are lopsided (there's more acrylic on one side than the other) and some of them are cut almost diagonally (I asked for coffin). She did do a good job with the polish I wanted. Got my nails done for the first time by Dolly! Must say it was a pleasant experience. Usually when I go into other nail salons, it's an awkward time of silence but not here!
