I have gone to this salon for about 3 years now and was immediately made to feel welcome. Shirley, Linda and all the staff always greet you with such warmth and courtesy. My daughter also is a regular and feels the same way. Cathy is our manicurist and always does an incredible job. We really enjoy our appointments with her. This place is the best! Sophia saw me for a consultation and scheduled me very quickly. I have a TON of hair and she looked at the pics I had for ideas and went to work. She spent A LOT of time doing the color, thinning, and styling and charged me soooooo much less than I expected. I have never loved my hair this much. It was so much better than I could have imagined. She also gave me instructions on how to care for my hair to keep the color. I am 2 weeks in and it still looks amazing and I receive so many compliments on my hair. I love this place I went yesterday 9/8/2017 for a quote on how much it would be to fix the abominated hair and it maybe pricy for most people but knowledge isn't cheap, if you wanna go to a cheap salon where they do iffy work go for it, but I'm recommending this salon. It feels amazing to be in there so many personalities! I got Sofia and thank god I found her, she knows what she's talking about and takes care of you! She made my messed up ugly hair look great! ( I bleached it to where there's no hope for color ) she made if good amazing! I went on for a hair cut and conditioning, which god knows I need. They recommend you the best material you need for your hair to help it, they won't try to Up sale you on expensive products on purpose just what you need. I love it and I would recommend a friend! I would give Panache 10 stars if I could!!! I came in with my husband and son. The moment we came in, we were pleasantly greeted and offered some water to drink. I didn't have to wait long to be called in for my appointment. I had my hair cut by Priscilla. She is AWESOME! She is very friendly. I showed her a picture of the look I was going for and she gave me great recommendations. She washed my hair and gave me a great scalp massage. Priscilla took her time cutting my hair and drying it and also asked me if I wanted it styled. I came out of the salon very satisfied! Price was great too!I LOVE LOVE LOVE my haircut! I've gone to so many salons and they could never cut it the way I want, but Priscilla sure did! She even made my hair nice and smooth. She went above and beyond my expectations. This place informed me that gel nails were available. However when I arrived,  with my mom, grandma, sister and daughter, they proceeded to inform me that the manicure lady was not in today. I've been getting pampered at Panache for well over five years, and I cannot say enough about how phenomenal this salon is. Laura has cut my hair for a handful of years and has done a fantastic job. She has saved my hair from a self dyeing disaster, helped me chop off 12", and always leaves me with a cut, color, or style that I never regret getting.Becca has tamed my thick brows without over waxing them(which so many other salons are never able to do!) Ashley gives amazing massages! After getting my mom a full body massage and hearing her rave about it for an entire week, I had to see what was so great about it. You are in capable hands during your massage session with Ashley. Linda and Mary, the receptionists/hosts, are always kind and make sure you are comfortable if you are needing to wait for your appointment. They offer coffee and water while you can wait in either the salon or the back porch which has an adorably small garden area.There not much else to say then Panache deserves your visiting. Read Less

Came in to get my daughter's hair dyed and trimmed. If there is one thing I can't stand it's making an appointment, getting there early and then waiting well past my appointment time. The stylist, Vanessa, came out and greeted us but said it would still be a little bit before she could get to us because she had to blow out a client. So we wait. She finally came and got us, only to tell us the hair dye would only last about a week. I don't know anything about cosmetology but that just sounded strange. She said without bleaching my daughter's hair, the dye wouldn't last. But when I made the appointment I stated I wanted her hair dyed so I didn't understand what the issue was. She didn't end up bleaching her hair, she just put the dye over her untreated hair, but it's ok I suppose because she has strawberry blonde hair. My daughter is small, so when Vanessa rinsed her hair, she used 2 patio chair cushions and a kitchen chair cushion for my daughter to sit on to be able to reach the sink, and she was sliding down, so she asked me to hold the cushions. So there I was, in the middle of the salon on the floor, holding some cushions! Also, is it normal to not go all the way to the roots when applying dye? She left quite a bit of space. I won't be going back here. Cost: $50 (plus I added a $10 tip, so $60) Time: in at 1:40, out at 3:40.::EDIT:: After going through the pictures of Panache on Yelp, I came across the 10% off military discount picture that was posted one month ago. At the beginning of our appointment I told Vanessa my husband and I were both in the Air Force (therefore why I brought my daughter to her, because I have to wear my hair in a bun every day and know nothing about cosmetology) yet she did not mention the discount and it wasn't reflected in the final bill. She fixed my disaster color job from multiple other salons and matched my natural color with hardly even having enough roots to glimpse at it! Since then I have gone back to her for multiple different color changes and they all turn out gorgeous! I totally adore this place. This will definitely my to go place as long as I'm in Lancaster. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I felt so welcome there. Linda is the receptionist/host. She's very friendly and just oh so welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable. Shirley also made sure that I was happy with my hair. Their service is just excellent!I was referred to Laura. This is the second time I'm getting my highlights since the first time I had it done by someone else it wasn't as bright as I wanted. Laura was very lenient with my schedule and knew what I wanted when I explained it to her. She is just too adorable and very talkative, which I really like.
