The owner was so rude. She did my lashes today and she was in such a hurry that she was yelling at me, at one point she pushed my head to the side so that she can finished with my lashes. If I can give a zero rate trust me I would . The nail lady was extremely rude and disrespectful to my mother in law and sister in law . We came in for a fill and two full sets . My finger was swollen from the cut for a week. The 3rd time I went back because the white tips I had painted on during my 2nd chance visit started to turn black. They tried to tell me It was because I dyed my hair, which I hadn't done. They then proceeded to charge me $25 for a polish change that was being done for their mistake. This is the only place I go to get my nails done! They last long and don't break like other places I've tried! The owner is usually the only one doing nails so there is usually a wait but it's worth it! She's good. If you're nice to her she is so sweet! Best thing is her chrome. She can do it in any color there and it stays on for a very long time. Usually mine last for two weeks before starting to fade off. I don't know why this place has 2 Yelp pages. I came here once before and gave them 5 stars because they did a great job. This time...I don't know what is going on but...The lady was so rude and lacked any type of customer service. She acted like she was doing me a favor. My gel was bubbly, so I asked her to fix it. She proceeded to tell me it was my acrylics and not their fault (I don't live here, and had just gotten my full set where I live, but I didn't like my color, so I wanted a change)! I got into a little argument with her, because I told her this is not my nails, this is the polish. She re-did it and it looked fine. Overall a very clean and organized place with employees who pay very close attention to detail especially with manicures and pedicures. I received a pedicure and it was Awful. Next day polish was chipping and you could see where the entire toe was not covered in polish and the polish after applied was bumpy as if it was old. Then tried to charge me for an adult pedicure for my 9yr old daughter because she is tall for age. So I been to this place 3 times I ALWAYS make an appointment The first time i went it was okay they didnt have any nail polishes like normal places only gels to pick from on a nails thingy and the and i go back a second and third time and i been waiting over 30minutes even tho i made an appointment and the third time theres only 2 men working not any of them iv seen work there before he was to rough and smelled of cigarettes mean while im Pregnant! I absolutely hate writing negative reviews, and this is the first time I've taken the time to do so on Yelp, but I'm hoping it will help others avoid an awful and painful experience.    I had seen someone with a beautiful pedicure last week and asked where they went. She highly recommended Pampered Nails. I'd been here once last summer gel polish. Unfortunately, it ended up super bubbly and I had zero time to go back and have it corrected. I hadn't returned since then until yesterday. I figured I'd give it one more shot. This will definitely be my last.    I went in for a pedicure yesterday. I don't do them more than twice a year or so anymore, but have had many throughout the years. This was, hands down, the most painful experience ever at a nail salon. Over half my toes end up puffy, red, and bleeding. He cut nails painfully short, and removed too much cuticle causing bleeding. I should've said something but I didn't want to be rude. He noticed multiple toes bleeding and kept on going. They really need to train their workers in effort to prevent this. I understand it can happen on one toe on occasion but to have caused most of them to bleed is unacceptable. 24 hours later and it's still beyond painful to wear shoes - which was super fun on my feet at work today. I will give them credit where it's due. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and the worker was friendly but that is where it ends. Think twice before trusting them to perform your pedicure. $40 later and I'm praying my toes won't end up infected. Read Less

Job done: eyelash extensions Pros: clean shop, nice staff, walk ins are acceptable, easy to make appointments, eyelashes are beautiful, budget friendly prices and they do a fast job (counts as a pro and con) Cons: the budget friendly price of $25 for a set of lashes that I was told would stay on for about two weeks started falling off the next day. They were beautiful the first day. At almost the one week mark, I only have about one or two groups of three individual lashes on each eye. This was my first time coming here. The shop is located at a convenient location, so I can come here whenever I get out of the gym next door. I appreciate how much LoAnn knew about nail care and the need to prevent damage to the nails when I said that I wanted acrylics, so she suggested I opted for gel.The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was a relaxing experience. I went in on Monday, September 19 for a scheduled 5:30pm  nail appointment with Casey. She filled my nails 3 weeks ago and I had some lifting and a broken nail due to lifting. I asked her to take the acrylic off and put a new set of tips on, she said she'd do it next time. As she proceeded to remove the gel polish, I pointed out more lifting. She became irate, cleaned up her area as she spoke rapid Vietnamese to the other nail technicians. She then turned to me and said, "This black B#%@! is lying I never did her nails". I was appalled. I gathered my things and left, with my nails filed and not filled. The owner LoAnn was not there, however, herc Assistant Linda was there and just stood by while Casey continued to speak in rapid Vietnamese. I can only image what she was saying about me. I called this morning to speak with the owner, LoAnn about the issue  and I  was stonewalled by Linda. I've patronized this business off and on for  over 5 years and I've referred MANY friends, family, and colleagues to Pampered Nails over the years. Walk in for a pedi on a Sat at 930 am.Wait time : 30 minutes. When i walked in there were two ladies getting pedis in front of me so a wait was expected. I was seated immediately and asked if i wanted water. I appreciate the fact they did not rush the ladies ahead of me to get to me. They continue to take their time and provide them with good customer service. Most people complain about that but to me thats the service i would expect so its not something you can complain about. Experince: great! They are friendly and dont push product on you. The lady who did my pedi was gentle. They use hot stones while massaging and they set a timer and show you so you know you are getting the full time you pay for. There were a few walk ins while i was getting serviced but the gals just asked the people to come back or wait and quoted them an appropriate approximate wait time of 30 minutes. Not your average nail salon who want to get as many people in as possible with no regard for service. Ambiance : calming, well lit, no loud tvs, relaxing music playing. Price: pedi not to bad, 35. I originally wanted gel but was told it would be an extra 15 so i opted out and went with regular polish. In total with tip 40.Overall: Id recommend this place. I went here today. I had 3 broken nails. I had jGel too. The woman who did my nails was so sweet and she really did them how i liked them. And it's QUIET!!!!! I went to Pampered Nails & Spa for the first time 2 weeks ago and was very pleased. I had a fill and my daughter had a new set. Today I went with my 2 daughters and we all had a pedicure and one daughter got a new set. We were extremely pleased. I really wanted to like this place. 1st time in I had a full set and my lashes done. Loved the nails, Marry did a great job. My lashes were not so great, the lady who did them pulled on my lids pretty hard and then got irritated with me when my eyes watered.They were of poor quality, lasted less than a week and wern't really worth getting done again. I went in again, this time just for a fill and was quoted $16. I expected it to be a few dollars more because I wanted a matte finish. I didn't get them trimmed, didn't get crazy designs and my nails had uneven paint. When I went to pay they charged me $33.. the price more than doubled then when I asked them to clarify she acted as though she didn't understand me didn't know any prices and couldn't give me a straight answer. I am posting this purely to warn people before trusting them to do procedures. I got my eyebrows waxed while my daughter got acrylics done. Not to mention, they popped off after 5 days, but my eye lids were badly burned by the girl who applied the hot wax. It's been 3 months, numerous antibiotics, and 2 emergency room visits. I'm leaving shortly to go back as my eye is swollen shut! I was a customer for years and never had a problem. However when I went in this time, I didn't know either girl working.Immediately after the waxing my eyes were red (which is normal), but that night, they were swollen. I figured it would go away. It's been nearly 3 months and I've gotten blurred vision in the left eye and an infection that isn't responding to antibiotics or ointment.Please, please beware. I'm not even sure why this business is a 4 star. There were only two people working. The manicurist started on a customers pedicure and when she was finished she didn't even wash her hands before starting my nails. She soaked my nails and then used her thumb to scratch off the gel. Out of all the nail places I've been I have never seen that before. Before I came in I said that I didn't want a manicure at all just a gel polish changed. The manicurist seemed to ignore my request and went to get a manicure bowl I told her I didn't want a manicure. She got upset and annoyed and asked me why I didn't want a manicure. My cuticles were fine. She rushed through my gel because they got phone calls and more customers were coming. She literally just slapped gel on my nails like she didn't care. My gels are all uneven and they were all over my skin and she was missing spots. She didn't even file my nails or anything and charged me $20. Most places would file your nails and buffer them but not this place. I was pretty upset with my nails. She literally finished my nails in 10 mins. Read Less

I'm not going to lie,  they're expensive.  But they were clean,  professional and accommodating.  And they weren't busy.  Their assortment of nail colors were great for all skin tones,occasions and seasons.  I loved that they used cool water in my pedi soak in the 102° hot summer weather.  Although I did give them a 4 they would've gotten higher if they weren't so expensive.  It just puts me in a place where I will not come as often for service.  I suggest they lower their prices, get more customers and have more customers returning more frequently. Great nail salon! Loann the owner has been doing my nails since 2008! Before,she opened her own Salon she had worked at several other salons in Lancaster and Palmdale. I liked her so much I would follow her to what ever salon,she would change to. Loann didn't like the way some of the salons treated their customers she wanted to own her own Salon so she could take care of her customers the way they should be, pampered! So came the name Pampered Nails and Spa. Lohan has a wonderful staff a very clean Salon and prices are reasonable and she offers many other things other than doing nails she does eyebrows, lash extensions, facials just to name a few. I am so SO sad. I used to go here all the time and got my nails done by LuAnn. She was always so patient and made my nails exactly how I wanted them done. But I've gone back here twice since recently moving back to the area and have had bad experiences both times! The first time LuAnn was rude and kept yelling at me to relax when she was hurting me and I told her that. I left with an average set of acrylics and $45 poorer. The next time I came in, LuAnn said no to me then passed me off to a man that I had never seen before. He filed my nails so low that they were red and hurting like crazy! He also made my nails thick and ugly looking. When I went to pay they didn't care and still charged me full price then gave me a dirty look for paying with my debit card and not cash. I've learned my lesson and will NOT be back! Ladies and gentlemen, please do not waste your money go somewhere else that won't be rude and damage your nails beyond repair!!!P.s. What a nice young man; very professional. I walked in with a horrible in-grown nail, which was carefully and patiently removed. Now, I feel like dancing! Thank you Kent! Salone is beautiful, clean, large and relaxing. Have been looking for a salon for a while and have finally found it! Once you have your nails done here you will never want to go anywhere else. Truly professional work! Finally, I found a great nail salon in the AV after looking for years. The ladies that work here are just lovely. AND GUESS WHAT you actually pay what you're quoted. I've been going there now for 3 months and i've paid the same amount for the same work each visit. They don't nickle and dime you to tears. The shop is new, beautiful and very clean. Looking at the beautiful shop with a spa atmosphere, I thought the prices would be high. But they are very reasonable and they stick to them. The products they use are very high quality. I say this because I did a lot of heavy cooking and baking over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and did not have 1 nail lift or chip. Unheard of.
