I had an hair appointment at 10am with a hairstylist there. I forgot her name she didn’t tell me she wouldn’t be able to do my hair. So when I arrived ON TIME she tells me I would have to wait only an hour. I wanted for 6 hours. But my daughter was getting her hair done by ANGIE so it wasn’t like I was waiting for nothing. I waited for hours now my stylist finally left at 3pm when my daughter was done. And still couldn’t get my hair done. So I waited all that time for nothing. Also my daughter got her hair done by Angie she was awesome so if you wanna go there request Angie. As a new client you would think that if I made a scheduled appointment it would be secured. Her reasoning behind not “fitting” me in was she is always booked up on Fridays. ALTHOUGH I had an appointment. I was coming in for a crochet hairstyle and left out with nothing done to my head. If you are particular about your hair or other salon need, this is the place for you! I have been a client here for about 4 years and I have never left disappointed. Their prices are competitive, their staff is exceptionally competent. Of course, my regular stylist, Lulu, is the best in my mind but other stylists in the shop that have styled my hair were wonderful as well. The owner is personable, the employees are friendly and accomodating (they really listen to the client). Receptionists are warm and welcoming to regular client and walk in customer, alike.
