I always love going here. I really only had a slightly negative experience once which I can look past. They are always very attentive, make sure my massage chair is always on, and the prices are very fair compared to other salons I've been to. I went to one up I the "bay area" which charged DOUBLE and it was simply awful. No appointment necessary but helpful if you have one. Tina is the best in the shop, she is always nice and makes sure the nails are even in shape and look good before I leave, downside and why I will find a new shop is because there is always a wait even with an appointment and they rush you out before you even have the chance to enjoy your experience to get as many customers as possible even when over booked Read Less

I went in to get my nails done last night and I thought they did a really good job. They were fast and efficient. I'm from the valley, so out there you can find nail salons on every corner. Out here, it's harder to find quality nail salons (for me, at least) and this place was clean, and the service was fast and friendly. Read Less

I came here for almost three months. I got always got a short set of acrylic nails from Tina, and waxing and pedicures from Lam. I have to admit that I am very picky about my nails and feet. If I have to fix the job, I'll just go somewhere else. I was pleased and surprised that the work I received from these women was great, so I always left a tip for both of them. Lam was always really nice and friendly, but Tina was not. She didn't speak unless to ask 'what color', and of course to tell you how much to pay. Anyway, the last time I went, Tina did a rush job on my nails, and she didn't even put on a base coat like she usually does. Lam was supposed to do my pedicure -I specifically asked for her when I made the appointment and when I walked into the shop. So when it was time for my pedi, Tina say's 'oh, she is going to do your nails' and pointed to a teenaged girl. I told Tina that my appointment was with Lam. Tina says in a really nasty tone that Lam is busy. So I responded 'I made an appontment with Lam, and I was on time for my appointment, so why doesn't she have time for me?' It went downhill from there, so I took my feet out of the bath, put on my shoes, paid for my nails and left. I refuse to pay for bad service. My daughter and I had such a great experience!!! Not only did we have our mani & pedi done we got our eyebrows done and they all did great.  Staff was great and I will be a returning customer.  I'll keep adding pictures and reviews. Read Less

This place was interesting. Started off badly, the guy doing my nails cut my finger with the drill.. And then told me not to move, like it was my fault. The nails came out pretty cute, although they were too short and a little crooked, but I didn't expect very much in the first place.. Read Less
