I have been going there over two years. I am normally pleased with the job they do on my toes. No one is perfect! The biggest complaint I have is they don't have enough people working and you have to wait. When you bring someone you can't always have it done together. This is the filthiest nail shop I have ever been in.  The lady cut my foot when she was scraping the calluses on my feet.  They don't have matching polish for gels and the polish they used looked old.  I gave it one star because I think the lady really tried.  I will never step foot in this place again. Called ahead for an appointment. They seemed like they could fit me. They had 4 people getting their nails done when I arrived. Only two people working. Didn't see any name brand polishes on the shelf. I'm a bit apprehensive but we will see! Read Less

The most terrible pedicure. The pedicurist cut my skin and didn't even put any disinfecting cure until I asked her to do so! I came here for a simple manicure. When I walked in they told me 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later they told me 15-20 minutes. 25 minutes later, they told me 10-15 minutes. It's been 20 and I'm still sitting here waiting. I feel like I'm in too far to walk out and leave without my manicure, but this is absolutely ridiculous! So I have searched the Antelope Valley area for a place that does good nauls for a reasonable price. So I went herw and I LOVE IT. I have been returning now for about a year. The nails do not come loose or pop off even after 3 weeks, (granted, I do get the short at first) but I like that I can make them last when I do mot have the $20 for a fill. Very outdated. Not very welcoming. Under new mgmt so they have good prices for now $20 full set $16 pedicure. They are not gentle or accommodating. I didn't like the polish and they wouldn't let me change it without a charge. He used scissors to cut my nails and didn't check to see if they were all the same length, which they are not. Avoid it. Magic nails a hidden gem! When I first walked in I was received with warm smiles and a friendly "hello" which was very pleasant and refreshing because other salons I usually walk in and immediately feel uncomfortable. The salon is very clean, I received a gel manicure and the gentlemen who did it was very gentle and took his time making sure he did it perfectly! I was very pleased with the service. This was the worst nail salon shop that I have ever been to. I was hesitant about going there and I should've listen to my instincts. The old man in there took an hour and half just to do a gel manicure and that wasn't the worst part of it. The pain I felt during the process and the pain I'm feeling 3 days later is unreal. He cut so much of my cuticles and the skin around my nails off that I literally can't even put hot water on my hands. And to make matters even more worse, the younger guy overcharged me by a dollar... Really...?? A dollar is not a big deal but its the principle of the matter. This is the only nail shop that I will go to, Ive tried several salons in the Lancaster/Palmdale area and I have always ended up disappointed! But coming to magic nails and having Jenny do my nails, my brows, and my lashes I just can not go anywhere else! My nails never lift or pop off like these other shops people tend to go to, A full set can last me a month and my nails will never chip, lift, or come off! Let me tell you about my experiance in this place, DON'T GO HERE! I had been goin here for about a month, its convinent because I work in the same shopping center, but I will NOT be returning after my last visit, I went yesterday for a fill, Jenny there did an okay job, The next day I had one chipped corner on a nail (apparantly she filed the acrilyc it down to nothing) and the gel was peeling off EVERY SINGLE ONE of my nails. Needless to say she fixed up everything. Within two HOURS of fixing them, my other thumb nail had a chipped corner and the gel was peeling AGAIN. Very cheap product for a expensive price (35 dollars a fill) and to top it all off VERY VERY rude. I shouldn't have to go to a nail place TWICE in the same day and be not satisfied. Read Less
