Mr. Johnny was the nail tech that did my daughters nails. He did a great job on forming the set of 💅 nails. The price was good, for a full set. He did a good job on the polish, until he got to her last nail, which was her thumb, he made a mistake ! He tryed to fix it. The nail polish got thicker and thicker!!! Well the skin around her thumb it was red. Before we even got home, the nail polish lifted! I had her call him and he told her to come back the next day and he would fix it. He should have fixed it before we even left the shop. He knew what needed to be done. That is why he got 4 🌟 stars. The shop was beautiful and kept very clean. Everybody was nice and helpful. I really loved it here I always get my nails done but I went in twice and carol I believe is her name the only one that wears heels there is very rude. She’s has done my nails and is very rough and has no patience , she is very snappy and has no patience with kids . She kept giving my son attitude and a different time she did my pedicure , I decided to give her a second chance and when she was cutting my cuticles she was overly cutting . I kept telling her she is hurting me and she was very rude about it. I told her twice to not cut anymore . I just went in 3 weeks prior For a pedicure there was really not much to take off she gave me attitude when I told her she is hurting me . My toe got irritated and swollen I got concerned so I went in to get it checked when she came up from hearing I was there she started yelling at me . That’s 3 strikes from her . She said idk what I’m talking about because she’s been doing nails for years but little does she know I am a cosmetologist for 12 years , I took the same mani , pedi, and acrylic test as her to get my license , and I do know that they teach u to not overly cut the cuticle . And instead of just sniping she was grabbing and pulling , something they also teach u to not do! This is my very first review I ever had to do on someone, never again will I go to her and I don’t think I’ll be going back because of her rude behavior I’m uncomfortable to even see her . I went for acrylic and pedi, due to the good reviews I found. But the service was mediocre on my point of view, It did NOT worth the 75USD I had to pay for a poorly pedi and an bad acrylic, I had to go buy the shade because the nail polish was awful and had to file them and paint them properly. If I could leave zero stars I would. My nails came out so uneven! They are literally crooked after she filed them and they look really cheap and are NOT worth the 30$ I spent for them! I WILL NEVER return to this place. I really hope you don't waste your money here like I did. Read Less

The place in general is a nice place to relax but that doesn't mean anything to me if your service is crap.......I went for a eyebrow wax yesterday, and the lady didn't even ASK ME when I got in the room what I needed or wanted..... she just dipped the stick in the wax..... I had to stop her and tell her...."umm I just want a clean up, I like my shape so please leave them even..." I realized she didn't know any English and I believe she just ate because I could smell her whole meal on her hands..... and the wax was HOT super hot.... at the end my brows came up uneven..... the bed was up against the wall so she couldn't even go around me to see the other side of my face.....obviously they don't care who's working there or customer service experience because she and half of that place need to go. Walked in after 5 on a Wednesday and asked if they had time for a fill with two nails fixes. They asked me to wait 10 mins. Less than 5 mins later, Scott called me back to nail area and fixed my broken nails and filled my acrylic. He was efficient, knew  what he was doing and the end product is amazing! Ask for Will. He's new here but used to work at another shop i stopped going to when he left. Otherwise good luck with the accuracy and efficiency of any one else doing your service here. I have had bad experiences with getting my nails done here. But there are limited nail shops that do great work in the Antelope valley. Read Less

Horrible pedicure! They don't even rub your feet. They set the timer for 3 minutes and rub lotion on your legs. No massage whatsoever. She wasn't even going to trim and file my nails. I had to ask. My friend had the same experience. Wasn't worth it. Never going back here. Read Less

If I could give it less stars I would. I went in to get my nails done for a wedding. They did a horrible job. Not only did the person attending me have horrible customer service. I tried making conversation with her and each time she would ignore me. She also told me that my eyebrows looked horrible :/. My nails came out lumpy and to top it off she cut me twice and a few nail's are crooked, if she coud barely handle my nail's I wonder what she would have done to my eyebrows. I'm so displease by this place. I also went back in to see if they could discount from the 40 they charged and all they did was offer to fix them which honestly are beyond fixable. I went here for the first time today, it was a good experience the workers were very friendly.I loved the way my nail came out the only thing was I got a little cut and my right pinky is a bit tender and the sides of my nail didn't get enough coat. I went there today to get a pedicure. Everything was going fine until we got to the callis remover part. The lady doing my feet was scrapping my foot so hard so scraped off a portion of my toe. I'm not talking a little scrap, it's about the size of a dime size. I told her she was hurting my foot and she just kind of chuckled and said it tickles huh? I think if she spoke english better she might of understood that I was in PAIN! Anyways she finished her job, sort of. She left a callis on my toe and a cut on my other toe. Needless to say I was not very happy. When I went to go pay I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager came she argued with me say that I can in with the cut, but she put something on my toe so it doesn't get infected. As son as she put that on my cut, it burned like there was no tomorrow. My cut started bubbling, just like a new cut would. I told her that if this was an old cut it wouldn't bubble like it was. She still argued with me. In the middle of our argument she turned to her employee and told her "the next time some on is cut don't service them" What kind of managment is that?? To make matters worse I still had to pay for this nightmare! The manager was so kind to give me five dollars off. Lucky me. Don't every go here.
