Came in with my friend and her daughter they took me right back and looked right over my friend 3 people came in after us and the gentleman took them and when my friend asked he just put his hand up. The lady that did my nails couldn't do them how I wanted and probably didnt know that you wash hands after the acrylic not after the nail polish because now you have that dust under the polish. And the lady who did my friends daughter's nails wasn't very curtious. I will be sure to take them to my salon in Springfield. Just because the names are the same doesn't mean you get the great customer service. The only reason she got a cheap tip from me is for her to go away. My salon gets between 20 to 30 dollar tip. I went in to shop for fill.The lady kathy did my nails I warned her that my hands are sensitive she still managed to cut 3 of my fingers .She did a very bad job it looks like I already need feels when I told her all she did was repaint them so that the paint went to the edge of my fingers.She told me she was to be back in 2 weeks I told her I was not clear back she did a horrible job .And charge me $30 to boot . Walked in with no appointment on a Sunday afternoon. Salon was completely full, but they took me in anyways. I asked for soak off and manicure. They work as a team helping each other out and they work fast because they have so many customers. I don't know how to properly spell the name of the girl who did my nails but it sounds like NuJet. Young pretty girl, speaks English and is professional and gentle. She did a great job and I only paid $15 for everything. Wow that's what I'm talking about, great service and great prices. Went in for eyebrow and lip waxing. The good thing is that I was in and out quick. The lady didn't even clean up the room I put new paper on the table, after she didn't even clean the wax off she just left the room. Defiantly won't be coming back. Read Less

The owner Mr. John is the nicest person! Super talented and he always takes his time to make sure it looks perfect. Also, he is SUPER patient and I love this because I always have a hard time choosing a color and he helps me out every time. Ten out of ten would recommend Mr. John. Read Less

The good thing is there's more than 5 nail techs which isn't common in the area. The service is C+ ; the pricing is ridiculous. The fact that the staff gouge the public with the stupid pricing and the service is barely mediocre I don't tip anymore. Read Less

I should have known better  ... Made an appointment with Lyhn ....when I showed up for said appointment, she said I wasn't on her list ,I asked The owner why she over booked or why she didn't even add my name ? she started telling me to have another do the work but so many there do poor work ....asked her again for an answer she yelled in her language turn her head and looked out front door...she refused to communicate at any level even a simple apology would have been civil, guess I just didn't matter , not going back. Listen, the lady cut me and overcharged me with everything, I just wanted a fill but she said it I have to remove the old ones and replace it. Then she cut my finger with her power tool she was using and I can see it that she was panicking, to top it off she messed up my nails bad i asked her to shape it nicely and  all of my nails are very uneven. She did it in such a rush too and she wanted to get rid of me fast and that is not really good!  I went there because o wanted my nails to look nice and clean but it she just made it look uneven and rushed Ian very disappointed!  I was just there like 10minutes ago! I went here for my first time getting acrylic nails and I have to say I am pretty satiatfied the lady doing them was very sweet And they r very cheap which was a bonus so I will say I will visit them again but I will say the only downside it is hard to understand them cause they barely speak English but I am quite happy with the outcome Read Less

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here! I brought my girlfriend here to do her nails I thought It was a good place since Its always VERY crowded but I should have read the reviews before going.. Everything that happened to all the ladies that gave 1/2 stars happened to her! She was in and out in about 15 mins they rushed her out she had to ask about 3/4 times to be more gentle because they were hurting her! They had NO selection of nail polishes at all! It was ghetto and dirty! I could go on and on but I would just be repeating everyone else. Ugh if someone could please suggest some where nice?
