It feels like they are always in a rush at Expo, that being said I loved how my nails turned out. The only bummer part was after 5 days almost all my nails were already LIFTING! If I could I wouldn't give them no stars don't go here don't waist your money there rude and they do what they want they don't even ask you.. they had just finished painting my daughters nails when the lady comes and turned off the fan and I told her can she dry her nails she said I'm done I said ok but she needs to dry her nails and she just walked away so rude and disrespectful and to top it off they are the worst nails I have ever had done there like in a rush n don't even do them right.. first and last time there Read Less

I can't speak for how well they do nails because i didn't stay long enough to find out. When i walked in they barely acknowledged and when they finally did, I attempted to ask if they did the metallic mirror nails and before I could finish my question the lady rudely told me to go pick a color from the wall. I looked up a picture of the design I wanted and went to the lady again and asked again and she didn't even look at my picture she just shook her head no. As I was walking out I said out loud," I guess people are rude here." And I happened to get a few other customers agree with me..terrible service and attitude. Read Less

I only give this place one star and is just to write a review first off terrible terrible service I had a lady snatch my hands around didn't like that and my gel nails we're not cool I give this a zero!! I am so disappointed, I've been going to this nail shop for almost a year. I have never experienced anything like this I went to get a pedicure and my water was getting cold so I asked them to add some hot water I guess they got mad cuz i stop them from shopping for they knock off purse and add super hot water burning my feet. One day I went to Rite-Aid to grab some stuff and saw Expo Nails and decided to give it another try. (I went there once before but didn't like the previous owner because of her attitude and the services). I was glad to find out that the new owner was very polite and actually cared about his customers. They have remodeled the place recently and it looks nice, bright and clean. I got my feet, my eyebrows done and a pink-and-white fullset. My pedicure was awesome. The owner himself asked me if the water was good enough to my liking and even checked on the water in my spa himself to make sure it was good. A girl named Lynn did my pedicure and she did a very good and thorough job. And when it was all done, she hooked me up with a beautiful design that she came up with on my 2 big toes. I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows and my new fullset. Overall, I like the friendly environment and the people who work there. Their services are excellent and best of all it's very close to my house. I highly recommend this place. Give it a shot and you'll know what I mean. Read Less
