I have been here a few times and after tonight .. NEVER AGAIN!!! I arrived about 6:15 today and needed a pedicure and full set, I got my pedicure fast with little waiting and was done in an efficient amount of time.. I went into another chair to get my full set and after getting the nails on and cut the lady's customer that had a prior appointment walked in and she told him and explained to him that it was too late.. two minutes later she completely walks away from me for that customer and left me waiting for someone to finish my nails.. she pointed to the man in back of me stating that he was going to finish my nails after he was done with someone else's. So I politely waited.. 20 minutes later my son who is 2 years old by the way who was patiently waiting was getting very impatient.. the guy that was supposedly going to finish my nails then took another customer and by that time I was completely fed up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I told the guy I could not wait anymore and so he told the girl that completely cut in front of me to wait while he finishes my nails. I wanted the Ombré pink and white nails he then tells me they're $50 and by the way they have no signs that says how much is everything. So I completely felt like the guy just pulled that number out of his A**.. I told him never mind just give me the French tip and walked away, taking his time to come back to me. By this time I had almost been there 2 hours and I told them forget it I don't want anything, they took off the nails that the lady first put on, completely F***ked up my natural nails and expected me to pay for my pedicure? I SAID NO I'm not gonna pay you guys for completely wasting my time and messing up my nails. I was told that I'm a terrible person they took a picture of me holding my son and threatened that they would call security so I patiently waited for security to come that way I could tell them what happened. I was clearly in the right. Security never came and they told me never to go there again and I would rather drive farrrrrrr as hell then to go there again. If your "brand new" they'll take their "regulars" before you. NEVER AGAIN!!!*** UPDATE 12/11/2017**Received a compliment from Jane L. she said "U r Lie!! U bad person!! I have found my new shop. Tracy did a beautiful job. I will definitely be returning. Went in for a full set because I took my old one's off from a previous shop in Palmdale. I decided to try Diamond nails and I do not regret it at all.  I absolutely love my nails. Read Less

This place was clean but its expensive and the quality is terrible! my acrylics are already chipping and the nail polish chips badly. Spending almost $100 i would of expected  better quality. I know i will never go back. I gave 2 stars because it was clean but thats all it deeserves ..wouldnt reccomend to anyone Read Less

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! Waste of money and time. First of all Ana was doing my nails and asked some another lady to fix my pinky nail with acrylic. My pinky nail is the shortest nail of all my nails they charged me 5$ fix. Anyways this rude ass man with glasses ended up fixing my nail and told Ana to start with another client and finish me when she is done with that new client. UHHH NOOOOOOO!!!!! So then after he fixes my nail he tells Ana that he will finish me because I don't have time to wait. First of all he should not have told her to take a new client. That's fucking bullshit!! Then the fucking idiot I'm telling him that my nails are mis-shaped! It's obvious that they are crooked and he is urging with me that they are not. Then tells me to calm down. WTF!!! I walked in to get a manicure and pedicure. I was told to sit down and they started soaking my feet. About 45 minutes later.............. is when they finally got to start working on me! There was only two nail technicians that were there and only two other people that were just finishing up. There was a guy, who started working on my nails, and I told him I just wanted a basic manicure because I bite my nails. He then gave me this really weird, long, awkward 30 second stare, as if he was asking himself, "Why am I giving you a manicure then?" He just made me feel really uncomfortable. I don't get manicures for my nails to look good. I'm not a girl who gets full sets, gels, acrylics, etc. I get manicures for cleanliness since I like my nail cuticles cut. He then started telling me that I have "anxiety" and that I should "drink a lot of tea" to relieve that. I am a social worker and actually work with mental health professionals, so I know exactly what self-mutilation as well as what anxiety, nervous ticks/ habits and depression looks like. I simply had to ignore him after a while and told him that it wasn't his place to tell me that. Even when I told him not to talk to me about that, towards the end of my manicure, he brought up me drinking tea again and me being anxious!!!!! Omg, stop! You're not a therapist.The lady that was doing my pedicure, had her young daughter dropped off, and she constantly had to redirect her little girl to play with her toys and other books right next to me. When I go get my nails done, I want to go there to relax and not be distracted by a little kid constantly wanting their mom's attention after they get back from school or day care. Also, during my manicure and pedicure, 3 ladies walked in all wanting full sets right before they closed. I felt as if my nail technicians kinda rushed with me just to get to those other ladies. Then, a snobby teenager walked in complaining that she got her nails done yesterday and that she was overcharged for her services. She also complained that one of her nails had broke. They had to stop what they were doing with me to take care of her right away.As I was sitting there, I also noticed a bunch of fruit flies and one big horse fly. One of the little fruit flies even flew in my eye! I was pretty horrified, but just wanted to get my service done and leave.The whole environment was very unprofessional. I will not come back here!!! I went in and there was no one in the shop. I've been going to this place for months. I go in and ask for my usual gel. Mind you that last time u went my nail had lifted and he assured me that the mildew would go away. I still went back. I ask for a certain design and color, and he said too fancy. You want movie star. I'm paying for it, you damn right I do! Then u asked for two different colors and he said no. Then another lady came in and asked for a very complex design and he said of course, sure. So he was rushing and cutting my nails. Just awful!!! Very disappointed and upset at the lack of making a customer happy. And my nails have brown under them!!! There is no way in hell I will ever come here again. I'm from out of town and wanted to get a pedicure. I walked in and stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone said something to me. The guys finally asked what I wanted and I said a pedicure. I asked how long the wait time was and he ignored me. I asked again and another lady looked at me and said an hour. I was so pissed bcuz I had already been waiting there for about 10-15 minutes. The staff is unprofessional and I can't stand nail shops where they don't even acknowledge when you walk through the door. I'll save my $ and go somewhere else. If the service is horrible the first time, I swear I'll NEVER go there again and I'll tell others not to go there either. This place deserves ZERO stars!! Read Less

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten! Tracy gave me a pedi and I basically paid $30 to have my feet soaked and toe nails painted which she did in less than 5 min! I also got a full set which she did a decent job in but didn't tell me she was going to charge me extra because they were "long" according to her, which they weren't! Biggest rip off ever! I went with my mom to get our nails done. The service went well with minimal complaints. However, the problem was payment. We paid for both of our services which came up to $108. The woman working the cashier incorrectly rung up the charge as $103 and reswiped the card for supposedly the correct amount. We thought all was well until we realized that the initial charge was not cancelled and went through, and the second charge somehow came up to $114. So we were charged a total of $217! Everything would have been fine if it hadn't been for the poor customer service we received when we were trying to correct the issue. The same woman who charged us refused to undo the charge when we confronted her about it. We had to contact the bank to resolve the issue. The only redeemable aspect of the situation is when we had the help of Stephanie, who also works there. She was very helpful and was very understanding of the situation. This spot just opened up about a month ago. I drove by and saw the grand opening sign. Scott did an amazing job on my full set of pink and white. He asked questions, made sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and I was left without any flaws in my set. I was amazed. The price is about the same as a few of the other fancier nail spas, but the interior of this place is killer, with the damask wall paper and modern chic decor. I'll be back! Read Less

This place is really reasonable , I actually went to happy nails and got a gel manicure but they charged me $30 ... And I didn't really like it that much . But over here at diamond nails they did a full set with a gel polish .... And spent $37 .... WAY WORTH IT . This place is going up on my list for one of my go to . Best nail salon I've been to in a while. Stopped by while I was in the area. Obviously so much cheaper than any places in Lancaster along with quality. Tracy , Steven, Linda , Ryan took they time with my nails and successfully did everything I wanted, if you love nail design they are excellent. I honestly had a wonderful experience here so present and kind and so peaceful and relaxing. Nice selection of colors which are well-organized (primarily OPI), and the lotion is heated before application/massage for deluxe pedicure. Favorite nail salon.I have been to a few different places in Lancaster and found my favorite here with Christian. She is really good at duplicating nail are I find in Pinterest (so far a glitter French and then a leopard print which I posted a picture of).These are my 3 favorite things about this place:1) honest and up front about prices (they will warn me "you chose a $__ polish" or "that is an extra $5" and am I okay with that). They also don't push me into upgrades or mention them.2) Christian really trims my toe and finger nail ingrowns as well as cleans my cuticles. I know, ew ew ew but it is true! She gets the gunk out. This has also prevented my nails from chipping. My pedi from 4 weeks ago is good but my pedi from a place on L and 30th with good reviews chipped after 3 days.3) she is honest about what your nails can handle. She recommended I not get another gel mani for a few months because my nails cannot handle it and explained it is different for each person. Some people won't tell you that so they can get your money.Overall, I highly recommend Christian. My nails are happy and pretty just like the Pinterest photo I brought in. She is passionate about her work and her and the other gentleman that work here both really put their time and energy into their work.Go to Chris the next time you want gels or a good pedicure (that is what I have gotten and can say I love). As soon as I walked in this rude Asian man kept asking me what I needed...after I had told him specifically what I wanted...not only that,..very dry personality which made my visit boring. To top it off,halfway painting my nails, he decides to pass his job onto the next co worker and walks out the store. That was not professional and he did not do a good job on filing down my nails. He's lucky that he is best friends with the owner and "gets away with murder" but I am not returning back to this store. Taking my business elsewhere!
