I came in to get my pedicure and manicure the husband Jimmy did my pedicure. Wendy was supposed to do my nails she was on the phone talking then she started shopping in Walmart When she came back from shopping she started on another Client her husband had to do my nails he did terrible job I had gel polish all on the sides and I wanted design on two fingers could not due that his wife seen him struggling at least she could have help since she started on another person nails instead of mine I had to wait hours for him to fix my nails because another person came in and wanted their nails done

This place used to do a really good job. I went today and the nails i got were terrible. I asked for a full set, dark pink back fill sparkle white tips. I got white tips and a light pink back fill. I wouldnt have cared that the cors were wrong had the quality of work been done well. They are uneven, different sizes, the corners are cut oddly and there is acrylic stuck to my fingers as well as under the nail it not cut right and the tops are uneven. Very disappointed. Wi not be going back. Too bad i had a dental appt. At 3pm or I would have had them redo them. Waste of 50.00!!!!

The Wendy lady has the absolute worst attitude when it comes to feedback ON THE NAILS YOU ARE PAYING FOR BTW.. Ive come to realize that you have to walk these people step by step, then they dont like ...
The Wendy lady has the absolute worst attitude when it comes to feedback ON THE NAILS YOU ARE PAYING FOR BTW.. Ive come to realize that you have to walk these people step by step, then they dont like it. You have long natural nails hey theyll just glue the acrylic right on top.. you have cuticles you have to ask every step of the way.. never again at this point its sad to say but I have tried all the nails salons in Lancaster,CA they just cut it For Me. Yes Id much rather take my usual drive n go to Glendale,Ca Tracys nail😉

Horrible service. My nails came out horrible and asked them to fix my nails. They claimed it looked fine but to my expectations my toe nails had polish all over them. Then the lady had the audacity to paint over the messed up nails after I asked them to remove the polish and redo them she then had an attitude towards me which led into a huge argument. Please don't come here waist of money and asking someone to do my gel nails for a manicure came out horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their service was horrible, they were so rude and did such a poor job on my nails. They didn't have the first clue on what a good manicure was. I'm embarassed to call this a manicure. Nail polish is all over my skin instead of my nails. All the edges on my nails are very messy. I regret spending $35 on a full set. I left there very unhappy and will never be returning there. Do not come to this place!!

Horrid. I get gel on my nails due to the fact that I work with kids, so I deal with all kinds of paint & markers. Never ever have I had a problem with the gel. My gel on my nail started to peel off my nail. What the heck did I pay extra for if it was just going to peel off. I'm seriously pissed.

This place used to do a really good job. I went today and the nails i got were terrible. I asked for a full set, dark pink back fill sparkle white tips. I got white tips and a light pink back fill. I wouldnt have cared that the cors were wrong had the quality of work been done well. Horrible service. My nails came out horrible and asked them to fix my nails. They claimed it looked fine but to my expectations my toe nails had polish all over them. Then the lady had the audacity to paint over the messed up nails after I asked them to remove the polish and redo them she then had an attitude towards me which led into a huge argument. Please don't come here waist of money and asking someone to do my gel nails for a manicure came out horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their service was horrible, they were so rude and did such a poor job on my nails. They didn't have the first clue on what a good manicure was. I'm embarassed to call this a manicure. Nail polish is all over my skin instead of my nails. All the edges on my nails are very messy. I regret spending $35 on a full set. I left there very unhappy and will never be returning there. Do not come to this place!!
