This is the best nail salon I’ve been to in the AV. The prices are fair the people are nice and the work is good.
Update: went to get my nails done today at the quartz hill location on 50th and they where busy so they sent me to their second location. It’s called bliss nails two across the street from quartz hill high school. (Both places are owned by the same people) And the serves here wasn’t as good. I walked in first and they started help 3 other people before me.
And the girl who did my nails had a bit of an attitude. I asked her to please file my nails so they’d look straight. So when she didn’t do that I asked her to fix it and she started muttering under her breath. So for this I’m bringing down my review of 4 /5 to 3.

EXTREMELY DIRTY. I’m surprised no one else has noticed the lack of cleanliness in this salon, however this was my second time there and I paid attention this time. The first time I went I was on my phone in my own little world and never looked at what they were actually doing.
I am disappointed in myself for even allowing the Mani/pedi to continue. I should have walked out. I watched them “clean” the pedicure basins between customers. They sprayed a solution twice in each bowl and scrubbed for about 10 seconds, then rinsed the bowl out- that was it. They never ran water or disinfectant through the jets.
California law states that in between each client: “The water in the basin shall be circulated with the correct amount (read manufacturer label for mixing instructions) of the EPA-registered hospital-liquid disinfectant that is labeled as a bactericide, fungicide and virucide, through the basin for at least 10 minutes.” That never happened. I watched them “clean” the bowls about 5 times.
Also- they reuse the pumice stones on clients. I watched my nail tech rinse the pumice stone (more like a sponge) and put it back to reuse. I then watched the other techs do the same. California law states: “All tools and supplies which come into direct contact with a client and cannot be disinfected (including, but not limited to buffers, pumice stones, wax sticks, toe separators, gloves, cotton pads, sponges, emery boards, and neck strips) shall be disposed of in a waste container immediately after use on a single client.”
The nail techs do not use gloves all the time- I noticed some do and some don’t.
I am blown away and disgusted. I understand that it gets expensive to have new and clean products to use on clients. However our health and safety should not be compromised because of this salon’s lack of cleanliness. It’s only a matter of time before infection and bacteria causes serious problems for one of their clients.

I saw many good reviews so I came back today however Kim did my nails so sloppy I told her to fix them because my nails had so many bubbles the length was so uneven and she cut my fingers but she didn’t fix them and ignored my request it’s so disappointing when you work hard want some pretty nails pay 50$ and get crappy work done ! I got a tip if you do not want to work please don’t do peoples nails we work hard for money!!! I’m definitely not coming back here and lost me as a costumer

I'm posting a long review because I spent hours looking up a good salon and I know others are doing the same so I want to help out.
Tina was gentle and kind. Advertised price for a pedicure is $20 but that's a basic pedicure. Once you're sitting they hand you a menu with different options ranging from $30-50. I chose to do the upgrades and selected the $30 one with paraffin wax and callus removal. Plus, they set a timer for 6 minutes of massage and bring out hot stones, though they only briefly run it under your feet.
My friend and I had appointments at 6 and we waited a few minutes since they only have 5 chairs and they were busy. We chose our colors and were then seated. The massage chairs were standard but feel like they're getting a little old. I was in chair #1 and the neck and shoulder massage felt weak, but the waist and lower back one was super strong.
The massage was more of a leg rub and unfortunately one of the colors I chose was running low so Tina added some acetone to thin it out and make it last enough for the 2 nails she was using it on. It looks okay from a distance but upon closer inspection you can tell it's thinner because my nail texture shows through. I didn't say anything because it did come out looking fine and it's a pedicure so they are not as delicate as a manicure. The second color she used on the rest of my nails came out with good texture, though there were some spots that could have been cleaned up better or left a little more even. Again, nothing serious though. The callus removal was okay, but could have also used a bit more force like the massage.
Overall, if you are someone who is extremely picky I would probably go somewhere else, but if you're like me and you get 1 pedicure a year, this place isn't bad. I'm going to keep looking for another salon, but this one is somewhere I would consider returning.

Always a pleasant experience. I have done my nails here several times and they always come out exactly as I want! The people are friendly and no matter the technician I got -the quality of work was always amazing. Prices are reasonable. I've even had my French tip nails chip before and they fixed it free of charge! This is my nail place of choice

Great nail salon! I have been loyally going here since I found them. I strayed once when they couldn't take me during a very busy Saturday morning (I had a very important date with the husband) but other than that, I've been a frequent patron.They are very busy. If you don't make an appointment, good luck. Especially on the weekends, they are full 10 minutes after they open so plan ahead.The nail technicians are very nice. I don't have a favorite yet so I just take whoever's free. I guess that shows that they're pretty consistent when it comes to their standard of work.The salon is very clean and their tools do not look old or dingy. Their foot spas look very clean as well, though I'm not sure if they disinfect them at the end of the day (I hope so)! I mean, there's no reason for me to question it but it's just something that I'm more aware of thanks to the germaphobe hubby :).Color selection is ok. The place is nicely decorated. I just wish they served wine (I wish all nail salons served wine). Hehe.Oh it's my 100th review, cheers!

They want to charge more for everything. The floor was dirty. My nails look like a kid did them. They didn't even paint the full nail. after coming here at least 5 times, i will not be backare the prices good? yesthe service tho is kinda crappyeverything seems to be clean, and well cared for but they ridiculously overbook themselves. i called and made an appointment, not even for a set time, i was willing to take whenever convenient. however upon arrival at my scheduled appointment, they were running at least 20 mins behind, which is ok, it happens. but after already waiting 20 mins, after my pedicure they just had me sit there while she helped someone else, after waiting another 30 mins, i finally got up, paid and left. i had been there for almost 2 hours, with an appointment and still was no where near done. i don't think it's fair to have an appointment and just be left while they help other people that come in.this was not the first time they had done this to me, so needless to say i don't have that much time to waste and will not return

After reading mix reviews, I gave this place a shot anyway. I got there like 20 min after they opened, and they were packed! I waited about 30 min, and I got full set and pedi. 2 people worked on me at the same time. Overall, the place is clean, people were nice and friendly, and the work was good. The guy who did my pedi, I swear, if I didn't see it myself, I wouldn't know he did anything, that's how soft his touch was! It was incredible. My callus was taken care of, cuticles clean, everything was great! I guess I was used to rough treatment from other spas. For gel full set and pedi, it was about $75 before tips, so it wasn't cheap, but the job was well done.

After searching through numerous nail salons on Yelp in the Antelope Valley, I decided to give Bliss a try based on their reviews. I am so glad that I did! I made my appointment a few days in advance and was looking forward to my visit. I was a few minutes late for my appointment (sorry!), and was greeted immediately as I walked in. As other reviewers have mentioned, the salon is small, but it really adds to its charm. Nicely laid out, decorated, and clean. I was told to have a seat at the nail bar and chose my gel color. They have a great variety of colors to chose from. I ended up going with the color "sweet purple" (at least I think that was its name). Ken showed up after a short wait to do my manicure. He was very professional and precise. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and it shows. I was so relaxed while he was working his magic, I almost fell asleep ! At some salons the techs like to chit chat loudly with other employees, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I prefer to enjoy the process and relax. Ken is polite and focused on his work so it was nice to just be able to relax without any interruptions. Overall it was a great first impression. I ended up buying a gift certificate as a birthday present for my aunt so she can enjoy this hidden gem in Quartz Hill. I'll definitely be booking my next appointment here!

This was my second time coming back to Bliss. The shop is clean, relaxing and the staff is kind and attentive. I had a pedicure with my 9 year old the first time and took my hubby back for a manicure & pedicure. We all enjoyed ourselves and liked the results of our treatments. I would definitely recommend Bliss to anyone looking for mani/pedi services.

They are super friendly and accommodating. Twice I've been here with my son, once when he was about 10 months old and again when it was 16 months. Both times they worked around the fact that I had a baby and needed to tend to him as well as pamper myself. My husband and I both did spa manicures and pedicures and they made us feel like we were their only clients despite being packed. Love all the attention that they give and they do amazing work. They also do waxing. In all respects they do a great job. They are my go to.

First and last time I'll set foot in this place. This was my first time and I'm NOT impressed. To be fair the young guy that did my pedicure was professional and somewhat nice. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The gal that did my gel manicure looked like she was being tortured into doing her job. I was shamed for smudging my gel nails in their shitty freaking machine. First of all maybe you should turn the light on so I could see where the hell I'm sticking my hands into. The machine seemed to be malfunctioning because it would turn off within seconds of me putting my hand in it. Once she noticed that I smudged my nails she had the nerve to "tisk tisk" me about it three times during different occasions. For the price I paid $90 including $10 tip per operator you should not make me feel like shit bc your equipment fucking sucks!! This place is overpriced and overrated for the quality of the service. They lack professionalism. I should have known it was going to take a turn for the worst as soon as I asked if I could use my set of tools to which they said they weren't sharp enough so I had to buy cuticle nippers for $10. Then they look at each other and immediately start talking shit in Tagalog. Well, excuse me if I don't want your passed around tools you've been using to work on other people prior to my service without disinfecting them. I won't be returning because for a first experience you should have made me want to come back instead of never to return. It's quite comical bc they charge LA prices for mediocre service.

I am so happy I found THIS salon. They did an excellent job on my hands and feet and gave unbelievable massages with the manicure and pedicure. My nails look great my feet feel soft and great! I'm one happy camper!

Such a great place, I did not have an appointment and I came to get a full set on a Sunday which I knew was going to be busy. I really enjoyed the idea of a nail bar. The place was small but the bar really helped with space and seating more people. Only thing I would recommend was comfortable seating and a place to hang your purse on the bar. I will be coming back here. My full set almond cut nails were 30$ not that bad. On the phone they said 25$ and up. But it may be cheaper without the style of the nails.

I came on a Friday afternoon for a regular mani pedi, and the place was pretty busy. It is also quite small, including the parking lot. The bar area for nails looked decent, but the massage chairs were pretty old. They didn't function well. I was willing to look past all this; however:1) once I refused any upsells, the ladies literally stopped talking to me. They were all nice when they thought I'd be spending more money. 2) the "massages" were just running hands up and down my legs and arms (which was more creepy than therapeutic) and THEY WERE TIMED. I can't relax when I know an alarm is going to buzz in two minutes. These places are a dime a dozen. I'll go elsewhere.

Amazing experience! I walked in expecting just a regular mani pedi and got the best service ever. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful, the decor is well put together, and the facility is clean. I chose the deluxe mani pedi combo, which came out to $50. It included 3 services and a massage (each service was performed on both my hands/arms and feet/legs).Overall I am more than pleased. My nails look great and I feel so relaxed. They were very attentive to me and what I wanted for my nails and how I wanted them to look. 10/10! Will definitely return.

I can say this is one of my favorite place to get my nails done it's peaceful relaxing and they treat you with respect. Not racist!! Everyone can feel welcome!! Natalie is my favorite nail person!! Her husband is a very pleasant person and he does good nail as well.. there's this other young lady i can't remember her name but she hook up my friend and did and awesome job as well. Lisa is awesome on feet!! I can go on in details about this but i just want to say that I've tried other places but this still my top place and I'll always bring my family's here as they as well like the environment and the work.

Bliss Nail & Spa, is very modern, and is very pretty and relaxing. The spa chairs are all modern and work very well. Bliss also has a nail bar inside. The people that work here are all very helpful and also do great work. The employee's at Bliss make sure that you are happy and had good service. They also do a great job, if you have ingrown toenails too. They have different types of nails and styles, they also have alot of different types of pedicures. The staff is great. I love this place.

Great nail salon! I have been loyally going here since I found them. I strayed once when they couldn't take me during a very busy Saturday morning (I had a very important date with the husband) but other than that, I've been a frequent patron.They are very busy. If you don't make an appointment, good luck. Especially on the weekends, they are full 10 minutes after they open so plan ahead.The nail technicians are very nice. I don't have a favorite yet so I just take whoever's free. I guess that shows that they're pretty consistent when it comes to their standard of work.The salon is very clean and their tools do not look old or dingy. Their foot spas look very clean as well, though I'm not sure if they disinfect them at the end of the day (I hope so)! I mean, there's no reason for me to question it but it's just something that I'm more aware of thanks to the germaphobe hubby :).Color selection is ok. The place is nicely decorated. I just wish they served wine (I wish all nail salons served wine). Hehe.Oh it's my 100th review, cheers!

They want to charge more for everything. The floor was dirty. My nails look like a kid did them. They didn't even paint the full nail. The woman next to me was coming back because her polish was shit.

after coming here at least 5 times, i will not be backare the prices good? yesthe service tho is kinda crappyeverything seems to be clean, and well cared for but they ridiculously overbook themselves. i called and made an appointment, not even for a set time, i was willing to take whenever convenient. however upon arrival at my scheduled appointment, they were running at least 20 mins behind, which is ok, it happens. but after already waiting 20 mins, after my pedicure they just had me sit there while she helped someone else, after waiting another 30 mins, i finally got up, paid and left. i had been there for almost 2 hours, with an appointment and still was no where near done. i don't think it's fair to have an appointment and just be left while they help other people that come in.this was not the first time they had done this to me, so needless to say i don't have that much time to waste and will not return

After reading mix reviews, I gave this place a shot anyway. I got there like 20 min after they opened, and they were packed! I waited about 30 min, and I got full set and pedi. 2 people worked on me at the same time. Overall, the place is clean, people were nice and friendly, and the work was good. The guy who did my pedi, I swear, if I didn't see it myself, I wouldn't know he did anything, that's how soft his touch was! It was incredible. My callus was taken care of, cuticles clean, everything was great! I guess I was used to rough treatment from other spas. For gel full set and pedi, it was about $75 before tips, so it wasn't cheap, but the job was well done.

After searching through numerous nail salons on Yelp in the Antelope Valley, I decided to give Bliss a try based on their reviews. I am so glad that I did! I made my appointment a few days in advance and was looking forward to my visit. I was a few minutes late for my appointment (sorry!), and was greeted immediately as I walked in. As other reviewers have mentioned, the salon is small, but it really adds to its charm. Nicely laid out, decorated, and clean. I was told to have a seat at the nail bar and chose my gel color. They have a great variety of colors to chose from. I ended up going with the color "sweet purple" (at least I think that was its name). Ken showed up after a short wait to do my manicure. He was very professional and precise. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and it shows. I was so relaxed while he was working his magic, I almost fell asleep ! At some salons the techs like to chit chat loudly with other employees, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I prefer to enjoy the process and relax. Ken is polite and focused on his work so it was nice to just be able to relax without any interruptions. Overall it was a great first impression. I ended up buying a gift certificate as a birthday present for my aunt so she can enjoy this hidden gem in Quartz Hill. I'll definitely be booking my next appointment here!

This was my second time coming back to Bliss. The shop is clean, relaxing and the staff is kind and attentive. I had a pedicure with my 9 year old the first time and took my hubby back for a manicure & pedicure. We all enjoyed ourselves and liked the results of our treatments. I would definitely recommend Bliss to anyone looking for mani/pedi services.

They are super friendly and accommodating. Twice I've been here with my son, once when he was about 10 months old and again when it was 16 months. Both times they worked around the fact that I had a baby and needed to tend to him as well as pamper myself. My husband and I both did spa manicures and pedicures and they made us feel like we were their only clients despite being packed. Love all the attention that they give and they do amazing work. They also do waxing. In all respects they do a great job. They are my go to.

First and last time I'll set foot in this place. This was my first time and I'm NOT impressed. To be fair the young guy that did my pedicure was professional and somewhat nice. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. The gal that did my gel manicure looked like she was being tortured into doing her job. I was shamed for smudging my gel nails in their shitty freaking machine. First of all maybe you should turn the light on so I could see where the hell I'm sticking my hands into. The machine seemed to be malfunctioning because it would turn off within seconds of me putting my hand in it. Once she noticed that I smudged my nails she had the nerve to "tisk tisk" me about it three times during different occasions. For the price I paid $90 including $10 tip per operator you should not make me feel like shit bc your equipment fucking sucks!! This place is overpriced and overrated for the quality of the service. They lack professionalism. I should have known it was going to take a turn for the worst as soon as I asked if I could use my set of tools to which they said they weren't sharp enough so I had to buy cuticle nippers for $10. Then they look at each other and immediately start talking shit in Tagalog. Well, excuse me if I don't want your passed around tools you've been using to work on other people prior to my service without disinfecting them. I won't be returning because for a first experience you should have made me want to come back instead of never to return. It's quite comical bc they charge LA prices for mediocre service.

Wow! What a HAPPY happenstance! I only found this place when my previous manicurist blew me off for 45 minutes from my scheduled appointment. I decided to leave and find someplace else. I am so happy I found THIS salon. They did an excellent job on my hands and feet and gave unbelievable massages with the manicure and pedicure. My nails look great my feet feel soft and great! I'm one happy camper!

Such a great place, I did not have an appointment and I came to get a full set on a Sunday which I knew was going to be busy. I really enjoyed the idea of a nail bar. The place was small but the bar really helped with space and seating more people. Only thing I would recommend was comfortable seating and a place to hang your purse on the bar. I will be coming back here. My full set almond cut nails were 30$ not that bad. On the phone they said 25$ and up. But it may be cheaper without the style of the nails.

I came on a Friday afternoon for a regular mani pedi, and the place was pretty busy. It is also quite small, including the parking lot. The bar area for nails looked decent, but the massage chairs were pretty old. They didn't function well. I was willing to look past all this; however:1) once I refused any upsells, the ladies literally stopped talking to me. They were all nice when they thought I'd be spending more money. 2) the "massages" were just running hands up and down my legs and arms (which was more creepy than therapeutic) and THEY WERE TIMED. I can't relax when I know an alarm is going to buzz in two minutes. These places are a dime a dozen. I'll go elsewhere.

Amazing experience! I walked in expecting just a regular mani pedi and got the best service ever. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful, the decor is well put together, and the facility is clean. I chose the deluxe mani pedi combo, which came out to $50. It included 3 services and a massage (each service was performed on both my hands/arms and feet/legs).Overall I am more than pleased. My nails look great and I feel so relaxed. They were very attentive to me and what I wanted for my nails and how I wanted them to look. 10/10! Will definitely return.

I can say this is one of my favorite place to get my nails done it's peaceful relaxing and they treat you with respect. Not racist!! Everyone can feel welcome!! Natalie is my favorite nail person!! Her husband is a very pleasant person and he does good nail as well.. there's this other young lady i can't remember her name but she hook up my friend and did and awesome job as well. Lisa is awesome on feet!! I can go on in details about this but i just want to say that I've tried other places but this still my top place and I'll always bring my family's here as they as well like the environment and the work.

Bliss Nail & Spa, is very modern, and is very pretty and relaxing. The spa chairs are all modern and work very well. Bliss also has a nail bar inside. The people that work here are all very helpful and also do great work. The employee's at Bliss make sure that you are happy and had good service. They also do a great job, if you have ingrown toenails too. They have different types of nails and styles, they also have alot of different types of pedicures. The staff is great. I love this place.
