I do not go here. The nail tech that did my nails promise to redo the design the following day and when I went, after waiting an hour she said she wouldn't do it anymore. She then agreed to take the design off and put the wrong polish color. I payed 60 dollars for my nails and they also broke in two days and continued to break over the next few days. They refused to fix them, and spoke the manger Holly and was very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here. Read Less

Terrible nails. The shape is uneven. Some are rounded, some are squared. I have sharp edges and they are all different lengths. The lady rushed through my nails and it looks like it. I made an appointment for pedicures ahead of time for me and my daughter and still had to wait about 20 minutes. I did not like that she did my pedicure and then my daughter's instead of 2 people doing one each. So that made us there twice as long. When she started mine she used toe nail clippers and nail file that was previously used. The nail file was all white with other people's nail filings on it. I asked if it was used and she said I will get a different one. She pulled out a mini one probably that they set aside for people who complain idk. I was disgusted. I wish I knew her name but I don't. She cut my big toe in the corner too short so I'm hoping I don't get an ingrown toe nail. She charged me full price for my daughter even though when I called to schedule appointment I asked about kid prices. The lady that did our nails was rude and untalkative.. Omg!! If I could give them less than the one I would! tonight I went to get a pedicure and instead of a pedicure I got a massacre. The lady chopped a big chunk out of my heel on both of my feet and then expected me to pay for my pedicure.I did however pay half price for my pedicure because I didn’t want to end up on Av‘s most wanted, but I felt like I shouldn’t have to pay anything! They do a good job. Would recommend them. My gel manicure lasts about three weeks which is great. No bells and whistles here though. The staff is nice. But the place is somewhat run down and not in a great area but they do a good job at a good price. Read Less

I got a pedi and full set- this lady charged me $40 for pink and white! Then the pedi she did she used the “callus remover” for. That I even paid extra for......Nope! My feet are all cracked and dry they look like they haven’t even been worked ok!!! It’s crap! Don’t waste your money!!!! Read Less

Been going to this nail salon off and on for about a year. Some of the staff has changed and not for the better. Thankfully Holly is still there. She is the only  nail tech I trust with my nails and eyebrows. She is good at her job however I noticed she rushes and tends nick my cuticles. I also noticed she never soaks off the gel polish. She scrapes the acrylic off with another nail to lift the acrylic. It's very uncomfortable. Also, the nail salon is now selling products called Nu Skin. Every time I come in I feel like I'm on a car sales lot being harassed to buy something I don't want. Holly repeatedly tries to get me to buy products and it's very annoying. I've made it clear I'm not interested. This nail salon is also a bit behind the times when it comes to designs. They don't do any of the new nail trends. Even asking them to put rhinestones on your nails is a big deal for them. They just barely got ombré nail polish and color changing nail polish. At this point I'm going to look else where for a new salon but will likely see Holly still for my eyebrows. Read Less

If I could give this place 0 star I would. I will never return to this place! I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to get attended. Danny did a horrible job and still charged me for $75. I went to get my fills fixed and he took off my nails and cut off mine with out even asking, he stated it was better because they were too long. Than he started cutting sides off my new full set to make them oval square when I specifically told him straight square. He put Gel nail polish saying it was better but after 5 days the nails were coming off and my skin started peeling which makes it even more nasty because that means I caught some kind of bacteria from the salon! One star because I can't give none I came in with my daughter who is 4 just so she could use the cute kids pedi chair. Ended up getting a pedicure and full set myself. Spent over $100. Pedis we're fine but the full set?! I don't even know where to begin. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the woman who did my nails but as she was doing them I had some concerns about the shape and the preparation which I gently voiced to her and stated my preferences. She didn't even bother to look up at me or speak to me the entire time. She would acknowledge my request and then go back to doing what she was doing. They looked horrible when she was finished. There was no moon in the French tip like I had asked for, the nails were different lengths, and the nails themselves were lumpy and looked unnatural. I brought my concerns to the attention of the manager who said she would fix them the next day. I informed her that I specifically got it done that night because I was going out of town and wouldn't be back for three or four days. She agreed to fix them when I came back. So although I did not leave happy and was  embarrassed by this horrendous mess on my hands, I left feeling fairly confident that it would be corrected. Boy was I wrong!When I returned, I approached the manager directly and she said she remembered me. After a short wait she took me to her station and begin filing down the nails. I told her that I was unhappy with the shape of the moon, how odd it looked and that I wanted her to change the whole thing and not just reshape them. She immediately stopped and called the original manicurist over. They proceeded to have an uncomfortably lengthy conversation in Vietnamese and then the manager turned to me and informed me that she would not redo the nails, she would only reshape them. When I protested that it was unacceptable, she sat back in her chair and told me how hard it would be to get that particular gel off my nails. Really? Because I've been getting my nails done for a looong time. The only reason why I didn't go to my regular girl is because she couldn't fit me in before my trip. I told her that was unacceptable and I would like my money back so I could go get them done properly elsewhere. She stated to me that she could only give me $25 back instead of the full price I had paid for the set. When I balked at her offer and told her she needed to redo them or refund me the full amount of the set, she dug her heels in and refused to do either. My only option was to take the $25 and go somewhere else which, I did. I'm even going to post the photos and those of you who are familiar with getting artificial nails will immediately see why I was dissatisfied.The bottom line is they had a chance to win over a customer who was willing to give them a second chance. Instead, the manager demonstrated my business was of so little value that she allowed to let me leave without making me whole. I will never give this place another cent of my money, which is unfortunate for them as I have two daughters and several friends with whom I regularly frequent nail salons. Very nice and clean. All of the employees do very good work. I find the people who post dirty nasty comments are the ones who are looking for free work and walk in with a $1.00 and expecting VIP service. Want the red carpet to be rolled out for them. Every time I go into nail bar everyone is always friendly and warm. My pedicure is always perfect. You know when the nail tech is done washing and preparing your feet for polish and you look down and you do not even need polish is when you know your pedi is on point. I've been going to this place for at least 2 years. I usually go to Holly, but Tina and her daughter have all done my full set and pedicure. They are never friendly, and barely speak when I walk in the door...but they did a good job, and my nails lasted without breaking unless I slammed them on or in something. Usually  when I break a nail its in some painfully dramatic fashion that leaves me almost in tears. Well that has changed! Now I get crappy attitude and nails that break from a strong gust of wind! When in on a weekday the place was not busy so I got helped right away. They have a huge selection of gel colors with matching regular polish which is great. It was my first time with Holly. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was like sure. She was very friendly and not pushy which I love. She was very accommodating to my child. That made me like her even more. I'm so happy with my manicure and pedicure she matched the picture I had perfect. My nails where shaped exactly how I like them. She really took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. Made an appointment and was seen within an hour the same day with Tina. I'm glad Kathy recommended her mom (Tina) to me because I LOVE MY ROCKSTAR NAILS! I told Tina exactly what I wanted and she was able to accomplish it. I chose a purple glitter powder tip with white glitter on my nail bed. I wanted a deep curve smile line and Tina was able to achieve that. She filed and shaped my nail tips coffin style, since I wanted that slim nail look to elongate my fingers. My experience was very relaxing and comforting. Tina brushed some Gelish oil on my cuticles and massaged some lotion into my hands at the end. Sooo relaxing...=) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AV FASHION NAILS! I am extremely happy with my nails and will return. $40 for my full set, OPI Gel polish, and coffin shaped tips are a steal!
