I loved how friendly the staff was. They offered me something to drink, they checked with me with every step to make sure I liked my nails, and they even gave me suggestions. I love how you can watch the food network while you are getting your nails done. The place looks very modern and they are truly professionals. I will come back. I went back today Saturday, March 11, 2017 to get nails shortened because I was having trouble typing with long nails and Amy took care of me. She shortened my nails for free and she was so nice she gave me cuticle oil for all my finger. :) Read Less

Last time I was there the girl who did my pedicure was more interested in the surroundings than what she was doing. Also, she took someone's payment with gloves on and then was going to continue doing my pedicure until I stopped her. Friends who went in after this did not have good experiences. This is in the space next to chipotle where the "nail bar" used to be. It's very upscale, clean and quite...very "spa like"They use higher-end polishes and their prices are inline with all the other salons in the area. I've been trying to find a replacement for my usual pedicurist who left her salon a whole back. I liked this place but for some reason, It's not on the top of my list of favorites. It was nice & quiet in there. The staff hardly even spoke to each other. My feet were in bad shape when I got there.  My big toe suffered a casualty while she tried to shape up my cuticle area. She got me a couple of times (cut me) but my bleeding big toe that she stuffed paper in the cuticle area and applied pressure, hurt like heck!!  I didn't want to write my review until I was sure that I didn't get an infected toe.  It's ok now.  It's been 7 days.  Mistakes happen. it came out OK under the circumstances. It seems like it has taken me literally years to find a good nail salon. Especially with so many choices in Orange County, finding just the right one can be a task. I can say with certainty that I have finally found "my place!"Wi Nail Spa is unlike many other nail salons in the area, as it is the ideal combination of customer service, skill and cleanliness. In my experience it is often one or the other, but rarely all three. Wi Nail Spa is extremely clean (a must), modern and girly all at the same time. The vibe inside is very pleasant and the employees who work here are always friendly and attentive. They are absolutely at work to work, and not to gossip, talk about their customers or take phone calls, like other salons - extremely professional.They can get very busy though, so an appointment is a good idea, any day of the week. I come in bi-weekly for gel pedicures and SNS nails. My pedicures last for weeks and are done thoroughly. I also swear by their SNS nails. I am extremely picky about my nails and can say that they are meticulous here. My only complaint is that while they have many gel colours they do not have as many SNS colours as i'd like, just yet. I'm hoping this will change. My nails always come out looking gorgeous and I receive so many compliments on them. Most importantly, their pricing is very fair. I had an amazing experience at Wi Nail Spa. It was the 1st time that i have had a mani/pedi since moving to SoCal a year ago. They spent extra time on certain areas and the massages were very relaxing! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, Theresa did my lip and eyebrow waxing. OMG she is terrific! If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. One of the worst experiences I've ever had! I went in to have an acrylic overlay put on my natural nails because they are very weak and flimsy. Not only was it not a spa-like experience, the woman who did my nails pretty much cut me on every single nail, either at the top of my finger tip or on the sides. My fingers were left raw and in pain. I had also requested that she use a regular nail file on my nail beds so that the strength of my natural nail could be preserved. She didn't. She pulled out the electric nail file and buffed it down prior to the acrylic. Whatever product she used also burnt the skin on my fingers. Nothing by way of a typical manicure. No lotion, cuticle oil, anything like that. The only concession was that they were willing to give me a 20% discount on the service once they saw all the cuts. The last nail salon in this location was awful! I'm so happy that a new business took over here as its a very nice location and facility. Very modern and clean. Had a great gel manicure and pedicure here yesterday. I'm looking forward to coming here again much more often. Vicky did a great job! Read Less
