I have been coming here for years. They now have the most amazing dipping powder. It is organic and there are no crazy fumes with the glue that is used. I had my nails done by Lyn tonight and it was a horrible experience. I have been to her several times and she usually does a good job but tonight i asked her to do glitter on the tips and a candy can design on 2 fingers. she insisted mixing the gel with acrylic and then put pink acrylic over the whole thing. I asked her if it would look dull but she said no. After about an hour she put the clear gel on top and it still looked faded....cloudy. so she had to put more glitter on top to make it shiny again. I knew it wasnt going to turn out good but she didnt listen. she always insists on doing it her way and tries to convince me to do something different than what i want. I am very picky about my nails and want them to look great. I dont think she likes that i have my own ideas of how I like my nails. I like big bold fun nails and she will do it but kinda laughs at my ideas. Tonight i was there almost 2 hours because of her mistake and just made light of it. They still dont look the way i wanted. then when I went to pay the manager told me that Lyn had said that she wont be doing my nails anymore because I'm not happy with my nails!! SHE IS THE ONE THAT MESSED UP!! OF COURSE I DONT LIKE MY NAILS!!! So she refuses to ever do my nails again. I will NEVER go back there. that is so rude.Dont go there unless you want them to do whatever they want with your nails and then treat you like crap when THEY make a mistake. This place is pathetic!! Staff is extremely friendly. Thought everything was going smoothly until my pedicure when cutting my cuticles a gauge was cut in my large toe, it bleed for the remainder of my pedicure approximately 15 minutes.Read Less

They did my nails and waxed my eyebrows exactly how I asked them to, and were friendly as well. Cute, and clean salon with a pleasant staff that obviously tries to make their clients feel welcome.
