This place sucks to say the least. I should have known cause it was dead in there.Their customer service sucks, their gel polish was messy and she got the polish all over my fingers and didnt even try to get it off. she was doing my nails so fast she didn't even put must effort into a color change. I waited almost an hour for gel and pedicure and they kept saying few minutes. About 4 ladies finished with their customers then disappeared as I continued to sit and wait.I then did not have enough time to go elsewhere nor have time for nails. I am beyond livid.  My mistake for not reading the reviews. I will never come back even though it's across street from me.  Once I complained they all started talking in their language which I find unacceptable and rude. It took over two hours on a Monday afternoon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The pedicure I received was not done well, at all. The polish must have been old because it required multiple coats and she practically painted the whole tip of my toe. I had to nicely ask her to clean it up twice. I also received a gel manicure where the gel polish was around my cuticles and I was too embarrassed to ask her to fix it, as well. The worst part is because of all of the coats on my toe nails, it smudged after leaving.  $40 total and not worth a penny. I will not recommend or return. Read Less

Went here at 2:00 on a Saturday. No one acknowledged me when I entered. Finally someone asked...when I told them I wanted an eyebrow waxing, they asked me to wait 5 minutes. No problem. 30 seconds later the woman comes back asking if I can "come back later." This place isn't my first choice; I only go here because I live in the area. I've been here several times for manicures/pedicures/waxing and they're definitely not the most friendly...I haven't written a review before, but after this odd experience I thought I'd share. This salon has not only the most talented professionals but the most friendly.  I moved and went to other salons and HAD to come back.  It's important to have a good job but making you feel at home is equally important. I came to this nail place because it was close to my house and I needed a place that opened early.  I sat and waited until 9:05 for them to open and when I went in to ask for a pedicure, they told me they couldn't do it because they had an appointment. There was one lady that came in at the same time as I did, but there were 2 ladies working in the salon. The lady I spoke to was very rude to me and not even apologetic. It's so hard to find a nail place that listens to exactly what you want! I went in and asked for a pedicure and pink and white full set. I was immediately seated for my pedicure.- I didn't catch the name of the person that did my pedicure but she was great.. Cut my nails very short just like I had asked and gave an excellent LONG massage; it felt good. Once I was done with my pedicure I went and sat at a station where Vanna did my nails and they turned out terrific. I'm very very happy with how they look. I work at a hospital so it's very important that my nails are short and as natural looking as possible and she did just that. The place looked very clean, there was a lot of older woman there which I usually don't mind, but all they did was constantly complain about some stupid home remodeling show that was on.- I know that is not the salons fault. My pedicure was $18 and the full set pink and white was $35- the place I used to go to was $30 but Vanna did such a great job.. It was worth the extra $5 and then I also got a gel clear coat over my nails and that was an extra $5. They didn't try to upsale me on any services which was really nice! The only thing that was negative was the amount of time.. They did my pedicure 1st and then my nails to where as I'm used to getting them done at the same time. I wasn't rushed for time when I went so I didn't mind too much but usually I only have an hour to get in and out. Over all... I think this place is great! I will definitely be coming back!!! I came here and I was acknowledged maybe 5 min after arriving. They need help with Customer service because if they didn't do such an awesome job with my nails I wouldn't come here. I was looking through the colors, and the lady behind the counter rudely interrupted me and said those are not gels and basically shooed me away. What ever, maybe she had a long day & she was over it. Took maybe 10 min for someone to start doing my nails and my BFF had to wait until I was finished for hers to get done (kinda understaffed) but then again it was Friday. My nails, on the other hand, we're super cute, and very well done. They put atleast 6 coats of glitter And you know that's awesome they did that with out me having to ask for. The lady the helped me I wish I could remember her name, had a little limp, but she was very sweet and cute and it was also 20$ for gels. Id def come again only because of that lady, she made my experience from bad to good & took her time to do an awesome manicure. :) Read Less

Sign in the window says walk-ins welcome. I walked in at they said they were closed at 5:30. Two women were sitting chatting (in what I assume is Vietnamese) not doing anything. The sign on their windows claim they close at 7. I will not be returning. Read Less

I saw Trina today for my gel manicure and Vanna for my regular pedicure. Trina did an amazing job!!! Took her time and paid attention. I will go back just for Trina. Vanna also did a great job on my pedicure. $35 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The whole place seemed clean and good. Read Less

I went to this nail salon for the first time last week.  I don't know what salon some of the other "reviews" are talking about.  As a guy I only go to a salon occasionally, but this may be the dirtiest nail salon I have ever seen!!  The towels were dirty, the tables were filthy, the spa chairs were gross and even the stools they sat on looked like used garbage!!!  When we came in, no one acknowledged us.  The lady at the front just kind of glared at us and then yelled some instructions in another language.  We had to ask if we are supposed to sit or leave before she finally commented to sit in the spa chairs.  There are a TON of nail salons in the area.  I recommend going to one that doesn't seem like it should be closed by the Department of Health. The place is dirty and staff are rude and very unprofessional.  I went there once with a friend and I will never go back there again. Just simple manicure  this unskilled rude manicurist cut my skin so deep and three of my fingers still have blood clot on them. I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy. This place sucks. Read Less

I love this place - Holly is the best and most creative nail designer that I have ever seen. I have been going to them since 2010 when Holly did my nails for my wedding and never stopped. The prices are cheaper than most places and the people are super sweet. Read Less

Being a man, I guess it is unusual to be so picky about my hair cuts.  But Lina does a great job, and I have tried many in the area and out of the area.  The cost is very reasonable as well.  So far no one but Lina at CK seems to be able to get it right!
