First time coming here and I absolutely loved it! Maria did a fantastic job on my gel full set-- I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did exactly that! She helped me pick the right color, took her time with my nails, and checked with me multiple times as she was doing my nails to be sure that I liked it so far. Update #2:  Went back, Maria was very apologetic and re-did my nails as well as gave me a refund. She did an excellent job and she felt so bad about my previous service. She was very nice and honest, and she did a great enough job that I would come back and get my nails done by her. I replaced my previous photo with a photo of the nails she did. Update: shortly after posting my review the manager Maria contacted me and offered to re-do my nails and refund me which I appreciated. Apparently this person was a new employee and this was their first day on the job.  The fact she contacted me to apologize and redo my service I made the review 4 stars, and I will happily update again once I get my nails fixed. Previous review: This place is really clean, but that's it! My husband and I came in and he got a pedicure and I got a gel manicure. The guy doing my nails clearly had no idea what he was doing I have never had such a messy gel nail job (I added a picture) he seemed like he had no idea what the next steps were and acted like he did a great job. I walked out of here laughing because I couldn't believe I spent 30 dollars on such a shitty manicure. My husbands pedicure, however, was okay and he said he would come back. Read Less

I've been coming here for a few months now. The staff is friendly and nice. The prices are reasonable and they always have some special promotion going on. They offer water and have a relaxing and clean environment. I would recommend this nail salon and brought my husband before to enjoy a relaxing mani/pedi. Read Less

This place is amazing. I'm not sure how else I can word it. My 8 year-old daughter and I always get our nails done every other Sunday and have recently moved to Mission Viejo looking for a new place. So glad we finally found one! Not only are the prices great but Maria and her staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Great experience. I usually don't speak up if I get the wrong color after much deliberation , but manicurist asked me if I was truly happy (wait there's more) with the color... and I finally found the courage to say, "NOoooooo...." So she redid the color and I left admiring my pretty garnet nails.  I also got a nice hand massage because she could feel my ugly writer knots. It's clean, modern, and quite big. The seats are very comfortable. And their color selection is pretty good. The mani-pedi'ists are all very nice, and didn't have side conversations making fun of my hideous feet upon arrival (I think). I'll certainly revisit. My new favorite nail salon. I had an appointment and did not have to wait (my pet peeve).  I got a new set of acrylics and a pretty gel color for fall. They were done just the way I like them. They have have a great selection of gel colors and nail polishes. I will definitely be back! Read Less

I wanted to get a pedicure that was close and not expensive. I discovered this place and not regret it! It was clean and everyone was so friendly. The owner Maria was super nice and made sure I felt comfortable. I had Kathy who was very nice and attentive. She took her time which was nice vs those other nail places you feel your on a conveyor belt rushing through. I recommend this place if you want a clean and not spend a lot. First time here. A friend and I both got pedicure and manicure. Maria was working by herself but she worked on the both of us pretty fast. They have a great color selection of OPI, Essie, and gel polishes. Thinking about bringing my bridal party here as she said they will close the shop for a party of 6 or more. Very aggressive manicure where she left one of my fingers bloody. Additionally, very unsanitary when my finger started bleeding. She was not wearing gloves. I had dipped my finger in the water (the warm water to soften cuticle) to clear the blood that was on my finger. Well she ended up rinsing the water (that had been contaminated with my blood) straight into water tub for my feet. My nails hurt today from the overall aggressiveness. Not coming back here again. This is the BEST nail salon in this city guaranteed. They do amazing work and they don't charge sky high prices, the owner is very nice and the place is Spock and span clean. Came here today because the place I normally go to was full.  I'm happy that I did.  Had great service and my nails look really good.  They just opened and are offering 20% off service, so I was able to get the deluxe mani & pedi for $40.  They use a salt or sugar scrub and it was great.  I especially enjoyed the massages as they didn't half-ass it and it felt amazing.  I'll definitely be going back. Just got my nails done here with my sister. We both got spa pedicures which included a great foot massage, it was very nice. I got a basic gel manicure, they used O.P.I gel! My sister got the new dip powder nails and was extremely satisfied! The women who worked there were very kind and insistent on ensuring that we were satisfied before we left which you don't really find in a lot of places! The best part was that you could tell that they put effort into taking their time with our nails, it was the little things that made you feel like they actually cared about our nails. Usually when you go for nails there are hidden additional costs, they were upfront about their prices and did not pressure us into spending additional $5... Definitely coming here again! Read Less

Visited this place which only opened a couple of weeks ago.  I had gel manicure and a regular pedi.  This is the first time that the gel is only on the nail and not my fingers.   I've visited several places where they just could not do gel.   The service was excellent but more importantly the services were everything I expect when I get my nails done.  Will be coming back for sure.
