Walked in on a Friday morning and waiting less then 5 minutes and got my nail done by Romeo. He made sure I like my nails through the whole process and I liked that. He even informed me if I didn’t like my nails or something happened to call and he would fix it for me. None of the technicians were talking smack and there was relaxing music playing in the background. The down side was they had a very small selection of nail polish and some looked old. We drive 45 minutes just to get our nails done by Romeo.. we have followed him from Riverside he has been our nail guy about eight or nine years. Romero does the most fantastic nails ever. First time here today 1/20/18, finding a place that could take me right away and had my favorite see- through gel polish. For a Saturday I expected it to be very busy and quick service. It wasn't too busy and the service was great. Lisa was wonderful at my pedicure. She took her time and was very gentle and slow with polishing my toes. What a nice and long massage on my legs too! Ellie did my manicure (fill and gel polish). She was very kind, accidentally cut me twice on my fingers when drilling my cuticles, but put something on them to help the healing. She got the polish close to my cuticles, which is a plus! Most places leave a gap which bothers me. BONUS: the music inside was low and instrumental to keep you calm and relaxed. So I drove by this salon and looked it up. Had great reviews. I walked in and was told 10 mins and pick a color. I waited over 45 mins before I got sat in the pedi chair. Why can't you just be honest with me? Told me to come back.. I was with my son and could have ran to Wal Mart while waiting. So that's not my complaint. For the record.. I always read reviews and give place the benefit of the doubt and have never wrote a 1 star review. However after spending $60 I feel it's necessary. I asked to cut my toe nails down (they were long since my last pedi was 6 weeks) she cut them and still left themLong and straight. Didn't even file them. So when I went to bed that night, my toe nails were catching on my blanket! I had to trim all 10 of my toes and file them. Now after 4 days my polish is all chipped. I usually get gel, but since it's winter I don't wear open toe shoes and wanted to save the extra $17. BTW $17??? I have never paid over $15!! So now, after spending all that money my toes look like shit!! Other than that, the salon was clean and staff was friendly. Spoke English. I will never return tho.Edit:The owner of this salon contact me and said that she thinks I reviewed the wrong location. I guess she thinks I'm stupid. Im not. I know where I was at when I got a shitty pedi. Yes, I did get the gel $ wrong cause I was going off what the menu said. I am extremely satisfied with the way Tim did my nails! Upon coming in we were greeted right away and gave us plenty of gel colors to choose from, Tim was so professional and extremely nice!  Made sure to ask what I wanted right away and did such an amazing job without me having to ask for any corrections. Even handed us a beverage while we waited!  The nail salon is definitely a must go to. Salon is very nice and sanitary. Q Nails is a great salon! I came in on short notice for an acrylic fill and only waited 15 minutes. I had a completely cracked nail and multiple lifting and they fixed it for me, with a shape change for only $17. My nails are super even and look cute. Only down side was I had an issue with my card being declined although I had money, and once I came back to pay with another card the worker grabbed it messing up my polish, and was in a hurry and rushed me out the door. Despite this issue I will definitely be returning here, much higher quality than most other Elsinore salons. Read Less

I have been searching for a clean, friendly, professional nail spa in this area for quite some time. I was very impressed with the service and attention to detail. Tim did my fill and he listened to exactly what I wanted and did a great job. This place may be my last, they are awesome Romeo did my nails, I love them, they feel good too like they are not going to fall off in 2 days. Today i went in for a regular french tip fill and my gel toes. My experience with my fill was great im very picky when i comes to doing the french tips and he was amazing he kepts asking if my nails were to my liking through the whole service the shape, length, and the actual painted tip. Recently went to pay for gas and the cashiers nails were so on point, I asked her where she goes and she told me Q nails. I decided to try them out to get a much needed pedicure. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was very nice. They offered soda or water. The atmosphere was nice, modern, and clean. The nail polish selection was nice. I noticed that they had a large selection of OPI. The pedicure was amazing. They have different pedicure packages and I'm not sure which one I chose but it was $33, and it was worth every penny. The pedicure was for sure at least an hour long. I'm pretty sure the owner was the one who worked on me and he was amazing. Even though this place is a tad far from me, I will definitely be back! I went a few weeks ago for the first time and this place is amazing!!! Very clean inside, was greeted immediately, no pushing for services you don't want, and beautiful work. Romeo did a new pink and white set for me and asked if I wanted nails thick or thin, I like very thin natural look and they were perfect!!! I wish I had a picture to share, I will be going back in the next couple days for a fill and will post a picture then, thinking off switching to that ombre nail this time around.*** Side note: A lot of the bad reviews are from prior to new management taking over, please give them a try they really are amazing! I went in because of all the good reviews I seen, maybe they were having an off day?  I'm super super picky about my nails. And have basically gone everywhere. But I know this place is always changing management so I thought I'd give it a try. I needed a new set and thought why not.  I called to make sure they were available to take me. And they did.  Very nice coming in, was greeted, but as soon as I said no gel. It was like I committed a crime.  Pick color. Ok.  Then when I showed him a picture of what I wanted. Their own work, of course it was gel. I still said no. He said last longer. I know I don't like the light that gives me dark spots.  Dang I shouldn't have to defend my choice.  Whatever.  My nails. Turned short and square. Not medium length and coffin.   On the plus side. He was quick and they were even.  Negative I was rushed out before my nails even dried. Therefore causing them to be messed up before I even left the parking lot.  Geeze Overall if you are a regular. I am so grateful to have found this place! Visiting out of town from San Diego for a wedding I needed to be in and out in 30 minutes. Best nail shop in Lake Elsinore! I was welcomed greeted and offered a complimentary drink! Tim did an amazing job with my nails, he was so gentle and always asked how my nails were looking!
