So so disappointed. My fellow Yelpers let me down with this one. I came in with high hopes as I was greeted by multiple different nail technicians and the yelp reviews were soaring high. Let me tell you any high hopes for this spot diminished shortly after the greeting. At first my nail technician was attentive, gave me a nice foot massage (hence the 2 stars) but as soon as she moved on to my manicure and learned that I didn't want the upgraded package or gel she could care less about her customer service from there. I already was not liking the vibe of this place - almost empty, no music, and just the news playing really loudly from their one TV. Her service just made it worse. She completely skipped over my hand massage, did a crappy paint job, and was trying to rush me out the door with wet nails. I wanted to ask her if she realized that the place was practically empty? It only became worse when she was telling me to pay her a cash tip and kept repeating it in a demanding way. Are you serious? Give me a minute to grab my bag and get my card out of my purse with wet nails! Definitely never coming back to this spot. Too many nail salons to go to a place with poor service and a bad ambience. I am here to enjoy myself,not hear about all of the tragedy going on in the world and be demanded to do things.

I've been going to Nail Solutions for 9 years and always have a positive experience and the gals do a great job! Donna does acrylic overlays on my nails and they look very natural, everyone thinks they are my own nails. Lena has been giving me pdicures for 9 years and she is great! Before having the acrylic overlays, I had manicures with Kathy and she is terrific!

Donna at Nail Solutions saved my nails! I had gone to Club Nails on La Paz and had the absolute worst experience. After driving to several different salons in search of "holographic nail design" I finally found Nail Solutions. Not only did they give me exactly what I asked for, their prices were the best of the 4 salons I visited and their service was outstanding. This is my new place! Highly recommend!

After moving to the area I had to find a new eyebrow 'expert' and I walked in for a quick lipwax one day. Donna mentioned my eyebrows and said I could trust her-she knew what I liked. I said OK let's give it a try and I have not gone anywhere since. She does better eyebrows than the ladies at any Anastasia brow bar I have been to, hands down. The salon location and appearance is unassuming so I would have never thought the salon owner does great eyebrows if I had not walked in one day for something else.

Awesome....after going to another salon in LagunaNiguel for more than 5 years and having unpredictable outcomes I decided I needed to find a new salon. I tried 3 and then found Nail Solutions.. The salon is always clean, staff are friendly and kind...prices are reasonable, but the real reason I keep returning is DONNA. She is amazing. My nails are done expertly EVERY TIME. Donna never causes pain, and is very thorough. I can be impatient and she completes my nails quickly... Unsure about a color change ask Donna she has excellent suggestions.... I strongly recommend her for all services.

I've been going here for 10 years. It's a hidden gem -- great team, state of the art pedi chairs and plenty of parking. Even the other customers are friendly! You just feel good being there, I moved away 2 years ago, but make it a point to get to this little oasis every time I come back into town. They're that fabulous! I spent two hours getting pulverized by the pedi chair yesterday....cuz I soooo needed it! My nails look fabulous -- the best they've looked since I moved -- and I got an arm and leg massage like you read about! I always feel great when I leave. The place I go to in Marin needs to take a page from Donna's book. On the other hand, maybe it's time to move back to civilization :)

Not even a week later and my gel polish completely peeled off in one piece. This was the absolute worst nail experience and my sister and I go to a different salon every two weeks. We were told to never come back to the salon because we were told lower prices on the phone and then in the salon they up charged us when the board ON THE WALL gives the prices they gave us on the phone and then they raised the price on every service. And this was after I had to have THREE girls work in me cuz none of them could do a simple acrylic fill. I was absolutely appalled by this service and Donna and Kelly were the main women rudely speaking to us. I couldn't believe how rudely they spoke to us in front of other customers and argued prices until I just gave up because we had already been there for TWO HOURS and I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, my sister and I will never be returning to this salon and I hope this review deters others from having to endure this awful service as well.

This place is simply the best. The workers are sweet, the place is clean and they do the best job with nails. Compared to other nail salons in the area the prices are lower but they still seem to have higher quality service than larger salons that are rushing to get you in and out. A manicure is only $10 and usually takes 45 minutes. They clean your nails and give the best massage, and the nail polish usually lasts for more than a week, which is when it might start chipping. The pedicures are fantastic. There are two ladies I notice usually doing them, who give the best massages and make your feet look and feel perfect. Most importantly the place is clean, sanitary and organized. They recently got brand new massage chairs and I've noticed that they are very good about cleaning the tools and store often. The prices are much lower than other places, too; it's ridiculously affordable. Only downside is when they are crowded (usually afternoons between 2 and 4 later in the week) you may be rushed in and out, but of course this is understandable. It's best to go in the mornings, when service is light. They will take a lot more care and time in your nails.This is the place to go!

Also, as much as I loved the ladies here (Donna is literally the nicest nail tech I've ever met), it didn't seem clean and wasn't up to par with the places I usually go.

I came here based upon the fabulous reviews this salon received. I got a pink and white set, and unfortunately wasn't impressed. The girl working on me cut my thumb and I starting bleeding. She didn't even acknowledge it or say sorry. I've only had these nails for a few days and they already look ragged. The pink is starting to chip and lift from the edges. Even when I left the salon that day, the dried glue was built up around my cuticles and the tips of my fingers were glued to the nails underneath. I spent quite a while on Yelp looking for a great nail salon and I'm disappointed. It's been 3 days and I'm already anxious to remove these and go somewhere else.While the girls working seemed friendly enough and the place was clean, haphazardly cutting someone and not noticing it is a major problem. Therefore I can't recommend this salon.

They did great work here. The only thing that really annoyed me was how pushy my manicurist was, she kept telling me that I wasn't choosing the right color for my toes, and that I was choosing the wrong shape for my nails....really? I know what I like :p And she talked a lot, I don't really like chit chat so I could have done without that. They still got 4 stars for quality though. I got a pink and white set which looked great and lasted a long time. I told her I don't like them to be too thick and she did a nice job filing them down and blending them into my real nails. The woman who did my pedicure also did a really nice job, didn't know my toes could look so cute! They were also very gentle.

A manicure is only $10 and usually takes 45 minutes. They clean your nails and give the best massage, and the nail polish usually lasts for more than a week, which is when it might start chipping. The pedicures are fantastic. There are two ladies I notice usually doing them, who give the best massages and make your feet look and feel perfect. Most importantly the place is clean, sanitary and organized. They recently got brand new massage chairs and I've noticed that they are very good about cleaning the tools and store often. The prices are much lower than other places, too; it's ridiculously affordable. Only downside is when they are crowded (usually afternoons between 2 and 4 later in the week) you may be rushed in and out, but of course this is understandable. It's best to go in the mornings, when service is light. They will take a lot more care and time in your nails.This is the place to go!

On the bright side you get to meet all the ladies in store while they juggle you around the whole store, which is nice because who wants to sit in the same place for that long of a time. If you're asking how much for service like this runs you about a hundred bucks.

Went today based on yelp reviews. Donna and Tammy were so nice!! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. My nails looks great but I would have loved an arm and hand massage with the mani. Also, as much as I loved the ladies here (Donna is literally the nicest nail tech I've ever met), it didn't seem clean and wasn't up to par with the places I usually go.

Great service! So quick and they did a flawless job. They even took time to fix my nail where I had smudged the polish before leaving. Good prices too! $22 for a gel manicure.

I came here based upon the fabulous reviews this salon received. I got a pink and white set, and unfortunately wasn't impressed. The girl working on me cut my thumb and I starting bleeding. She didn't even acknowledge it or say sorry. I've only had these nails for a few days and they already look ragged. The pink is starting to chip and lift from the edges. Even when I left the salon that day, the dried glue was built up around my cuticles and the tips of my fingers were glued to the nails underneath. I spent quite a while on Yelp looking for a great nail salon and I'm disappointed. It's been 3 days and I'm already anxious to remove these and go somewhere else.While the girls working seemed friendly enough and the place was clean, haphazardly cutting someone and not noticing it is a major problem. Therefore I can't recommend this salon.

This is by far the best nail salon in the area. I always go to Kelly who does my nails and Lena who is the best at pedicures . I highly recommend the salon. FYI they are so sweet to the older people...

They did great work here. The only thing that really annoyed me was how pushy my manicurist was, she kept telling me that I wasn't choosing the right color for my toes, and that I was choosing the wrong shape for my nails....really? I know what I like :p And she talked a lot, I don't really like chit chat so I could have done without that. They still got 4 stars for quality though. I got a pink and white set which looked great and lasted a long time. I told her I don't like them to be too thick and she did a nice job filing them down and blending them into my real nails. The woman who did my pedicure also did a really nice job, didn't know my toes could look so cute! They were also very gentle.
