Horrible, not only are they rude but they say horrible things about their clients in Vietnamese. They didn't realize I'm 1/2 Vietnamese and speak the language. So I'm not really the type of person to ever complain about anything because nobody is perfect, BUT I just got my nails done yesterday and got gels for my nails. First of all I asked for a perfect square shape for my nails and instead it looks like a slanted square, uneven as well. Not joking every nail is slanted and not straight. Second off, two of my nails look like I would have to get them filled because she didn't paint my entire nail from the start of the cuticle. I basically had to go home and file my own nails to make them a square. My best friend also was getting her nails done with gels and the lady for her got gel all over her finger and is now stuck allllllll over her finger. FIRST OFF! I never want anyone to experience the most uncaring, money hungry, fake, and horrible quality nail salon. Extremely disappointed cause I bought a grouping thinking it was going to be really great quality work. Just to find that the people that work here were using fake acrylic powder which isn't supposed to be used if you're a real technician! I absolutely hated their work. Such a dissatisfaction that I WANT A REFUND. I already had TWO acrylic nails break off A DAY AFTER , which got fixed for free cause they realized how bad of quality the base of the nail .( Which was kind). They tried to compromise with me but than ended up messing the whole set up. The fixed nail was NOTHING Ike the original the day before ! AND The replacement of the nail work hurt really bad because the technician was not conscious of the pulling and tearing away the bits of acrylic from my nail bed. I swear this is not a joke or a lie! This place sucks! Never will I ever buy off of Groupon or go to skimpy "nail salons" anymore . Irvine is the only place that gives quality work WITHOUT THE BULLSHIT VIETNAMESE SHIT TALK!!!!  They won't speak around me cause I am Vietnamese but it's so stupid to see a client sit and have work done by a person speaking shit to other technician next to them! The service was horrible; a lady (seemed like the manager) yelled at me for claiming my groupon deal LOL. She told me to pay more to get a full set w nail polish bc it says on the groupon policy. That policy was nowhere to be found. While I was looking at the nail color wheel, they asked me if I were done looking bc they had a new customer. I said I'm still working on it, bust she took it away LOL. Why did she ask me if she's just going to ignore and take it anyways? Very rude.They do a good job in terms of doing the nails. I got a guy working on my nails, and he was a little too tough; this gave me scars on my thumb and index finger. However, I will definitely be satisfied w the result after the scars heal (bc it hurts for now) What they should know is that scamming/giving poor service will never make customers stay. I keep giving this place a chance because they're close to my house and it's convenient, but today will be my last time. The job they do is pretty good, depending on who you go to but unfortunately like most Vietnamese nail salons all they care about is the money. I asked how long it would take for a gel manicure and pedicure and they said they could take me right now. I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before I was even seen and now I'm getting a pedicure and no manicure. When I could have come back. Now a woman who came after me is getting both a mani and pedi.I found a new place that's friendlier Allure nail lounge that respects the customer and their time. Read Less

I bought the groupon and they wouldn't honor it.charged me an extra $15 on top of the $20 i paid groupon for a set of pink and whites that would normally cost $30. they immediately stopped speaking english as soon as i mentioned the groupon as well.these people are scammers and they don't like their groupon customers. if you have a problem and they scam you as well, immediately let groupon know and they will refund the groupon at the salons expense and if they have enough complaints, will no longer advertise their establishment Read Less

I made reservations for my mom, my daughter and myself for the day after Thanksgiving as a treat. As I said, we had reservations but they acted like we were bothering them, the girl giving my 83 year old mother a pedicure cut my moms toe.  It was swollen and red for days.  The guy doing my nails was using the electric file and filed off my skin leaving me bleeding. I got the powder dip treatment and they all cracked within three days. My last treatment, which I got elsewhere, was a completely different experience and lasted a month!  My daughter and I have been going to Ibiza for years but we will not be returning- it was a terrible experience from start to finish.  They do not care about their customers. Overall, a good place to go for a manicure and pedicure..the girls do a decent job.  Most do not speak fluent English, but the manager at the front desk DOES and it is easy to tell her what you want and ask her to tell the person working on the nails. However, they ask you if you want...1) lotion 2) longer massage 3) nails polished etc...and they do not TELL you they are trying to increase your bill.  It is not clear what is actually included in the price they quote for a service and what is an add on to the price for a pedicure or the price for a manicure.  If they ask you if you want something...at that time they should tell you if it costs more money.... or... they are just asking a question about your preferences. It ends up being a lot of "Does that cost extra" for EVERY QUESTION they ask the customer!  Not fun! Read Less

I bought a groupon deal for 3 Brazilian wax here and I have only used it 2x and I won't be coming back for the last one. Here is what I have observed on my last wax. They DOUBLE DIP! The Vietnamese lady who wax me never even wore gloves!!! God knows what's lurking in that pot. It's unfortunate that Cindy, who waxed me was gone. Worst experience I've ever had. They took my acrylics off and I wanted to keep my natural length and shape from underneath. The guy first did the own shape he wanted. Then I asked him to change it and he made them shorter. He asked if I liked it and I was honest and said no. He then kept making them even shorter. He didn't even apply the gel polish or took of my cuticles and he told me he was done. All the other girls working there did nothing other than continue sitting down and being occupied on their phones as they all talked to each in a different language as I was leaving the salon upset. The good: Quality and service overall (Phil and Cindy are patient and know how to shape/file do nails,  great selection for gel nail colors too (I'm seriously impressed by how many colors I could pick from).  Complimentary water and coffee.The ok/could be better: the spa chair was old and the remote didn't work too well. Prices are on the high side. Massage was short, not impressive, could have been better although using a hot stone was a good touch.$5 extra to remove previous gel nails when you use a Groupon  (Gel nails are usually $30-35 depending on whether you get a pedicure). Spa pedicure is $24. $5 for callous removal (& I didn't really feel a benefit from this), $10 for eye brow waxing.Although the end product is nice, the process could have been better and the price more competitive. I was in desperate need for a pedicure and came in to this place with a friend. She loves this place and I decided to give it a try as well. I had pretty much a "meh" experience.Apparently they got an upgrade on the chairs. They were comfortable and I was able to relax and get a chair massage. I got the regular pedicure with the callous remover. The water was warm enough not too hot which was good. The scrub was good enough and the foot and ankle massage was on the light side, even though I asked her for more pressure. The polish job was relatively sloppy and I had to ask her to clean up the edges where the polish was smeared. meh.I opted to do a manicure since my fingers were looking pretty roughed up, and opted for just a buff and no polish. The guy was really good and very gentle. The buff job was great he had my nails really shiny. I also opted for the parafin for my hands which was really nice. I paid $52 for both which was ok but the pedicure definitely over rated. The place was clean and sanitary. Read Less
