Witnessed staff here deny a paying customer service because she has scars on her skin from a chronic illness. Didn't even ask about it- just flat out denied to serve her. I so disgusted. Based on the previous awful reviews, I can't say I'm surprised. Even so, this is unacceptable. Hit or Miss. I came here back in November 2017 and had a great experiece. My nails looked amazing and the employee's were very kind. Came here today since I was in the area and it was a far different story. Other than the nice manager that greeted me , the woman who did my pedi was rather rude and very rough on my feet! The manicurist barely said a word to me and proceeded to cough on me every few minutes. The only saving grace was he gave a good hand massage but all I kept thinking about was his germs. No one asked me how I wanted my nails done -filed, cut, square, round...nothing no questions. Also, I picked a color in the match wheel (Gel and regular match) only for the woman to tell me sorry that exact one has no non gel match...um why is it in the wheel?! she says there is a close one though...um she did my toes in that "close color" NOT EVER CLOSE AT ALL...totally different shade of pink and much darker...yeah not a great or relaxing experience at all this time around. 2.5 stars because the first time was good. WALK AWAY!! JUST SAY NO!! If I could give ZERO STARS for this location, I would. Daughter went in to take off acrylics only. Pressured into getting a fill. Was actually told her nails would look ugly without it! WORST fill ever! Lumpy, bumpy, uneven, and aggressive filing made fingers bleed! I spoke with management asking for a credit and was told they don't do that! Would only offer to do it again...seriously? If you've had a horrific experience, who in their right mind would subject themselves to it a second time? Nice staff, clean and easy to get in and nice results. BUT two out of the last 3 times I have been there they have cut my finger when trimming my cuticles--thus the 3 stars. OUCH! They get in a hurry so it is worth saying to take their time and be careful. Read Less

Went in to get a simple acrylic fill and regular polish.  My nails are conservative short and natural color.  The staff kept "hustling" me to get more. "Gel?", "Pedicure?". "Eyebrows?". "Gel overlay?". I asked them to stop the up sale.  It seemed to make the girl mad, she became  more aggressive with her technique.  Finally, I asked to leave, without polish. I normally never write reviews but had to share my experiences. Went here for my first time and took the little girl I babysit to get her nails and toes painted and a pedicure for myself. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Dipping my feet in a dirty foot bath then painting them was all I got. The lady must have stayed under my big toe with a tool leaving me bleeding and very painful. They charged me $24 to paint and put dots on a 3 year olds nails! I will never come back. Read Less

WORST.GEL.MANICURE.EVER. I absolutely love this place and have been coming here for 15+ years. I'm incredibly picky when it comes to getting my nails done and this specific Happy Nails location is the best. They redid the inside so it's modern and extremely clean. Everyone here does a fantastic job and makes you feel at home, not rushed like other nail places. I absolutely love Lisa for doing my eyebrows, I do not trust anyone else waxing my eyebrows! She is efficient and takes the time to make sure they look perfect. I also love Sondra for doing my gel manicures! She is incredibly sweet and makes sure they look perfect. No other nail place compares to this one! Read Less

I'm giving this four stars because there is one girl who I would give 100 stars, and one girl who I would give one million stars. As for the amazing one, her name is Michell and she is sweet as candy. She is the bestest one to get for children as well. She is super funny and always keeps a conversation with her customers. As for the girl who I don't like, her name is Lan. She acts and dresses like she doesn't care about her co-workers or her customers. She's always on her phone. Reading past reviews I'm not sure if they've changed management or staff but my experience has never been anything but wonderful. Let me start with Stephen, who is a nail god! I started seeing him 2 years ago at another place for acrylics, now He convinced me to try dipping and I'm in love. It's much healthier on my nails and lasts just as long. If you prefer a woman then Cindy is the way to go! She's so upbeat, funny, and sweet. She always gets my eyebrows and other waxing needs done in the same visit. Both my brother's girlfriend and mom have she's their go to girl for nails. Both are so helpful with picking out colors and getting the right nail length and shape you want. Finally,sometimes I treat myself to a neck massage or a spa pedicure, and any of the women who I've had there have been nothing but great. I had gel acrylic nails for years. I went in for my routine fill and Cindy helped me. She suggested Dipping Powder on my natural nails. I had never heard of this before, but I figured, why not? It was the best experience I have ever had. She removed the nails and completed the dipping in about an hour. For me, getting my nails done is normally a chore, but this was so quick, easy, and painless. Cindy boasted that they last a super long time, and she was right! 3-4 weeks later I returned without any chips or damage to my natural nails. Again, took less than an hour to get them done. I cannot stress enough how un-into nails I am (only get them done for professional appearances), and I cannot stop telling coworkers and friends to go see Cindy for dipping powder. I asked for one of the packages . So I assumed that everything they were doing was a part of that package. Until I got the bill.Wowed! I was taken for a ride . It was a more expensive than the package I asked for. So it's like uh what?I looked at the price card again. And everything they did seemed to be on the list under the package I paid for. But the lady insisted she did extra stuff I had to pay for.Um., I didn't ask for extra stuff. Just the freaking package at that price!Honestly didn't feel like arguing over $7 But I do think I was overcharged.I went there for years before this incident. Such a great place.  What great vibes they have in here; everyone is so nice and welcoming!! A woman, who I think was the manager, went around to every guest asking if they were doing okay while offering water. Just showed they care. Ask for Cindy and Steven!! I followed them from another salon (because they're the best ever). They absolutely kill it!!!!!.  Not only do they do a great job, but they're so fun to talk to! Cindy is always honest too, will tell me if a color is a good or bad idea. I trust whatever she does! I felt like family there.  By the time I left, I felt like I was hanging out with friends. This place is extremely organized and clean! Cindy is my girl! She's the most incredible nail technician I've ever had the pleasure of getting my nails done by. She so fun and energetic m. She 110% takes the time to actually look at your nails, adjust them however you need, and makes sure they are straight with your fingers. Stay away, I repeat stay away from this establishment.They are thieves. 2 weeks ago I lost my iPhone in the parking lot and one of the workers picked up the phone and kept it. I had on my app find my iPhone that the phone was in their store. I even had a sheriff go in and ask if anyone had the phone.If anyone disbelieves me I have a recording on my voice mail of workers panicking that my wife and I are close to finding the stolen phone.Shame on you, shame. there's only been two times in my whole life that I've gotten my nails done and I would have to say that this second time would be the worst because I do not like how my nails look at all. I asked for coffin/ballerina shape and so I got them but the shape did not come out as good as I thought. I had asked for a matte look but instead I got more of a shiny look and to top it off my right hand forefinger is not straight what so ever.  you can clearly see that it's crooked and as I told the manicurist(the guy, I forgot his name) he kept telling me it is because of my actual finger nail, which is not true because as he started glueing on the nails he did not try out the nails first as they all do. he guessed at which nail fits on which and did it fast and as a result of that my nail is crooked. I am impressed with this Happy Nails. I had a pedi by Linda and she did a great job. She didn't try to force conversation and I was able to just relax and enjoy myself. I did not feel as though the women were making fun of me in their language. I was offered a water bottle, got fast service even though they were busy and my toes look cute.
