Came here for the first time because I received a gift card as a present. Asked for a mani/pedi and was told to go sit in chair number that was right next to someone else getting a mani/pedi. There were tons of chairs open but they put me next to a full chair. That meant when my right hand needed to be done I had to bring it over to my left side instead of the nail tech coming over to the other side. This was very uncomfortable. They upsold me and did not speak to me the entire time except to ask the color and shape I wanted. The actual manicure and pedicure was good but the paint job was not good at all. The "relaxing" hand massage was happening at the same time as the foot scrub so it was not relaxing at all. After I paid and they received the tip they became very friendly and started chit chatting with me. After the top coat was applied they just said to wait and walked away. No fan or drying machines. I sat there for 5 minutes (I had brought my own fast drying polish) then got up and walked out. The clear top coat was put on very sloppy and I had to redo one nail myself when I got home. I am pretty easy to please as long as the work is good. I used to go to this place that was very rude but very quick and their work was perfect (and very inexpensive). But here I ended up spending $55 bucks for a very basic mani/pedi (including 5 bucks each for tip) and I was really not impressed.  They were very clean and the instruments were taken out of a sterile package which is always great. All in all I would only go back if I was in a pinch (they seem to have later hours than most places) or maybe for only the pedicure. Read Less

Wonderful experience... Everyone from the manager to my two nail artists. Vivian did a stellar job on my full set of pink and whites. They are so pretty and true to shape. (Hard to find these days.) I have been to this location a few times. The 1st was on Mother's Day. I got a pedicure. The tech was in such a rush she didn't let the polish dry between coats and therefore after 6 HOURS they apparently the polish was still not set and ended up in the inside of my shoes. The 2nd visit was better. I brought my own polish that does not require base and top coats and forced the tech to let the polish dry between coats. The 3rd and last time I got a pedicure the brow wax. The t⋯⋯ech spoke ZERO English and mutilated my cuticles so badly that they were all bleeding when she was done. I even said OW! loudly at one point thinking she would get it but not so much.Then the leg massage was unbelievably painful. She was gouging her fingers into my calf bone. I thought she was going to break it. So I asked her to do it more gently. Again, the tech next to us translated. I requested no base coat and she had no idea what I was saying. Fortunately the tech next to us translated. Now here comes the best part.... no base coat, 2 quick coats of polish and top coat the she tries to smash my foot into my sandals. (They are always in such a rush) I knew it wasn't going to work as they were sports sandals and have no bend to them... but she kept trying. She even "flexed" my foot like it was my fault and then sighed loudly after she f'd up 3 of my nails. She then threw on another coat of polish and top coat and called over some other techs to help. I told her no it was ok. She kept insisting and I basically had to loudly say NO SHOES! I sat there for a while wondering if they were ever going to take me to my waxing. They didn't so I asked and someone took me back. The brow wax was ok... The wax was a bit hot, which I told her and I came away with the brightest red skin I had ever experienced around my brows. The only reason I did not give this place another star is because it was filthy. It really needs a DEEEEP cleaning! However, my nail tech, Sandra, gave me the best pink and white nails I think I've ever had and she was seriously so kind! She had me smiling like a goof ball while I was leaving. Worse place I have ever been. Went today for my first time and the staff is rude and are all in a huge hurry. I got a manicure and pedicure and it was all done under 20 minutes. None of my nails were filed even and she took about two seconds to do my cuticles. She then painted them so think that 4 hours later they were still smudging that I eventually had to remove the polish. I went back in to complain and they told me tough luck. Terrible experience. The lady messed up on my pedicure nail color twice! And when she did my manicure, she filed my nails down to the nub and the paint job looked absolutely terrible. There was shellac color all over my cuticles and my skin. Never going back. Read Less

Normally, this is a 5 star experience for me. Not today. Today, I got a pedicure and i got my daughter a manicure. My daughter was kept waiting for 30 minutes, while adults who came later went before her. My pedicure was ok, but 2 hours later, wasn't dry and smeared everywhere. I was given size 5 shoes to wear out on my size 11 feet and lastly, I was berated because I didn't have cash or a check to pay the tip and wanted to add it to my debit card charge. I had been going there for many years and today was my last visit. I sat there for over 45 minutes and nobody helped my daughter or Me. I finally got my nails done and no one helped my child. I complained to the manager who says she is the owner and all she kept saying is, " we very busy" and when I asked why other ladies that came after us were being helped she replied, "we have a system."
