I have always enjoyed very good customer service at this salon (I've only had mani/pedi service ). I'm a picky customer and have been very happy each time with the job done on my nails.  They are clean as well and use those bags to keep the foot bath clean. At other places I sometimes have to offer "guidance" along the way if they miss cuticle, don't do a good pumice, get polish up on the skin, etc. It's always irritating and kind of ruins the experience. I have never had a pedicure due to me being so ticklish, but being 5 months pregnant has made it hard for me to reach my toenails. This place was recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad she did.First off, they are so accommodating - I arrived at 6pm on a Thursday without an appointment and they, without hesitation, took me in for a manicure AND pedicure. I was there until 30 minutes past their closing time, but they did not rush me out the door. I even tried to do everything I could do to speed up my check-out so they could go home, but they insisted that I just stay and relax. They will also provide slippers for you if you come in wearing rubber shoes (which is something I didn't think about at all because I came straight from work).Second, all of them are so sweet and considerate. They're very personable but not to the point where they're talking your ear off or trying too hard to make conversation for the sake of making conversation.Third, their prices are amazing for such great quality service. After getting a spa pedicure (with a hot stone massage, I might add!) and manicure with four flower designs, I expected a fortune...my total was only $38.Needless to say, I am so happy with my experience here, and I am so excited to get my next mani/pedi!My only regret is that I did not get the names of the ladies who helped me. :( Read Less

I heard about this place from a friend. I drove all of the way from Tustin to check it out.  I was totally satisfied and then some.  Diana took me right away even though I did not have an appointment. She didn't try to sell me anything extra as some salons do.  I received a full pedicure that included a hot stone massage. I was able to feel the results from that massage hours later. I came in walking into the salon not knowing what to expect for the first time and everyone was so caring and friendly! Not only were the workers so nice but the costumers seem to have a relationship built with each person that does hair and nails. I loved my full set acrylics! I have been here many times and always get great pedicures and service. The ladies are super friendly and enjoy talking with you. There are lots of color choices, and they give you helpful advice on the colors too. Chairs are comfortable with massage and they use disposable liners in the foot basin. Prices are great! What a sweet little find!!!  Diana herself has been there every time I have gone and she is super nice.  I appreciate that they all speak English...I mean of course they talk in their native tongue a little bit and that's fine but I hate it when I go to a nail salon and it feels like no one speaks a word of English. They are so nice here and acknowledge that you are a person sitting there and they ask you a million times if you are Ok or need anything, or that your shoes are cute, or they ask you how your family is, etc.stc.    And they are very clean and hygienic and I appreciate that too! Loved my gel manicure and pedicure from Diana's.  I showed up on a Saturday afternoon and sat right down.  They are very clean and sanitary using the disposable tub liners between customers.  The ladies are very professional and are great to talk to. I will definitely be  going back.  You can't beat the prices either.  Great atmosphere and by far the best service I've received in a nail salon in a long time.  I will never go to a chain nail salon again after going here. Tried this place for the first time tonight and it was wonderful! I gave my mom a pedicure coupon for Mother's Day and she wanted to cash in tonight, so we picked this spot after I'd looked around at the Yelp reviews for several places nearby. I'm thrilled we ended up here because it was exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted warmly by Huong, one of the owners of the place. She was utterly delightful, as were the two other ladies who helped us. Throughout the pedicures, they were funny, warm, and kind. I don't know much about the pedicure world--this being only my second time, though my mom's gone plenty--but we both loved our experience here. The calf and foot massage was so relaxing, the sugar scrub smelled great, and the massage chairs were very nice.They've remodeled recently and the place looks great--clean, and the lighting is not too glare-y. I have been satisfied with their work, only once did one of my nails chip before three weeks. The staff is friendly. I always walk-in and have never waited more than 5 minutes. Huge selection of OPI. Found this establishment through coupons we received in the mail, and can I tell you how happy I am?I've been looking for a great place to get my nails done in south Orange County for quite some time and I found it!With the coupon, a spa manicure and pedicure are $23. And it's not your ordinary doing either - hot stones with the pedicure, lovely lemon-smelling stuff with the manicure. And new massage chairs that are pretty comfortable!Diana has a great personality and is super friendly. She knows her regulars by name and is very warm. As for the nail polish, great selection of OPI, Essie and a few other brands. They have gel polish, too. You can make an appointment, but one isn't required. I popped in right when they opened at 9:00 a.m. yesterday (first customer of the day) - great to get in and out before it gets busy.Tucked in the La Paz Village shopping center, as by the name, they also do hair.
