The service was friendly but the nail technician I had was really distracted (on her phone several times and forgot to do the finish coat on a couple of my nails-even after I told her they weren’t done she argued with me and said they were) Not every time was like that but I haven’t been back since then.

(I've currently written a review on yelp so you can see the pictures there under Nicole C.'s review) *MUST READ* Okay. Please read this because this could be life threatening and I will further explain. Let's start off with how I'm a first timer. I show up, and I'm sitting down with the lady in glasses and long curly hair. She's asking me what size I want my nails and she's pissed off that I wanted the regular acrylic nails with gel which is the cheapest. She cut my nails perfectly, just needed to touch them up a bit. What did she do you might ask? Shorten them. I asked for medium sized nails. I wouldn't have gotten my regular nail size if this is what I was going to end up with. So she's really bit*** and was mad that I would ask what color would look better, but I'm asking a professional so you'd think they'd advise you right? WRONG. I was not wasting her time, if anything I paid for her time. No one was waiting after me so she had all the time she needed. So she's grunting and sighing and she's painting my gel and she wipes it ALL off with a dry a** paper towel and I'm confused and staring at her like, ".... uh." Look, if the gel wasn't working, tell me and I'll choose a different color geez! It's 4 days until senior prom. Anyways, so I'm not happy because my nails look chunky, wrinkled and chipped. Also their nail stuff made me itchy! Now I tell her she painted lint on my nails, chipped them, EVERYTHING. Her response: "ok." and left me there. What the F. So I'm home now, I'm being careful with my nails, and now they're literally trying to chip all off. IT'S GEL PEOPLE!!! And on top of that, I'm not touching anything red and all of a sudden red spots appear on my nails and my wrist and fingers ache. I swear on my life I am not making this up nor would I ruin my shi**y nails even more before prom. I'm also not the richest so I'll obviously take care of what I have so this is a major no. I hope this helps, please listen to this advice. DO NOT GO HERE! Literally toxic. And yes, this all happened in the spand of 2 hours.

I am not sure how this nail salon received 5 stars by 17 reviewers. I took my cousin here to get her nails acrylic filled with a gel overlay. In addition to being very rude and rough, the nail technician was not adept at doing a simple fill. My cousin's nails were lumpy and crooked. I will never recommend this salon to anyone.

Nail polish never fully dried. Hours later it can peel off. When I was getting my nails filed I asked to have the thumb fixed because it was crooked and she handed me the nail file. I TOLD her my nail...
Nail polish never fully dried. Hours later it can peel off. When I was getting my nails filed I asked to have the thumb fixed because it was crooked and she handed me the nail file. I TOLD her my nails were not dry yet she still turned off the fan and said I was good to go. First...and last time.

Have been here several times. It is hit or miss.Got a pedi yesterday and tech cut nail into quick. Now I have a sore foot. Recommendations for this salon-stay off cell phone when your working on client. Television is for customer not for tech to watch while doi ng nails.

I have never had a worse gel manicure. I came in for a gel mani/regular pedi. My gel chipped within 1 day. within a week, 7 of 10 nails were chipped. Also the technician pressured me to upgrade my ped...
I have never had a worse gel manicure. I came in for a gel mani/regular pedi. My gel chipped within 1 day. within a week, 7 of 10 nails were chipped. Also the technician pressured me to upgrade my pedi after I chose one. What is the point of having options if youre gonna upsell me? the television stations were either news or a corny tv showing lyrics of the corny sings playing. DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE

This is the second time I've had a fill gel manicure and it has peeled the next day. Last time I went back in and the owner was surprised at how poor my entire manicure was and redid the whole thing for free. This time my finger was burned and now this... the people here are really nice and I have been going here for years but it has been slipping for a while now so I have to leave a review!

Awful customer service. They did a rush job on my acrylic nails and the next day my nail broke & when I went back, they wanted to charge $23 to fix the broken nail & repolish. Any other nail place would take ownership of their rush job & fix it for free or a minimal amount to keep a happy client. No consideration for people's time or money...So rude!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Nails were cut so short that the nail bed is now exposed and sore. I had to stop the girl and get someone else to make the best of the awful job that was started. Thankfully, Lisa salvaged what was left of my poor nails. I think she is the only competent employee at this place. They should really get better training for their staff or consider another industry. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I'll never go back.

The service was friendly but the nail technician I had was really distracted (on her phone several times and forgot to do the finish coat on a couple of my nails-even after I told her they weren’t done she argued with me and said they were) Not every time was like that but I haven’t been back since then.

Please read this because this could be life threatening and I will further explain. Let's start off with how I'm a first timer. I am not sure how this nail salon received 5 stars by 17 reviewers. I took my cousin here to get her nails acrylic filled with a gel overlay. In addition to being very rude and rough, the nail technician was not adept at doing a simple fill. My cousin's nails were lumpy and crooked. I will never recommend this salon to anyone.
