We went here for a bridal shower party.. manicures and pedicures. It was also my daughter's 7th birthday so I wanted treat her to something special..our manicures were average.. nothing special at all.. and all the champagne reviews we were NEVER offered that, only water. My pedicure my 7year old can do a MUCH better paint job then the last that was paid.. 111.00 for the both of us and it looks like I had a toddler paint my toes and I got 2 tiny water bottles.. I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to waste their time or money here.  I truly believe you get what u pay for and I got robbed!Update: on day 6 of my manicure.. 2 of my gel nails peeled off like nothing.. day 7...2 more peeled off.. Had a truly wonderful experience here thanks to Mary and Teresa. Arriving right on time for an appointment, I was greeted warmly and offered a beverage. Mary did my nails (a natural manicure) and was refreshingly pleasant. The manicure was excellent and I left feeling not only satisfied, but completely relaxed. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming. Today I went to LuxeElle nails for the first time. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure, as did my Mom and younger sister. We were greeted as soon as we got there and didn't have to wait at all (we had made appointments). They did my nails and toes at the same time which cut my appointment time in half! Nancy did my manicure and did an AMAZING job. I am very particular about my nails and loved the way she did them. I spend every summer in Laguna and this will be my go-to spot from now on. My mom was a bit less satisfied with her manicure, but the manager was so kind and understanding and ended up only charging her 50%. I had my first appointment at this little salon about three (3) weeks ago now. I didn't post any photos or a review as I've been seriously let down by the last nail salons I've visited. The staff is so nice and extremely accommodating. My gel mani was lovely and my pedicure was nice as well. I opted for one of the luxury ones as I hand't had a pedicure in a very long time. The ladies were both very gentle - I did get one little nick on a finger but I think it was because I moved my hand and not because the manicurist wasn't careful. As I said, it's been about three weeks since my visit and the gel hasn't budged. Not a chip or crack anywhere! Other than the grow out, they still look perfect. My pedicured toes still look good as well. If you're looking for the inexpensive chop shop, don't visit LuxeElle; however, the prices for services aren't over the top either. I was in and out in under an hour but I didn't have any polish on my fingers or my toes. It might take a bit longer if you're having gel removed when you're there.I have no complaints and I'm booking my next appointment as soon as I finish this review. Oh, before I forget, this shop actually does reply very quickly to the online request for an appointment. One caveat: Parking. This shop is located on PCH and parking is a premium. Bring change for the meter - you might be able to use a debit card though. I'm not sure as I'm a resident of Laguna Beach and have a parking permit. If memory serves, the meter is .25 for 10 minutes. During the summer, this might be an issue but we'll have to wait and see. I'll post again on the parking as I see it change with the upcoming summer months. Read Less

Let me start off by saying that I can't remember the last time I left a nail shop completely satisfied. Therefore I felt compelled to tell the world about this amazing shop I discovered yesterday! When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and modern design. The ladies asked how they could help me today and kindly went over the questions I had (transitioning from gel to a full set again - I haven't had one for years). Since the location was full, they directed me where to sit and assured it would only be a few minutes. For the first time (at a nail shop) I barely had time to pick up my magazine before someone was there to assist me. My technician was patient with me as she did my nails and I read my book. She made sure to asked me if I needed anything to drink and insisted that I take a few pieces of chocolate as I read. Something that really made this a five star experience was their attention to detail... not just with my nails. When they saw that my purse was behind my back on my chair, they grabbed a pillow to replace it with and even grabbed a stool to place my purse on so it wouldn't be on the floor. When I moved my elbow (once) from the table to the towel (for comfort) she also noticed this and immediately rolled up a towel to place under my elbow. I also love that they speak very clear English and do not gossip or talk loudly while customers are there. This is important to me because I like when I am able to have it more of a spa and relaxing experience. This nail salon couldn't be any more perfect. It's decorated to a tee, everyone you encounter(especially the girl working at the front desk) is extremely charming, and they serve you champagne while you get your mani/pedi on!!!! I will definitely be back. Read Less
