I have always had a good time and experience every time I came here. Every time they will say hi to me. This makes me feels very comfortable. The wait times depends when you come, if you come after work , of course it will be busy and have to wait. But I always come in the morning time when there is less people here. Then the girls are super sweet. They knows what I want for my nails! My gel manicure always last longer and color looks beautiful all the time. I will definitely call all my friends come here!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my third trip here and obviously the first two times were worth the return trip. Clean, nice staff and they did a good job. My gel manicures always lasted at least three weeks.....UNTIL today! I wish I got her name, but she barely speaks English. She's the younger heavy set, and tall Asian technician, long hair. Talk about a chip on her shoulders. First, she attempted to raise my chair from the reclined position that I was comfortably situated at. I told her, that I liked my position and please keep it as it is. So she mumbled something and grudgingly left it as I requested. Thank you. Anyways, she was tugging and pulling at my hands roughly to come closer to her and was obviously complaining to her co-worker about me. After all the tugging, some water came out of the bowl onto the towel on my lap. She starts going off again about me, as if I'm gonna give her extra work and make her get me a fresh towel...which I didn't because it didn't even leak through , it was so little water. So after several minutes of her pulling at me, I said- you don't need to be so rude and rough. She just glared at me, and she motioned something about her back. I said- I didn't come here to make your life easier, I came to get a manicure/pedicure and to relax. That's right, I can be just as rude if pushed, and she PUSHED. So I told her she could very well stop the services on my hands if she was having such a hard time, of which she mumbled "no". She tried to shape up her attitude slightly after that, but I definitely did not give her a tip. I did however , happily tip my pedicure lady. I'd love to say I'm never going back, but Id like to go back just to decline her services every time I'm there in hopes that it humbles her and forces her to learn some decent customer service skills.

Excellent service! Everyone is friendly and professional. My gel manicure lasted a lot longer than at other nail salons I have had them done. Queen does a great job with my manicure and pedicures.

I came in on a Wednesday morning and they took me right away which was great. The manicurist who took me was very rough with my nails and was rushing through. I also told her that she picked the wrong gel color but she proceeded to put it on. After telling her two more times she put the wrong color, she brought the gel samples and I showed her the correct one. She tried to cover the already painted nails with the correct color and now they are an ugly pink with thick layers. Two of my nails are also extremely crooked. I will most likely never return to this salon.

As I look at some reviews I can agree with both the good and the bad. Pricing is really cheap compared to other places , but quality of the work is not worth it. I've been there twice now both times I got a pedicure and it's been well over 24 hours and my pedicure never dried so my toes have been messed up. Ive gotten a gel manicure twice as well and both times they do not take the first color off entirely so I can see the old color under the new color. Customer service wasn't the best either. Price was good.Quality and service was bad.Probably the last time I would go there personally, everyone has a different experience though.

Horrible service !!!! Tiffany had attitude because I changed my mind from Gel to regular manicure. She told "relax" wheb she haven't even started , then she started cutting my nails and throwing my finger .... as this point I ask if she was upset, she ignored me and I asked again she responded with attitude "NO" then she proceeds on being very hard on my hands. Then I told her stop, she then threw the towel to the side got up to go work on another client. Not once apologize . Then after another girls came and told me if I wait 20 mins she will do mine nails. Mmmm no thank you !!! Never again !

This place is awesome, they are very friendly. We went to a Tuesday morning and have no other customers, so they are be able to help us right the way. We both got spa pedicures with upgraded packages....

We both got spa pedicures with upgraded packages. It was super relaxing and peaceful. I like the massage chair they have, that made my back feel great, the people are nice also. We will recommend to others come to try here.

Usually come here and have good service. Today's bad service was only from the person giving me the pedicure. EVERYTHING seemed to bother her, starting with me asking about different pedicure services, which I did upgrade, her having to match the pedicure color with gel nails, to me asking a question if the paper touched my wet nails. She had a major attitude for everything, snatching the menu from my hand, upset because she had to walk 5-10 steps over to match the color for my pedicure, upset when I didn't like the colors she selected. I mean, isn't part of your job to help your patrons? I have no problem picking my color,but when they ask me to sit in the chair and they'll help with matching a color, don't get mad at me. I have no problem selecting my polish before I sit down. The gal doing my gel nails tried to make up for her coworker's rude behavior. I was only asking for a matching nail color. Who knew it would make her so angry. But if I'm paying you for a service, I think I should be treated with respect and politely. You're in a business that provides service. I'm not going to tip someone if they want to treat me so rudely. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because gal doing my gel nails was nice, did a good job and tried to make up for her coworker's rude behavior. I get people have a bad day, but if you want a tip, that's definitely not the way to treat your patrons

As always, I could not be happier with the staff here, and the end result of every appointment is continuously impressive. I won't ever go anywhere else as long as this place is standing! I'm a picky girl when it comes to my nails and brows (foot spa treatments too!) and after trying over five different locations in this area over the last year, I knew stepping out after my first visit I would keep coming back. Thank you, ladies, and gentleman. Forever a fan and grateful customer!

Gel Chrome Manicure : $43 Lasted: 25 Days* Went as a walk-in because it was close to home and they accepted me as a walk-in. Staff was very nice and had a nice selection of colors. Color: 4.8/5.0 My chrome choice was a beauty! I picked one that was supposed to have a touch more blue, and they came out a tad green. Still the color was beautiful and many people complicated me! Application: 5.0/5.0 The nail technician that did my nails was very careful about my nails and my cuticles. Did over cut one part of my skin around my nails but it didn't bleed, just stung for about 2 hours and was a little tender. But, to be fair, that usually happens for me anywhere I go. Some of my nails had a little bit of lumps but that was because I would carelessly place my hands in the LED nail light machine. Durability: 5.0/5.0 25* Days (3.25 Weeks) Honestly, these nails would have probably would have lasted a good 2 weeks more, if I used protective gloves at work while scrubbing something with steel wool. Around day 20 they started to chip and fade around the tips of my nails from everyday wear and tear. Price: 4.5/5.0Seemed a little pricey at $43 for chrome, where I usually go it is $32 but you're paying for proper care and excellent service! The price really didn't bother me but it is a little more than other places I have been to that range between $28-$35 for speciality gel. I believe their regular gel is $32*-$35*. Overall: 19.6/20 (96%) (Star wise: 5.0/5.0)The staff was superb. My nails came out beautifully and would have lasted much longer if I didn't damage them on my own circumstances. The color was BEAUTIFUL and I got so many compliments for it Will definitely be coming back here

Never come here.They are exceptionally rude and don't do that great of a job with nails.Last time I went I told the lady at the register I didn't have cash to pay for tip- and she LOOKED INSIDE MY WALLET THAT WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER. When I tipped her on the card she didn't say thank you but instead said to "bring cash next time." Won't ever be coming here again. There's a place right down the street next to LA Fitness that does a way better job.

Pros: Great price, quite affordable. But read on to find out why it is not worth it.Cons: This is my personal experienceI went there for pedicure/manicure. The staff behaviour was very weird. They kept looking at me then each other, say something in Spanish and then giggle/laugh. It might be some other joke going on, but it made me very uncomfortable. One of the staff understood very little english and could not follow my requests, I asked for French Manicure and she rudely said it is going to cost $5 more and I was like okay. and I think then she assumed I have no capability to pay extra or god knows what and continued doing regular manicure. In the middle of the process, she was like "Pay". I was like, we are not done yet and then she looked away and kept doing what she was doing.They also will give you some discount if you pay cash, which i don't think is according to the law. I am a mature lady and I will rather pay 10x and get a better service than pay less and feel mistreated.Not worth the moneyPlease train your staff

I was here for almost 2 hours telling the lady I wanted them narrower & eventually just gave up, let her finish, and left, still paid the $45. Already made an appointment elsewhere for tomorrow to get this NEW full set taken off because I cannot bare to see my nails this bad. I HIGHLY do not recommend you come here!

Fairly understaffed. Had a 15 minute wait for my pedicure. Once I was seated, they turned on the water and it was just below room temperature. I asked for them to raise the temp because it was too cold and they made it just a tiny bit warmer. I'm not one who likes to be pushy when getting a service so I didn't say anything. After about 20 minutes of soaking, a woman came to perform my pedicure. She looked a little pissed and didn't speak to me the whole time. She seemed a little in a rush, probably from the lack of staff, and didn't do much to my feet. Mostly just filed them. Didn't bother to scrub or massage. Just kinda slathered everything really quickly then moved on. The end result was a very rushed pedicure that was $20. Could've used that money for a decent pedicure somewhere else.

This nail place is so good. This was my go to nail salon up UNTIL my last few visits. I've recommended this place to many of my friends and have got them to come in many times. But the last 3 times or so I've went to this salon, my acrylics came off within that same week of me getting them. However, I still came in after those occasions because I love their work but in my most recent visit 2 nails came off that SAME DAY! I wasn't doing anything at the time either, I was simply picking up my pants. I called to ask them to fix it in which they agreed to do so for free but when I came in they asked me all these questions as if it was my fault. I was annoyed at the inconvenience and felt so uncomfortable. & for that reason I will not come back again.I hope this does not happen to anyone else as it is a waste of time and money.

TERRIBLE!! I went here ONCE and that was ENOUGH. My normal nail place was closed. It was a Sunday. My coworker & close friend comes here & she always tells me all about it! She would talk about how great it was and how much she loves it. But she gets acrylic & gel with no pedicure. I get just gel on my hands and a pedicure so I guess I am harder to please.I walked in and the place was really nice. They told me to pick a color & sit in the chair. I patiently waited & eventually someone came over to me. She started to take the gel off my hands. I showed her the design I wanted & she told me I could only get it if I had acrylic. That it would look "nicer" with acrylic. Alright..that's fine I don't want acrylic but okay. I just picked a basic color. The girl who did my pedicure was aggressive doing my feet & cut me in two places. My big toe was messed up bad and she said I had a boil. No ma'am. I didn't have one before I came in, you cut my cuticle and left a gaping hole. Like a girl after her first porn shoot.Okay too far, but you understand. I was...pissed!Plus the girl going my hands told me to turn off the massage chair...Turn it off...The one I'm paying to sit in...Because it was disturbing her...But every other nail place doesn't mind...K...I will never return! I left with a messed up toe & an unhappy experience. Plus my gel manicure lasted about 5 days. Awful!

I found this place on Yelp! (Thanks Yelp...lol) I went in for a gel mani. I'm not much of a gel mani type person but I wanted to keep my natural nails from chipping. I had a nail that broke midway down and the lady put a lil bit of acrylic to help it from fully breaking and hurting my nail. It's nice and clean, nicely decorated also. I have 2 complaints, they don't have their price menu posted so I feel they change their prices. (Only cause I was given a price and when someone called to ask for a gel mani they were given a lower price than I was told. Also, I feel like their English was very limited. I know, most places are like this but I think you should be able to communicate with your customers. However, I liked this place and I will return.

Finally the nails look good! You look for places nearby that won't botch the polish job. Decent doesn't work! It has to look nice because people will see it. It's so embarrassing when your nails are ugly. Hands look good. Gel manicure with glitter nails and pink/glitter fade on the ring fingers for accent. Cleaned up the edges and nailbeds. No hangnails.Toenails... Royal blue solid. Cleaned up around the nails. But the nails aren't cut straight. Bummer. I can cut it at home. Still... Why do you pay to get a pedicure to fix it at home? Plus, they never asked if I wanted design, which I did. I was focused on my hands, explaining design, that I missed my opportunity to tell about the toenail design. I hate to bug them after final coat on. Also spa is just water bubbling and massage chair. Not hot. No suds. Nothing. Overall store... Clean materials. Saw them pull materials out of disinfectant machine. Not so sure about the nail file though. Clean tables and chairs. Personnel... Only owner and my nail girl seems friendly. Rest don't say anything to each other and to us. Guess that could be a good thing too. Depends on customer.

I have no problem selecting my polish before I sit down. The gal doing my gel nails tried to make up for her coworker's rude behavior. I was only asking for a matching nail color. Who knew it would make her so angry. But if I'm paying you for a service, I think I should be treated with respect and politely. You're in a business that provides service. I'm not going to tip someone if they want to treat me so rudely. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because gal doing my gel nails was nice, did a good job and tried to make up for her coworker's rude behavior. I get people have a bad day, but if you want a tip, that's definitely not the way to treat your patrons

I'm a picky girl when it comes to my nails and brows (foot spa treatments too!) and after trying over five different locations in this area over the last year, I knew stepping out after my first visit I would keep coming back. Gel Chrome Manicure : $43 Lasted: 25 Days* Went as a walk-in because it was close to home and they accepted me as a walk-in. Staff was very nice and had a nice selection of colors. Color: 4.8/5.0 My chrome choice was a beauty! I picked one that was supposed to have a touch more blue, and they came out a tad green. Still the color was beautiful and many people complicated me! Application: 5.0/5.0 The nail technician that did my nails was very careful about my nails and my cuticles. Did over cut one part of my skin around my nails but it didn't bleed, just stung for about 2 hours and was a little tender. But, to be fair, that usually happens for me anywhere I go. Some of my nails had a little bit of lumps but that was because I would carelessly place my hands in the LED nail light machine. Durability: 5.0/5.0 25* Days (3.25 Weeks) Honestly, these nails would have probably would have lasted a good 2 weeks more, if I used protective gloves at work while scrubbing something with steel wool. Around day 20 they started to chip and fade around the tips of my nails from everyday wear and tear. Price: 4.5/5.0Seemed a little pricey at $43 for chrome, where I usually go it is $32 but you're paying for proper care and excellent service! The price really didn't bother me but it is a little more than other places I have been to that range between $28-$35 for speciality gel. I believe their regular gel is $32*-$35*. Overall: 19.6/20 (96%) (Star wise: 5.0/5.0)The staff was superb. My nails came out beautifully and would have lasted much longer if I didn't damage them on my own circumstances. The color was BEAUTIFUL and I got so many compliments for it Will definitely be coming back here

When I tipped her on the card she didn't say thank you but instead said to "bring cash next time." Won't ever be coming here again. There's a place right down the street next to LA Fitness that does a way better job.

Pros: Great price, quite affordable. But read on to find out why it is not worth it.Cons: This is my personal experienceI went there for pedicure/manicure. The staff behaviour was very weird. They kept looking at me then each other, say something in Spanish and then giggle/laugh. It might be some other joke going on, but it made me very uncomfortable. One of the staff understood very little english and could not follow my requests, I asked for French Manicure and she rudely said it is going to cost $5 more and I was like okay. and I think then she assumed I have no capability to pay extra or god knows what and continued doing regular manicure. In the middle of the process, she was like "Pay". I was like, we are not done yet and then she looked away and kept doing what she was doing.They also will give you some discount if you pay cash, which i don't think is according to the law. I am a mature lady and I will rather pay 10x and get a better service than pay less and feel mistreated.Not worth the moneyPlease train your staff

I was here for almost 2 hours telling the lady I wanted them narrower & eventually just gave up, let her finish, and left, still paid the $45. Already made an appointment elsewhere for tomorrow to get this NEW full set taken off because I cannot bare to see my nails this bad. I HIGHLY do not recommend you come here!

Fairly understaffed. Had a 15 minute wait for my pedicure. Once I was seated, they turned on the water and it was just below room temperature. I asked for them to raise the temp because it was too cold and they made it just a tiny bit warmer. I'm not one who likes to be pushy when getting a service so I didn't say anything. After about 20 minutes of soaking, a woman came to perform my pedicure. She looked a little pissed and didn't speak to me the whole time. She seemed a little in a rush, probably from the lack of staff, and didn't do much to my feet. Mostly just filed them. Didn't bother to scrub or massage. Just kinda slathered everything really quickly then moved on. The end result was a very rushed pedicure that was $20. Could've used that money for a decent pedicure somewhere else.

This nail place is so good. This was my go to nail salon up UNTIL my last few visits. I've recommended this place to many of my friends and have got them to come in many times. But the last 3 times or so I've went to this salon, my acrylics came off within that same week of me getting them. However, I still came in after those occasions because I love their work but in my most recent visit 2 nails came off that SAME DAY! I wasn't doing anything at the time either, I was simply picking up my pants. I called to ask them to fix it in which they agreed to do so for free but when I came in they asked me all these questions as if it was my fault. I was annoyed at the inconvenience and felt so uncomfortable. & for that reason I will not come back again.I hope this does not happen to anyone else as it is a waste of time and money.

TERRIBLE!! I went here ONCE and that was ENOUGH. My normal nail place was closed. It was a Sunday. My coworker & close friend comes here & she always tells me all about it! She would talk about how great it was and how much she loves it. But she gets acrylic & gel with no pedicure. I get just gel on my hands and a pedicure so I guess I am harder to please.I walked in and the place was really nice. They told me to pick a color & sit in the chair. I patiently waited & eventually someone came over to me. She started to take the gel off my hands. I showed her the design I wanted & she told me I could only get it if I had acrylic. That it would look "nicer" with acrylic. Alright..that's fine I don't want acrylic but okay. I just picked a basic color. The girl who did my pedicure was aggressive doing my feet & cut me in two places. My big toe was messed up bad and she said I had a boil. No ma'am. I didn't have one before I came in, you cut my cuticle and left a gaping hole. Like a girl after her first porn shoot.Okay too far, but you understand. I was...pissed!Plus the girl going my hands told me to turn off the massage chair...Turn it off...The one I'm paying to sit in...Because it was disturbing her...But every other nail place doesn't mind...K...I will never return! I left with a messed up toe & an unhappy experience. Plus my gel manicure lasted about 5 days. Awful!

I found this place on Yelp! (Thanks Yelp...lol) I went in for a gel mani. I'm not much of a gel mani type person but I wanted to keep my natural nails from chipping. I had a nail that broke midway down and the lady put a lil bit of acrylic to help it from fully breaking and hurting my nail. It's nice and clean, nicely decorated also. I have 2 complaints, they don't have their price menu posted so I feel they change their prices. (Only cause I was given a price and when someone called to ask for a gel mani they were given a lower price than I was told. Also, I feel like their English was very limited. I know, most places are like this but I think you should be able to communicate with your customers. However, I liked this place and I will return.

Finally the nails look good! You look for places nearby that won't botch the polish job. Decent doesn't work! It has to look nice because people will see it. It's so embarrassing when your nails are ugly. Hands look good. Gel manicure with glitter nails and pink/glitter fade on the ring fingers for accent. Cleaned up the edges and nailbeds. No hangnails.Toenails... Royal blue solid. Cleaned up around the nails. But the nails aren't cut straight. Bummer. I can cut it at home. Still... Why do you pay to get a pedicure to fix it at home? Plus, they never asked if I wanted design, which I did. I was focused on my hands, explaining design, that I missed my opportunity to tell about the toenail design. I hate to bug them after final coat on. Also spa is just water bubbling and massage chair. Not hot. No suds. Nothing. Overall store... Clean materials. Saw them pull materials out of disinfectant machine. Not so sure about the nail file though. Clean tables and chairs. Personnel... Only owner and my nail girl seems friendly. Rest don't say anything to each other and to us. Guess that could be a good thing too. Depends on customer.
