Friendly employee , i went to get my eyelashes done for the first time and they only lasted almost three days !! And they were red and irritated after !! Came in to take my acrylic off and get a mani pedi. The service had potential to be great but it wasn't. They didn't take all the acrylic off and my pedicure was so plain. The massage feature in my spa chair didn't work and they didn't put any sea salt or anything in the water, not even bubbles! Its been 2 days since my visit and the remainder of the acrylic had lifted from under the manicure and chipped off. My service was unsatisfactory and over priced. $43 down the drain FOURTY-THREE!! I came about a month ago for the first time I asked the girl for gel with glitter I tried telling her you need to put a light pink base coat the glitter it's going to look bad she ignored me I was pissed after it was all set I told them I would not pay for something I told them how to do the owner I'm assuming came over had the lady take it all off which was painful at that point and she re did it still didn't look great my nail beds were all red a swollen after instead of offering me a discount or simple sorry and 5 bucks off I paid full price .... I came today it was close wanted to try again I said I was in a hurry no need to a spa pedi just real quick mani petty the lady didn't want to cut my nails or remove my cuticles I had to ask her at the point where she was about to paint my nails ... she did it and then asked me to pay them 35 dollars for regular polish I'm like 35 dollars that's ridiculous that's more then the spa and I didn't even get that she said same price I'm like well someone should have said that I would have went down the street where it is 20  for what I got they said nothing I paid I left I will never go back and I will tell people to never go back Read Less

I was quite happy with my gel manicure and spa pedicure.  This salon is very clean and both ladies did a good job.  I definitely will be back.  Plus, it's in the new Sprouts shopping center, which I love, so it was nice to be able to grocery shop once I was finished there. Read Less

I first of all was put in a chair that didn't work. The massage kept on turning off. I was quoted 30 dollars for a spa pedicure and French tip but charged 40. When I asked for a thick French tip line, the woman gave me a super thin line. I kept asking for a thick line and the manager came over. I reiterated that I needed a thick line since I take vitamins and my nails grow super quick. She treated me like a was being rediculous in my request but the woman then removed what she had done and gave me what I asked for.Then I asked for a flower design and was given a blob. I said please remove it. The manager again looked at me like I was being unreasonable but I wasn't going to pay 6 dollars for a bad design. I noticed everyone was getting a good massage with their spa pedicure and asked the manager if the good massage came with the spa pedicure. She said yes and that I still would get one. It was done after all was done for about 15 seconds and was no massage. Then when I went to pay i was told 40 dollars. When I asked for an explanation of the charge,  I was just told 40 dollars. The Pro: The girl that did my gel manicure did a good job and it lasted, without chipping, for almost 3 weeks.The Con: Other than the 5 employees, I was the only one, in the salon. From the time that I walked in the door, to the time I left, no one said one word to me. I have been going here for over 10 years, David use to do my nails (hands) which I stopped back in 2007. Then I started going to the competitor salon across Wheeler for pedicures, and have gone there for many years now. Then one day just decided to go back to NL, and discovered I really like this place better, even though its a few bucks more, and I can use my debit card as to where the other place will charge me to use it. If you get in growns  this place isn't for you. My first time here and the customer service is terrible. I'm got a pedicure and manicure and before she started I warned her that my toes hurt and all I want is for her to get all the "junk" out!! She couldn't get anything out of my toes. Nail lounge is AMAZINGGGGG!! My bf's mom and aunt took me here about 2 months ago and have been going back to them ever since. Kelly does a great job with my nails. I get gel and I've had horrible experiences before where the gel was too thick and made my nails look fake, which I didn't like, but with Kelly my gel nails comes out perfect! I used to love this salon.  When I got the full set I saw lifting within the first week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for a fill. I noticed that what was once a busy salon was very quiet.  As I write this 2 days later I have noticed that most if not all of my nails are lifting significantly.  Needless to say, these will be coming off (by all appearances rather easily) and I will be looking for a new go to salon. Lani was detailed and precise on my nails. She was okay with them being short, shaped them perfectly, and didn't hurt me! I've had a lot of terrible nail experiences so that made this one really stand out. She was very professional and kind. I also liked that she kept including me in conversation and checking to see my nails are the way I like them. Lani asked Kelly to do my nail design and Kelly also did a wonderful job! I have only been here once before.The one thing that I do like about this place is the variety of colors they provide but even then, they were unorganized so it took a while to really pick a color.I got a fill and had two broken nails and that cost me $23 excluding the tip.The lady that helped me out was completely focused on the conversation that her coworkers were having and so she took a longer time (& the two broken nails that she fixed weren't even the same as the other nails I had) :-(The place was alright but it wouldn't be my first choice Read Less

This is my first negative review on Yelp. It feels strange because I'm generally a very friendly & positive person who loves to give people the benefit of the doubt... BUT this time I can't stay silent... In need of a simple manicure I found this place & walked in with my own base coat & nail polish. The woman with the glass eye greeted me kindly & told me to take a seat at one of the nail stations. The woman who was to give me the manicure was seated on the opposite side. She could not be bothered to even look my way. Like a robot she stood up; walked to the back to bring the bowl with water to soak my hands & sat down to work on my nails. This woman did not say a single word to me the ENTIRE time I sat in front of her. She didn't look at me or speak to me once! When I worked up the courage to ask her to file 2 nails a bit shorter - she made me feel as if I had asked for her to donate a kidney. The attitude in which she filed those nails! My goodness! It was the most awkward feeling; to have my hands literally in hers and yet my existence not be acknowledged. Very strange. And extremely rude! I don't know what was wrong with her & frankly I don't care. When you have a new customer in front of you, there exists the possibility you may turn them into loyal clients for life... But if you treat people like they're a nuisance; you will earn 1 star reviews on Yelp. It's actually pretty simple. I will NEVER come back to this nail shop. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I rarely feel like spewing profanities at another person... But I was sooooooo close to doing so. First off, the woman with the glass eye (I say that because it's my only way to describe her and set her apart since I did not get names from anyone) was actually VERY PLEASANT and accommodating. She worked on my feet. The pedicure itself was subpar. Limited massage time, I didn't get gel polish, just regular and it was 19 bucks. A little too pricey for nothing special. Now onto the Full Set. Another woman came over to begin working on my hands. She did not make eye contact, smile, introduce herself. No big. Maybe she isn't the bubbly type. But the attitude got progressively worse!! I felt like I was imposing on her life and time! She she asked me what shape I wanted , to which I replied, "Stiletto nails please."  She said "okay, pointed". So I agreed. As she was filing away I told her that I would like the point sharper, she said "latahh" (later) so I let her continue even though the shape still wasn't looking the way I desired. Before it came time to polish, I decided to pull an image of "stiletto nails" up on my phone. (THANK YOU GOOGLE) When I showed her, she dropped my hand from hers in frustration, and smacked her hands on her knees, rolled her eyes and said, those are a point. You should have said pointy!...ummmmm I thought I inferred that and you confirmed. So she filed away rather aggressively , chatting and mumbling to herself in her language of origin. Now time to paint. YAY...or NOT. As she's painting she keeps touching the nails she has completed with HER HAND. Then blames me for it!! I wasn't even moving, using the chair massager or anything. My nails came out beautiful, but the lack of customer service and attitude are reasons why I will NEVER revisit and tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY. Read Less

I moved here not long ago and I had trouble finding a good nail salon! I tried Eva's Nails located by panera bread. Acrylics ended up very uneven and you could entirely see the line of where my original white nail started, before the colored tip. I explained this problem to my stylist at the Nail Lounge, who ensured me, in wonderful English, that she would cover the lines well. She even offered to move me a seat over because she noticed I was craning my neck to see the tv. Volume loud with subtitles, and no obnoxious radio music like most. I don't have my nails done very often, but this time I had a full set, both mani and pedi done. My nails were in very bad condition, so the women who did the work had to do a lot. They were kind, caring,gentle, quiet, and very businesslike. There was no gossip in either English or their native language. They were scrupulously clean and  careful about their work. Although the salon was nearly full of customers when I arrived, I was seated right away and served very quickly. I found the prices to be incredibly inexpensive for what was done, and I feel as though the women did a lot of work, such as callus removal and hot lotion massage, for which other salons may have charged extra.There was a huge selection of different colors and styles available for my choice; I made a very simple, one-polish choice, which made the work go very quickly.
