came here to get a full set , which their pricing said 18$ and when i walked out was charged 35$ !! asked why they said because i left it at a powder color? my friend got almond shape with color and was charged 22$ while i got no color and box cut for way more .also it was a male . he kept checking his phone and ipad non stop like he did not even try to hide the fact that he was doing it . he was extremely rough on me and even made me bleed. he apologized and just put glue over my cut like what ????the wait was also ridiculous. they attended who they wanted and did not follow the list they had in place Read Less

Terrible job!!!!!! Wish I got the nail tech nails , women seems preoccupied with painting the samples and kinda bothered that she had to stop and set the taste to another female , this video does no justice on how terrible of a paint job she did !!!! Never again!  Got upset that I wouldn't get gel instead of regular polish , rude and not interactive at all when I was trying to ask about the colors . Once again , NEVER AGAIN. I was a loyal customer for a few years with an appointment or even without I would wait to get my nails done. I was always happy when I walked out and always had great compliments on my nails. This last time I went ken didn't do anything I asked for I wanted my nails cut down boxed and French tip with a lighter pink. Instead he did brighter pink, stiletto shape, and no cut down. He had a excuse every time I stoped him your not going to do this, this is what I want. He told me he would have to put a new set on me but I don't even have a set these are my nails. Overall, the place is hit or miss. I've visited the place three times and all three times were a miss. First time an elder gentlemen did my acrylic set with some design and powder: he layered the nail polish and the powder, making my nails too thick. Second time a younger gentlemen did my nails: he kept "breaking" my fingers with his hard grip and aggressive nail filing. He layered nail polish and make my acrylics look thick. Third time, I did my nails with the salon owner because I have heard great reviews about him. The day I had an appoint I called to confirm and he gave me an attitude. I asked him if it's still okay if I come and instead of reaffirming he said "yah" and hanged up. When I showed up for my appointment, he looked out of the break room to see if I'm there and went back for half an hour. I was just swatting there and telling his employees to let him know I'm here. Then, after he was done doing whatever he was doing he came out and said, "seat." No "hello" no "how are you." He messed up my color 3 times. They need to work on their service. Horrible costumer service. Rude. They win with their prices for what they do, but if you desire simple respect and you want to feel relaxed and valued as a costumer, do yourself a favor and choose a different nail salon. Read Less

This place is right by my work, a lot of my co workers come here and rave about how good Ken is so I decided to give it a try. My co workers often make appointments at 12 with him during their lunch and they still come out with time to eat. I had an appointment today at 12 with Ken for a simple re-shaping & design, I waited 45 minutes and he still wasn't done with his client. They did not honor my appointment at all & I kept reminding them that I only had an hour lunch, nothing happened. Needless to say, I left, waiting 45 min for an appointment at 12 is ridiculous in my opinion. I have another appointment tomorrow at 12 again, will give an updated review.UPDATE: 6/30/17So my appointment went perfect this time. Ken was waiting and we got started right away. I love my nails, the design is so cute & he was pretty fast. Price was reasonable for what I got done. If my nail tech at my usual salon is away I will def come back to Ken. Read Less
