I stopped going to this place not that long ago. I went and waited a good 2-3 hours and figured I had enough time before I needed to go to a game. I just get the acrylic powder on my nails because they're so weak but when I went here told me I had enough time so I believed him. Anyway the time was getting shorter and I told him I'll come back, he told me its fine that he'd start on me I didn't think much on it but on the nails that had the acrylic falling off he CRAZY GLUED them and I asked him about it and he said he does that, I believed him, anyway I got to the game and after I notice the nails coming off, I go back and tell him and all he had you say was "Well you were in a rush so I did that to hurry" I was soo pissed off and when I asked him to fix it he said he was gonna charge me AGAIN. Just started coming in August ! And never going anywhere else ! Aaron is the best ! He's sooo great at doing nails and is soo precise when doing nails ! Yes rightnow tomorrow is only him and takes awhile to do your nails and is kinda pricey but best nail tech I've been to !! Read Less

I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, especially on here since I love the work that the owners do. I've been coming here since they first opened. The owner and his wife do such an incredible job. True professionals. His wife hasn't been working lately, so it's just him and this other lady, whom usually does pedicures. I usually just get gel polish...no manicure just gel. The last time I went to get my nails done, she was the one who did my nails which didn't come out so bad, because you can tell she was learning since she's just use to pedicures...but today it was very frustrating and this is why.... she began to file my nails. She makes it seem like she's knows what she is doing, she did the first one great. As she continued I felt her over file my nails and I can tell she messed up because she would make gestures and small noises. With my nails already short and oddly shaped she begins to paint my nails not only did she take long, but got blue nails polish all over my skin where it was visible and kept cleaning the polish off my skin, it got to the point where it stained my skin blue. The second step to getting my nails painted was adding glitter as she finished my right hand I took a look and the glitter wasn't evenly spread....it was in bulks in some areas. What made me stop and pull the owner to the side was when I knew that she messed up and gave eye contact with me and giggled. To end this review the owner tried fixing them which he did a better job but I ended up with short uneven nails... do NOT get your nails done by this lady it's not worth it just wait for the owner he does a great job! They should send her to school or practice on someone instead of charging for poor quality work. I do plan on going there again but I'm seriously just going  wait for him to do my nails. PRO'S:1. Quality Of Work; Usually my gel manicure last 2 weeks, if not longer, depending on the color I get. I've never had any bubbles, debris from the cotton balls, or smears that other nail technicians try to cover up with more polish. They really take their time here, to ensure you are happy when you leave!!! 2. Price; Decent prices for the quality of work they do.3. They Speak English; often times you walk in to a nail salon & communicating with the technician becomes a chore & defeats the relaxation part of getting pampered. Here they're friendly & often try to make conversation CON'S: 1. CASH ONLY!!! 2. Wait Time; Don't bother asking how long the wait is. Their response is always "20 minutes". Be prepared to wait a minimum of 40 minutes. I once waited close to an hour and a half & there was only one person in front of me & all 3 technicians were working on a client. I wish they also took appointments!! 3. Extra Charge For EVERYTHING; Always double check to see if what you're asking for cost additional, because they most likely won't tell you upfront. I once got charged $5 more for ONE teeny tiny nail repair. Had I known it'd be additional, I wouldn't have said yes. When I initially asked about the nail repair, all he said was "yea we can fix it". I understand, it's business & "extras" cost extra.. I'd like to be informed of these extra cost upfront, as I'm sure most people do. 4. They ALSO CHARGE for removing your current color, even if you had your last mani/pedi with them; $5-$6. And no, they do not tell you  upfront. You find out, when it's time to pay at the end... So my "$20" gel manicure once turned into $30 (one nail repair + color removal)?!  Now I know better, & so do you! Read Less

The best nail spot around. They do amazing gel manicures and always have the best new designs. There is a wait sometimes but it's definitely worth it for a gel manicure that won't lift even after 3 weeks. The best times to come are 1030am-1pm, they don't accept card so come with cash! Read Less
