I have been coming here for over 5 years now. I've never had to make an appointment with anyone in particular they all do great nails and fast. Up until the beginning of this month they started hiring new people. I came in one day got the two new people the one working on my feet cut me pretty bad most uncomfortable pedicure. Lazy working on my nails didn't seem like she new what she was doing I asked for a ombré nail and she was seeking help from the other technicians I let her do one hand it looked terrible!! So I told her to remove it and just paint them white. I asked for coffin after she painted them they look like a square shape she painted it too thick my nail had black bubbles it in by the way she painted them all white it just didn't look clean I was sitting in the chair for more then 2 hours!!!. The main lady that knows me said to come back and she'll fix them for free which was nice but a huge inconvenience  for me if they were done right the first time I wouldn't have to come back. Came back loved my nails and the next day my pinky nail broke! Yes the next day my acrylic nail broke when I just got a fill!! The next day another one broke had to go back in and get it fixed waited 30 minutes to fix two fake nails!! The next day my thumb broke and another nail broke the 5 years I've come here I have never had a broken fake nail ever!!! I know the First Lady that did my nail didn't put enough powder. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Clean, fast service, accommodates you last minute, and always makes sure you walk out happy. I have been coming here since I was in high school & even after going other places always compare them to Jenny's.I've done waxing, acrylics, gel, pedicures & manicures and the amount of cleaning up they do on my pedicures and manicures leaves my skin feeling brand new. Recently came in with my baby, and when she got fussy one of the ladies held her and entertained her so that I could finish getting my nails done. This place is great! They do a wonderful job and they are super fast! I use to go to Ritz but only one person doing full sets, ridiculous! This place has like 10 techs and they are all so adorable! They are the worst about talking about their customers! Right in front of you they talk crap knowing you will not understand  them! I've visited 3x now after my regular shop became too hard to make an appointment with given my schedule but I'm glad I've made the switch as the staff is friendlier, I'm paying almost $15 less including leaving a tip than what I was paying before, and there is wifi! I see the woman at station 1 (I forget her name) and shes phenomenal! I wear long coffin nails and I expect a fill to last 3 weeks. The photos below are the day I walked in with a 3+ week old fill and after my new fill. I'm also a bit rough/clumsy with my nails so its also a plus I don't have to worry about them breaking. As soon as I walked in everyone was very inviting. I didn't get any names. I felt welcomed, not awkward like in most nail salons. My manicurist was very helpful with helping me pick my GEL color. She even offered to try the on herself and me first! My pedicure lady worked on my ingrown nail that TWO OTHER places had not even bothered asking or helpful bag with. I have been coming here on and off for over two years because I don't live in the area, but it was always my favorite salon. I always ask for Hana to do my nails because I thought she was the best, until today. Two of my nails had slightly torn this week, so I glued them on my own to hold me over until I could get a new gel manicure. I don't like to get acrylics, so whenever this happens I usually just ask for nail glue and a little powder because I like them to look thin and natural. When I went in today, Hana didn't even try to repair them. She just cut them and put tips on those two nails without even asking me. When she finished painting ALL of my nails were different shapes and the two with powder were so obviously thicker and wider than all the others. Even after I asked her to make them all the same shape, they all still look different and some are longer than others. She over charged me without telling me and I'm so upset. I GOT BURNED!!!!Went in for a wax for my eyebrows. The hot wax was way too hot. I now have burns above my eyebrow and on my eyelid. I would post a pic but it is gross. I actually have blisters on my eyelid. Do not get waxed here. Read Less

This definitely is a great nail place. I had coffin nails done and I went almost a month without fills and not once did the nails lift!! They are not pushy at all and keep this place very clean. They are fast and take pride in the nails they do. My nail had messed up a little and right away she went to fix it where other nail places I have been to will just brush it off. I just recently had my nails taken off because of work but if I ever decided to get them done again I will definitely come here. I saw alot of good reviews and was told by a co worker this place was good also. They did a good job on my pedicure and manicure but within a week my gel nail polish started lifting. It wasnt hard to just peel them all off which i did. I was disappointed since i hardly ever get gel polish. Read Less

I've been going to Jenny's Nails for the last 8 years.  When previous manicurist Vinnie left I started seeing Jane.  Overall my experiences their have been good.  Jane does good work and gets compensated fairly.  Today, another women was assigned to help me because Jane was unexpectedly out.  She was rude, rough and had a negative disposition.  She removed my nail polish and started speaking in Vietnamese about my nails.  She grab my hand pressed on my nail and said "lifting you need full set."  I asked her to be gentle and that I would wait for Jane next time remove my acrylic overlay.   She reached into a tin Altoids box and pulled out a drill bit and started to cut into the acrylic.  The heat of the bit was too hot for my nail bed and I pulled my hand away.  I asked her if she could go slower and with less force.  She got angry and called Hannah the owner over.Hannah said that it was best if I seen Jane when she returned.  Keep in mind, two nails where broken, all my polish was off, and I had one nail that had a 3 mm cut line dividing the acrylic.  When I showed her the condition of my hands she said I can have someone else take care of you and quickly called for the non-licensed person who was performing a pedicure on someone to take the rude person's place.  I refused, got up and walked out.  I'll never patronage Jenny's nails again!! Came in for a quick fill during my lunch and CRAZY TINA hooked me up!! I LOVE my nails, and the polish job she did!! And the price was awesome! I love Jenny's Nails!! My favorite persons to do my nails is Tina, she is the BEST!! Almost any design you want she will do, and if she can't she will tell you she can't, not like other places that say "Sure, I can!" Then it comes out terrible...  for Pedicures Lucy is the Best! I have been to over 10 different nails salons in La county and orange county and i must say this place is my favorite as far as quality of work. Every time i have had my acrylics done i have never been disappointed. The girls work quickly and do a great job! I came in here on a time limit, however the employees were determined to provide their services in a timely manner.. And they proved me right! Not only were they very quick, but they also provided quality service. The employees here are definitely experienced. I loved my gel mani/pedi! My nails were coffin shaped as well, and they still managed to finish early! The prices here are decent, nothing out of the average range to be honest. I have been going there for awhile really like the place but went yesterday and notice that it was a little pricey. So called today and ask how much was for everything that I got and was told a different price then what I paid when I confronted they had excuses that I had a fixed nail which I didn't and that I probably got file down which I didn't. Wow just wow, I think we all can agree we just want to walk into a nail shop & be taken care of in a timely manner & this place does nothing but deliver great customer service. I literally go here on a weekday on my lunch & there is always someone available to do my nails and finish quick per my request and even when i'm not tight on time, they really care to do a good job with a smile on their face and do not make you feel uncomfortable at all. I'm just sad I didn't try this place sooner. From years of always maintaining myself, it's been hard to find a place that is consistently neat,clean,not expensive and most importantly DELIVER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT SEEMING PUSHY! I came home disappointed with the work done on my hand nails, my pedicure was good that's the only reason am giving a 2 star. Don't tell me you know how to do Chrom nails when the work totally sucks!!  The chrome is there on the nails but they have bumps in them. When I asked if that's normal the lady says it's not going to be like a mirror.  So rude! I tipped out of courtesy because the pedicure from the different lady was good, but the lady that did my nails was chatting a lot with her coworker and NOT focused from the beginning. Awful work when it comes to Chrome nails! Also, a couple nails are pale, needing Chrome. I paid $68 for shitty work! Foot massage I am missing 2-3 others included but can't remember. So pretty damn good package. So $5-to remove my current gel color & $5- for new gel color + $40 for a heavenly pedicure.& For ladies going in for Full Set Ask for the man (sorry no name but there's only one man  ) .
