I came here about a month ago. The owner and her daughter are very rude. The woman next to me was waiting two hours and about half an hour before closing, they told her “We don’t have time for you.” I told them that they should’ve informed the woman before she waited two hours. So I came into this salon after work because it was a close drive and I really needed a manicure. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and noticed how busy they were. Jenny, the owner, apologized for a waiting time but when my turn came she took great care of me and my nails. I got an acrylic set, and she took her time leaving me with a beautiful set of nails. I am very satisfied and will be coming back, especially for the price. They're dominantly a cash service, however for first time customers they do accept debit, tips are still in cash. Go somewhere else. I got the most sloppiest gel manicure. Thought i'd try this place out instead of going to my usual place. And I can assure you, my sister and I are never coming back here. Went here for the first time today, and overall I have to say this place is meh. I had an APPOINTMENT today with Big Jenny, but when I arrived for my appointment, Big Jenny wasn't there. The other nail techs figured that since it's my first time there, anyone can do my nails since I wouldn't know the difference. I got a gel manicure by Tammy, as well as an acrylic nail repair by Vicky. Although Vicky shaped my nail repair very well, she applied too much pressure with the mechanical nail file underneath my nail that it cut me. Tammy gave me a fair gel manicure. She cleaned my nails accordingly, but applied the gel polish a little sloppily on several of my nails. It currently doesn't look so bad (the nude polish color helps mask the mistakes very well), but it might not look so great (and will lift) once my nail starts growing a little. I paid $28 overall for my visit, btw. The salon itself was very clean, and parking shouldn't be a problem.  Will I come here again? Not so sure. I was a little taken back that I had an appointment with Big Jenny and was looked at like a booger when they said she wasn't there. I'm very particular with my nails and the fact that she wasn't present, let alone the nail techs saying anyone can do them since I wouldn't know the difference, is a little frustrating. Read Less

This place has the WORST customer service any business could possibly have, the employees, and owner-Jenny are incredibly RUDE. Jenny takes a trophy in behaving like the most repulsive, unprofessional, and unpleasant woman a customer can encounter. Treating long-time customers without any respect, and going as far as being disrespectful. They do poor work, and get upset when you critique their work. As a paying customer, one reserves the right to feel completely satisfied with the service that was provided, and the people who work this shop do not uphold this whatsoever. This place has horrible service and does a really bad job with gel manicures i came here on Thursday and my gel manicure started chipping by Saturday 3 days i called on today since i only came to this hole im the wall since it was by my work and needed to get them done so i called the rude lady on the phone said id have to pay again to get them done and she hung up on me dont come here Read Less

I've been in a few times and they do a good job. The facility is new and clean. However a couple of times they tried to overcharge me. Also they only take cash. I don't carry cash so that is a deal-breaker for me. Read Less
